Good room all good

Very nice stay in Paris

The structure is 5 minutes away from metro station. There are shops, supermarkets all around. Many brasseries, bars and restaurants at 3 min walking.

The room is great, very clean. AC works great. The manager is great. Very happy about my stay. I lost my passport during my trip. The owner let me stay another very helpful night. And, let me stay a few more hours while I book my flight, for no extra charge. I am very thankful.

Appartamento molto grande, situato in buona posizione. Aveva qualche mobile rotto. Mancava qualche stoviglia e non c'era la lavastoviglie. La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. Dal Bagno si sentiva un cattivo odore, probabilmente a causa di qualche problema al sifone. Il personale al check in è stato gentile e disponibile.

The place is very convenient on everything,we were 5 people 2 adults and 3 kids, we enjoy our stay, restaurants fast food is just around the area. 2 minutes walk going to the metro it’s easy to travel around and see different tourist attractions. The apartment is spacious and clean, and the owner is very nice very accommodating, if you have questions you just go to her boutique beside the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re traveling with kids, families or friends cause the location of this apartment is very convenient on everything. Thankful to the owner for letting us check inn earlier than our check inn time.almost forgot it has Ac 😊

Communication was lacking. 3 of us stayed for 3 nights, no daily cleaning, was given 2 small rolls of toilet tissues and was told to make it last or we'll have to purchase our own after. The bath towels was low quality. I wash my car with better towels. Lots of food options in the area and seems safe.

Für Paris erstaunlich großzügig, bequemes Schlafsofa und angenehmes Interieur. Parken fast gegenüber zu fairen Preisen möglich. Metrostation in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

This property was well located near shops restaurants and supermarkets. The are is busy but very walkable with plenty of public transportation near by.

Esperienza buona, posizione ottima, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Unica pecca, abbiamo alloggiato in un bilocale e l’unica grande finestra presente non era dotata di tenda o tapparella, quindi al mattino presto entrava subito molta luce e anche di notte dall’ufficio di fronte entrava sempre un po’ di luce. Per il resto siamo stati 5 notti, tutto ok.

Camera impeccabile, super pulita e dotata di cucina ben attrezzata per chi volesse cucinarvi, bagno e letto super puliti. Personale super gentile e pronto ad adattarsi nonostante le differenze linguistiche, semmai dovessi tornare a Parigi sicuramente tornerei qui ❤️

LLEGUÈ Y NO HABIA NADIE, NO PUDIMOS ACCEDER, Y ANDABA CON 4 NIÑOS TUVE QUE RENTAR EN UN HOTEL PORQUE NO PODIA QUEDARME EN LACALLE CON LOS MENORES. Y AHORA ME DICEN QUE NO REEMBOLSAN NADA. SON UNOS RATEROS, ENCIMA QUE NO SE UTILIZÒ. EL LUGAR ESTÀ TERRIBLE.

Our studio was perfect for us. It was near a metro station which made getting around the city easy. Bedding was comfortable. AC worked.

部屋は写真通りで清潔で非常に良かった。 またアクセスも良く場所は完璧。 ドイツからクルマで向かいましたが、駐車場の問い合わせを何回入れても返事がなかったので、近くのindigoの地下駐車場に止めました。事前予約で安くなります。 またセキュリティがしっかりしてるので、海外ナンバーでも安心でした。 ホテルは１点シャワーの水圧が弱いので、そこを改善すれば完璧かと思います。 またデポジットがいつ戻ってくるかが気になります。 その他は下のブティックが管理してて、洗濯も２階と3階で行えますが、鍵をかけられて取れなくなることがあるので、ブティックに相談してください。 総合的にセキュリティもしっかりしているし、部屋が何よりきれいなので満足してます。 宿泊は501号室でした。

Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone e abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti presso questa struttura. l'appartamento era pulito, ampio e ben arredato, la posizione ottima. il gestore è stato molto gentile e disponibile sia per il ceck-in che per il ceck-out. Consiglio questa struttura.

