Тихое место, комната маленькая, но все было чисто и комфортно. Горячая вода имеется. 15 минут пешком до пляжа Карон и Ката. Недалеко магазины 7/11, макро и др прелести для отдыха.

Окно не большое, я люблю больше света в комнате. Но кому-то наоборот нравится меньше света. Вариант комнаты хороший.

Location was perfect. Room was clean and comfy. The staff was prompt and professional throughout.

I thought an airport taxi was included on the way home but it was not. Somehow that expectation got miscommunicated

Die Lage war gut und das Zimmer was wir hatten sah besser aus als auf den Fotos. Wir konnten die erste Nacht in einem besseren Zimmer schlafen ohne dass das etwas am Preis geändert hat, weil unser eigentliches Zimmer noch nicht fertig war.

Haben leider kein Wasser bekommen. Das Bett war schon eher gemütlich aber unterm Bettlaken war Plastik und das hat man schon gehört und gemerkt. Beim Check-in waren wir in einem anderen Gebäude als das wo wir drin geschlafen haben. Es war zwar nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, aber der Rezeptionist / Chef ist mit Mottorad schon vorweg gefahren und wir sind dann mit unserem ganzen Gepäck hinterher, das war bisschen eigenartig.

It's not the nicest accommodation, but it's good value for money.

The 2nd house is much nicer than the first, staff was really friendly when I told them I would like to change rooms. Location is great.

The first room i was in, in the first house, had no window, was really old and damp. Facilities not very convenient.

Rum utan fönster, smal gång runt sängen fans ingen plats för stol även om det fanns ett litet bord under kylskåpet, sängen var en spånskiva med tunn madras det fanns en dusch som satt över handfatet som sprutade över toaleten och på dörren så vatten rann ut i rummet brunnen svalde inte vattnet, det fanns ett kassaskåp som inte var fastsatt AC fungerar men det går inte att rikta utelåst eftersom det inte fanns vingar på den så det blåser rakt ner där man sover. Finns ytterligare negativt att säga. Inget ställe jag vill rekommendera.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La stanza é spaziosa, fornita di due tavolini, un frigo, due tazze, bollitore e caffè. Il bagno é privato. Location fantastica, proprietario super gentile! Nulla da dire!

It's very close to the Kata & Karon Beach. The apartment is just opposite 7 11 shopping centre, Pubs, restaurants so it's a very good location.

Location, big room. Water, toilet paper and coffee free refill, great cleaning service, comfortable bed a bit hardver mattres.

Worn out towels full of stains, worn out linen, price per value ratio not good, even though it’s cheaper than other places in Kata, it’s expensive for what you get. Our window couldn’t be locked and a shared balcony is in front of it, so anyone of the guests or staff could enter the room through the window if they wanted. Shady street but amazingly located.

The location is good, not far from the beach and there is 7 eleven nearby. The staff was nice and friendly.

The smell was horrible. I had a headache because of the smell of plastic or some wires. I could hear every single sound from my neighbors. The light is dark. There is no window or balcony.

The accommodation wasn't at the prime residence on the main photos it was elsewhere? The room was tiny ,the glass was missing on the louvre window allowing mosquitos in and there was a long row of ac units right near which kept me awake.

Didn’t clean my room 4 days but it wasn’t dirty so it was not a problem too me . All the rest I like because price=quality

They put 2 phone numbers, I called one number and it said there was no room available, I paid, I said booking.com, she said call the other number, I called and it was closed, there was no need to joke around.

You definitely get a good deal for the price! It was cozy and clean. Pretty good security on the door leading into the building, so that’s really good as a solo female.

Room was a bit dark and dingey, no windows. When I came to check in, host took 15 minutes to show up and let me in, and it happened again when checked out, left my bags there, and came back later. I recommend calling ahead and letting them know you’ll be there in however lông

Easy check-in and check-out. Very central for the North end of Kata. Easy to park the bike out front and good value for money

Good location near 7-11, local restaurants and within 15 min of walk from Kata and Karon beaches. Fridge, powerful fan and hot water. The owner was friendly and attentive, he allow me to do a late check out which was very appreciated.

Quiet, clean and well priced for a budget stay . Host was nice and accomodating also . Would stay again if in Kata.

Nothing was bad. Bear in mind though that there wasn't always someone on hand at reception so make sure to arrange a time for check in beforehand if you don't have a Thai SIM card or data .

Had to pay cash although Booking.com indicated possibility to pay by Visa. Owner was honest he no longer has cards machine, he hadn't charged card therefore it wasn't a problem to pay cash just for one night.

Location was cool. On a quite street, two minute walk to the main road, where you could choose which beach to use. If all you need is a place to sleep, then it's fine.

Warning - the lack of a window to the outside of the building was a problem for my girlfriend. Only some rooms have windows. The room itself was very small, especially for two backpackers.

Small but nice. Friendly cats in the neighbourhood! Very friedly service.

Bath was a bit tricky to use, floor wet after shower since no separation between shower and toilet space.

Room was very small with no wardrobe or space to put anything. When I booked I thought I was going to Kata guesthouse which doesn't seem to exist but which looked much nicer than Kata S T house and had great reviews.

Budget accommodation.If u want just sleep and take bath , rest and leave for outdoor activities.Then it's ok. No restaurant,no pool,rooms are small and tight.Less ventilation.

Quiet location a few blocks away from the chaos of the Main Street along Kata. Allowed us to have peaceful nights sleep.

Our first room we stayed at was an interior room with no windows to the outside sunlight.

Friendly staff. Good location. Clean rooms. Water provided each day.

the soundproof can be bad.. you can hear others talking and laughing till late. If you bring your partner and want some alone time, it would not be so good. Everything you do can be heard.. Even talking

Comfortable bed and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Walk to Kata Beach in about 15 mins. Staff member helpful and friendly.

Google maps had the location incorrect (on other side of road and further down) so pretty difficult to find in the dark. Smelt quite strongly of something (maybe bleach) I think it was made worse as our room had no windows to outside (only window was in corridor) So felt quite clostrophobic.

I loved everything :) great value for money, friendly host, nice location, the beach is a 10-minute walk from this place, a lot of places to eat and chill around; also, bus stops are all nearby, so you can take a bus to any destination you want and save some money this way

even with the fan it could get a bit hot in the room at times

I had a great holiday. Kata ST House was perfect for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed the fridge and free bottled water, also coffee in the morning. It was great !

The owner is very helpful and kind. The hotel is located in the alley which close to the beach Kata.

Highly recommend Kata S.T House! I’m a female solo traveller and on a very tight budget. While I don’t mind hostels, I’m getting to the age where I actually want my own space and I like to travel without feeling compelled to talking to other travellers all the time! Kata House is perfect if you want alternative to hostel accommodation while on a budget. Extremely safe (key card locking on main entrance door), free tea/coffee, Good location, makes you have a little walk to the beach, away from too much noise. I would absolutely stay here again!
