Just clean room

Service, I stayed there like 7 days and one day when I am showering water stop in the middle and I couldn't have anything like telephone in room tp call service or inform issue so I need to go down again with wet clothes and when I ask front desk there are saying they know water stopped from yesterday night but they didn't inform to customers before it's feels like carelessness

Perfect place to spend a night before early departure at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). Grab taxis are an easy way to reach the airport (less than 30 minutes).

لكن يعيبه أنه بعيد عن الأماكن السياحيه والغرف اللي سريرها كوين قاس جداً أنا حجزت غرفة سرير كوين ثم اضطررت لتغيير الغرفة وحجز سرير كينج مما اضطررت معه لدفع تكاليف تعديل الغرفة 14 دولار

房間整理蠻乾淨，服務親切

1.離市區有點距離 2.浴缸淋浴那邊有水垢或是需要翻修，完全不敢使用浴缸 3.退房會先檢查你的房間有無造成任何髒污或損壞（床單毛巾不能用的血或明顯污漬）

Big, modern, and very comfortable room. Good value for money considering how expensive Bangkok can be! Very friendly staff too.

Location is on a busy main road. However, it’s just a short and cheap Grab away from the livelier parts of town. Pier for the river taxi is about 15 min walk away and mostly shaded, which was nice.

Everything. The staff was so friendly and always available if i had any questions. They helped me with my luggage. And also tried to help me even when their english was not the best. The room was soo comfortable. The bed was big enough. The bathroom had all facilities. The only thing was, there was not enough space at the sink for my stuff. The room was smelling good and the windows where soundproof. Eventough the hotel was right at the highway. And an elevator who was working all the time.

The small sink and the loud noise of the elevator sound when it arrived at night time… but i could atill fall asleep

Got this room last minute after going too budget on another room. When I arrived the team was super attentive & nice. The room was very clean & next to a good Japanese restaurant. I also had a tattoo session nearby and they allowed me to leave my bags post check in!

The only issue is the potential staining fee for blood & henna. As a woman, I think it has a high potential to being charged $ for accidents that are sometimes unavoidable.

The staff are fantastic! Very friendly, polite and helpful.

The experience with Hotel PAPA Bangkok Siriraj made me stay there twice. Next time I arrive in Thailand, Hotel PAPA Bangkok Siriraj will be my preferred hotel when I stay in Bangkok.

Hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The room we were given faced the road, making it extremely noisy and difficult to sleep. The bathroom was very old and had poor drain. The hotel itself felt old, with a noticeable smell of rust and age. The location wasn’t very central, and for the same price, you can find better accommodations elsewhere!

Only wish it was closer to attractions, because taxi rides got expensive, but that's my issue because I am new to Bangkok and didn't know.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable,the matress was not soft,which i like. We got fresh towels every day and maybe also bed sheets,i'm not sure. The location is 2km from the city centre which is walking distance or you pay 100 bht for taxi ride.

It's a 2 star hotel so the materials are more on a budget. The hotel is next to the main street and you need to close the windows to limit the noise (but you can still hear it from the street because the windows are not the best quality). no closet in the room.

Great location - only about a 30 min walk into the centre, easy to get cabs, and some really excellent places to eat nearby! The room was really clean, and was cleaned for us every day. Good hot shower. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff. And thoughtful amenities including tooth brush and tooth paste for such a fairly priced room. Super nice and comfortable bed. Small room very clean and comfortable with everything I needed. And close to Siriraj. Great little hotel with exceptional staff.

The woman at the reception was really friendly and helpful. The room was decent. I liked the smell of the soap

No breakfast/restaurant, even no cutlery or cups. But there is a price tag for losing them and for stains on the bedsheets and towels, which I had never seen before and found rather weird. We were not charged though

The room was small but clean. Comfy soft bed. Near by there is a place to eat and 7/11 is not too far. Staff is friendly. Location is ok if you use Grab.

Shower floods the bathroom a bit. The hotel staff tried to double the price for a late checkout (doubling what they previously told us the price was)

Alternative transport other than taxi or grab bike were out of walking distance.

Walls are really thin, so I couldn't sleep because of the guests talking all night in the next room. Also the noise from the street woke me up.

The property is very corna and comfortable and the position is great! The staff is always helpfull and care Ful with the cliente. 100% recommend

Maybe the only thing is that they don do breakfast, but one min by walk there is a cute bar that offer everything and even a 7 eleven

Staff are great and really helpful, the hotel is modern and clean. It’s a little bit out from main ‘touristy’ areas, but a short walk to the pier to get the boat across and you’re at Koh San road.

The wifi is really patchy

I have been to Bangkok a bunch of times and always stayed on the right side of the river - decided to switch things up this time and explore life on the left bank. Hotel was as advertised - room was large and spacious, had an extra balcony, Wi-Fi was fast, staff was smiling and friendly - I have no complaints. This side of the river is definitely more authentic and untouched by the tourists, and less hectic, so it was a cool experience. I love travelling by the river, so it was really convenient that Phra Pinklao Bridge boat station was 10 min. walk away from the hotel - I used it a lot!

The room was small, but comfortable, bed was comfy, shower was clean.

The place is not a hotel, but rather a hostel, I felt the room was overpriced comparing to other hotels where I stayed in BKK. You could hear other people as sound proof was absent. Difficult to walk the stairs with the suitcase. There is nothing in walking distance to the hotel and it's located on a very noisy street.

Very worth the price, room is very comfortable and cozy. Staff were extremely helpful too - be it when I was asking for help as to where I can go for a jog, or even helping me to flag a taxi and communicating my destination to the driver.

Biggest downside is the lack of accessibility of any train stations. So mostly have to take a grab or taxi to reach any tourist destination, but this was not an issue for me given I was on a work trip and it was near my workplace. Also no lift, so if you are carrying large luggages and are assigned a room on the higher floors, you might struggle a bit. But beggars can't be choosers, so this is pretty much as good as it gets.