Vores vært var sød at tage imod os sent om aftenen men han var meget beruset og lugtede af sprut og tobak. Han var ikke selv tryg ved at gå med ud og vise os hvor vi skulle parkere fordi området var fyldt med mistænksomme typer og hans så kaldte kontor flød med beskidte håndklæder og sengetøj. Han kunne ikke finde vores nøgle så vi fik hans nøgle sagde han. Da vi rejser med børn var vi bestemt ikke trygge hverken ved området eller vores berusede vært og selvom vi ikke kunne få vores penge tilbage så valgte vi at forlade stedet og kører videre. Det var en ubehagelig oplevelse og vi vil ikke anbafale andre børnefamilier at ankomme her sent om aftenen.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The location is about the only thing that is good about this property. There was no communication from the property regarding check in. When we did get in we were required to pay 30 Euros to hold our bags. The key was not working so I went down to ask about it and was met by a very intimidating and harassing man demanding my room number, insisting the key works and yelling at me to get back in the elevator. As a young female, I felt harassed and unsafe which was not ok. The rooms have no AC- there are fans but they circulate hot air around the place. Very disappointing experience and I recommend Expedia reconsider endorsing this property.

Demasiado pequeño el cuarto

It was very easy to shop, eat, and take the metro to go anywhere we needed to go. The host for the property was very accessible, kind, and accommodating. There wasn't air conditioning, which is pretty common, but we couldn't open the window either. If we could have opened the window, the room would have been much more comfortable. Being able to do laundry was amazing! I loved that we could clean our clothes before we packed to go home--so convenient!

Good experience, in a great location nearby the subway.

The toilet was initially broken by the third day of entry, and despite the request for repair or replacement of the room, the request was ignored, and the toilet and bathrooms lacked ventilation, causing it to be distributed in the room, with only one window in the room. They were played

Good communication with host. No parking on site. There is a parking lot that the host can direct you to if you have a car, but there is a daily charge of 20 euros. For 7 adults, it was basically a 1 bedroom apartment with 3 beds and a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, sink and toilet and the other with simply a toilet. Kitchen has stove top, microwave, small fridge and minimal appliances. During our stay, there must have been someone who stayed that smoked because every night we tried to open the bedroom window all we'd smell is cigarette smoke. Metro is close by, but the neighborhood is sketch, we walked by many prostitutes coming home in the evening.

The stay was fine. However, they charged my credit card an amount of money. Which I dont know what is. Since they have not send any informations about it. And the only way to get in contact with them is thru phone call which is kinda hard for me when I’m in Asia atm.

I was not able to open the main door because I didn’t know that I had to contact to the owner first , but luckily next cloth shop lady helped me to open it , it took 30 min to figure out , and the room was ok size decent amenity , but smell was bet bad inside the room , every time I used the water the motor sound was loud , the night someone was having a party till 3am and I can hear everything even though it’s not the same floor , I was very disappointed about the hotel ,

Noisy neighbours not so good for families with children trying to sleep but overall great property.

Location was great, walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and the Louvre, Notre dame etc. Info about the listing disappeared from the listing before we arrived so was worried the listing was no longer available the day before arrival, no contact number or info on how to get into the apartment. Contacted VRBO in the US since there was no local free number to call. A long hold on the phone and they finally tracked down the property manager and his phone number. Then we had to wait at the entry for 15 minutes because he wasn’t answering his phone then the cleaner let us in to the building! She called the manager and he arrived a few minutes later, no apology or anything. Not a stress free way to start the vacation! The apartment was immaculate apart from a few ants, not many though! Everything else about the apprent was great.

The concierge guy was helpful and helped us keep the luggage for the days we were out of Paris traveling. The the place does not have front desk. Its a small office where you are taken once you do the check in. The lobby and stairs of the building are disgusting to the point that its not save to touch anything. The rooms are renovated but no A/c at all and not no clean. At night there is a terrible smell coming out from the toilets.

Fue difícil encontrar a la persona encargada de darnos las llaves, no podían aceptar el depósito por qué no funcionaba su terminal aún así nos lo pedían constantemente , el elevador del lugar tenía un muy mal olor y las escaleras no están iluminadas

The apartment was clean. Check in was easy just make sure you let the owner know when you are expecting to arrive. Only negative is that the shower drain did not drain fast enough. Overall good experience and close to the metro.

Es un apartamento muy pequeño para 4 personas. Debe ser para 3 personas, no le veo oficio a que tenga 2 televisores, es mejor que tenga aire acondicionado para el verano y no 2 ventiladores . Lo mejor es La ubicación

Great area to get around Paris using rail and bus

Ligging was perfect. Accommodatie is netjes afgewerkt. De douche was niet erg krachtig helaas.

