Pontos de reclamação * quando chegamos a recepcionista não quis aceitar pagamento em cartão, alegando que não aceitava e pedindo para sacar. Porém depois acabou aceitando. Ou seja, ela não queria pagar taxa da máquina do cartão mas queria que sacássemos o dinheiro perdendo 8000 pesos por saque? * Banheiros: quando chegamos tinha dois banheiros para uso porém ambos sem água nas torneiras. Depois acabou ficando apenas um banheiro para uso para todos os hóspedes. * Não foi fornecido o café da manhã conforme informa no booking. * Checkout: o checkout é até meio dia porém não tinha ninguém na recepção e tivemos que sair sem falar com ninguém para não perdermos nosso voo. * Enfim, estresses desnecessários que por falhas na gestão do Hostal. Espero que a plataforma tome alguma medida cabível. Uso a mesma há mais de dez anos em minhas viagens e não é corriqueiro tanto estresse em uma acomodação quanto tive nessa.

La salle de bain commune n’est pas nettoyée tous les jours. Sinon tout est très propre, ils refont même votre lit tous les jours. Pour ceux qui veulent être en plein centre ville, c’est à 10 petites minutes de marche, mais facilement faisable.

Está un poco lejos del centro en comparación a otros , pero se puede hacer caminando de igual forma. No es algo pesado

The staff made no effort to translate. You can’t check in early even if you message ahead and they said there would be no problem. They confuse you with prices to pay. The bathrooms are dirty and have blood stains on the floor. I had issues with my door closing.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026We didn´t get the room we booked but in the end it didn´t matter as the room was large, close to the bathrooms and the beds where ok.
The attention was not the best. As the room we had booked wasn´t available we had to "rebook" on site, that is cancel the original booking which was not the easiest and then pay the receptionist in cash. This felt a bit unserious and there where no excuse for not supplying what was reserved.

Diese Gastgeberin betrügt ihre Gäste! Passen sie auf wenn sie hier buchen. Sie nimmt nicht den Booking Preis sondern einen eigenen viel schlechteren Wechselkurs. Lassen sie sich auf Booking den Preis auf CLP anzeigen und nicht von ihr von Dollar auf CLP umrechnen. Wir haben mit anderen Gäste gesprochen bei denen es genauso war und die bei mehreren Buchungstagen einen ziemlichen Verlust hatten. Als wir darauf bestanden das falsch berechnetet zurück zu erhalten bekamen wir es nach vie Diskussionen jedoch wurde unsere Buchung storniert, damit wir sie nicht bewerten können, was jedoch im Nachgang doch funktioniert hat. Was hier noch erwähnt gehört wir mussten 1,5 Stunden auf unser Wechselgeld warten (da war noch bevor wir sie auf die falsche Berechnung angesprochen hatten) wir wollten schon lange auschecken 11 Uhr, die Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Erst 12:30 kam man jemand. Andere Gäste standen ebenfalls vor verschlossener Tür. Abgesehen davon bewirbt dieses Hotel Frühstück was angeblich in unserer Buchung drinnen war, was es hier nicht gibt, Kartenzahlung war nicht möglich und Handtücher gab es auch keine. Für diese Geld gibt es in dieser Stadt deutlich bessere und ehrlichere Angebote.

Sugestão de colocar um ventilador em cada quarto, pois fica quente e abafado durante o dia e uma parte da noite até que refresque.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Der Innenhof ist sehr schön. Außerdem gibt es eine Küche zur Nutzung.Es war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer, das erste war sehr klein, das zweite deutlich geräumiger.
Einrichtung war etwas lieblos, Nachttischlampen wären schön gewesenen oder wenigstens ein Lampenschirm über der grellen Glühbirne. Kleiderbügel wären nett gewesen oder wenigstens ein paar Kleiderhaken.

Bueno no puedo decir que no me gustó, la regulación del agua, en los tres días o dos noches que alojamos nunca se pudo regular a una temperatura agradable para ducharnos o muy fría o muy caliente, no llegamos al término medio nunca

Reviewed Oct 29, 2025Located just on the edge of the tourist town in a quiet street with only a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. It felt safe here walking at night as a couple. All tour companies were able to pick up from in front of the hotel. A restaurant and 2 mini markets are located on the same street. The property is secure with a locked front gate. The shared bathrooms were clean. There is a kitchen with a fridge and basic cooking facilities. Room was cleaned daily and bedding was really warm. Overall pretty good value for money for the Atacama
We were only allowed to pay with cash even though booking.com says that card payment prior to arrival is available. Previous reviews said that we card payment was available but when we asked for it we were told to go to a cajero automático (atm) to get cash to pay. Wifi was fairly weak and slow in our room enough for a phone call, but definitely not video call. No ventilation/cooling in the room which wasn’t an issue for us but may be an issue in summertime. We stayed here twice and the first time we had hot showers but on the most recent stay they were only cold.

On booking.com it says the property takes card but when we arrived, it was cash only. This was stressful because we didn't have enough cash and ATMs in the town charge a large fee for withdrawals - especially with international cards. This was revolved eventually as the owner (who was friendly & helpful) found a card machine after a couple of days. It's not her fault but this info should be updated