I don’t recommend staying here. The listing doesn’t represent the property correctly. We booked the room for the king bed, free WiFi and Netflix. None of that was true. On the third night the WiFi and Netflix still didn’t work. When we arrived we got escorted to an office in the back. Very sketchy. We should have left then. I couldn’t sleep the whole stay because I didn’t feel our family was safe. The location wasn’t bad. It was minutes from a metro. Not worth the money. We checked out early after reporting the property to hotels.com.

The apartment was located very well but we arrived at a very hot day and this facility does not have air conditioning. It was well over 105*F on our arrival date and the windows were facing the setting sun. There were only two floor fans and one of them didn't work. I called and texted the attendant to see if we could get a floor A/C. We were told that none was available but that a replacement fan will be provided. It would have been very helpful to clearly state that the facility is not airconitioned. We were lucky that the weather changed the next day otherwise it would have been a horrible 3 nights in that place. Also, it stated that there was Netflix available but it wasn't working the entire stay.

No AC, no fan, small room for 3, high price.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed as the place was not clean. It was almost like someone was still there. Toilet not flushed and a previous guest food left in the fridge which smelt bad. The room also consisted of smoke smell, it was very unbearable, even though the room we requested was to be a non smoking room. Toiletries were listed as being part of the deal but there were none. Overall, a very disappointing stay which we had to vacate the room as we could no longer stay there and had to book another hotel. We had to stay one night due to our flight being delayed and the time we reached the hotel. But first thing in the morning we left to our new booking. Coming all the way from New Zealand, was very disappointing, made my first impressions of Paris bad. But our new hotel was amazing and funny enough the same price as we were charged for this one.

Pierre was very accommodating to our late check in.

The place is so hot(no AC or even good window to circulate the air)) and small there were in the meddle of the room a pillar! the place smelled bad as well. The only thing was the location. I will never go back. The staff tray their best when they are there in the morning

Nothing to do with the pictures I saw when I did the reservation. No windows, no light, no balcony. It’s super small and interior. Clean and good area.

We arrived at the property and had to keep rininging the contact give a Mr Pierre. Each time we called he would say 1 minute, 1 minute then 5 minutes and so on. “Don’t worry I’m coming in 1 minute” was his favourite I think. This lasted for about an hour and at this point the kids started to become frustrated as did me and my wife. When he eventually turned up he was drunk / stunk of booze, not the reception you would think you will be getting. The rooms lacked in cleanliness and the bathroom has some sort of drainage problem due to the smell coming through the wash hand basin and shower waste. This was solved by us having to leave the shower running about 10 minutes before we wanted to use the bathroom etc as this helped keep the smell down the drains. Overall not good at all and the Expedia rating is a complete lie. Not a good experience at all and I will be calling expidia for a refund. If you like to live in a smelly place then go for it.

Nice apartment in a very good area for us 3 girls to spend a long weekend in Paris. The flat was easy to find, clean and quiet at night despite the busy location. Points for improvement - lack of mirrors for getting ready, only one in the bathroom, and the owner demanded a €500 deposit on arrival which was not clear from the Expedia advert. The deposit has been refunded, but it wasn’t clear this was required so caused confusion and a bit of tension.

Easy check in but construction going on still. Streets are very loud but ear plugs worked. Nicely renovated rooms.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was nice but very warm. Building was under construction, im sure it will very nice once completed.

I was very dissapointed with this hotel. At first our reservation was messed up. I booked for 4 persons 1 queens bed and 2 separate sofa beds. We came to the hotel and received a small room with a queen bed with a sofa bed in a room corridor. It was difficult to sleep in two people on the sofa as it was basically for one person only. The staff said they are fully booked. I would be fine if I received a refund for 1 person but this place should not be rented at all. Firstly it is being still renovated and it was difficult to sleep because upstairs the refurbishment was going on. Secondly they had on a main corridor a washing mashine (?!) and I am not sure if this was another quests or diffferent people who rented doing their laundry from 11PM onwards. I complained about this to the staff but nothing was done. The room condition is very good and very clean but it is suitable maximum for 3 persons. It should not be sold as for 4 persons. Also it is not safe in the appartment because the main window has broken handle and cannot be closed. The main door was open constantly and basically everybody could break up and enter our room. Staff was not pleasant at all when you have any complain and could not handle them. This is why I am writing this opinion and I hope it will help you to make a choice about your stay in Paris.
