Stetind Hotel

The hotel accepted our reservation the day before and took the payment. On the day of check in, we drive to the remote location and there was a sign on the door saying they are on holidays for at least 2 weeks. We had to drive 90 minutes after a tiring day to find another accomodation in Narvik.

Flott beliggenhet med fine uteplasser

Rooms were super clean and the buffet food was amazing. Nice cozy place with blackout curtains. Unfortunately hot tub was broken when we stayed but it didn’t matter much because most our time was spent hiking.

Lacked in-room hot water or coffee and the main dining room was not available early or late to get basics like hot water. No refrigerator in room. No place to eat or go in the town or to keep food if just passing through or hiking.

- Nähe zum Fährhafen - sehr freundliches Personal - sauber - Regenwalddusche - Fliegengitter - Frühstück ab 07:00Uhr Von außen betrachtet war das Gebäude eher alt und ein bisschen schäbig, aber das Zimmer war wirklich genau das Gegenteil.

Hyggelig betjening. God mat.

Rene og pent oppussede rom. Vårt var ikke stort, men veldig greit. Vi spiste en helt grei pizza til middag og prøvde ikke buffé.

Frokosten var ferdig vel tidlig for vår smak.

Pleasant outlook from the patio. Restaurant food was lovely. Bathroom is good.

Rooms are extremely small. Very basic furniture.

Clean and tidy with the request to put overshoes on entry. Think this was due to their gritty dirty car park tbh as it was wet and would be walked into the hotel. Beds comfy and quiet room

I knocked the shower heat control whilst in the shower and scalded my stomach. It was beyond hot. The breakfast lady was the most miserable person so far in Norway. I said good morning and it killed her to grunt hey. But the breakfast was fine.

Very good restaurant

I wasn't planning on staying here so when my plans had to change, I selected this hotel, not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised! What friendly staff, amazing rooms and great food.

There's nothing not to like.

Koselig lite hotell, ryddig og rent rommet. Enkel frokost, helt ok. Buffé, hamburger eller pizza til middag. Superfornøyd med overnattingen.

Excellent breakfast.

Stedet var greit og rent. Maten var god. Prisen på oppholdet var høyt når de ikke hadde boblebad som det sto i reklamen.

Kleines aber feines Hotel, alles sehr sauber, schönes Frühstückszimmer mit Terrasse, sehr gutes und nettes Personal. Wir waren auf der Durchreise nur für eine Nacht. Sehr empfehlenswert. Günstige Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos direkt vor dem Hotel.

Place is wonderful: peaceful, quiet, silent. Perfect for walking around and enjoy. Hotel is small and cozy, rooms aren‘t big, but well insulated and with a efficient heating system (we never were cold, in spite of weather). bed are comfortable and soft. Shower water immediately hot. Buffet breakfast was quite nice, tasty, with lots pf alternatives. Dinners were tasty as well, with some special dishes very well prepared try salmon and burgers). People are extremely nice, we had a wonderful time there!

It was a pity not to be able to use the putside Jacuzzi due to bad weather. It wasn‘t possible to have a double bed, only two single (not optimal for a couple). Np fridge in room, not easy to keep the food we were buying

Veldig bra overnatting i gode senger på nyoppussede rom. Lite og hjemmekoselig hotell - god frokost.

The location is great. The hotel was quite old and rooms really small and not in great shape. We booked a room for 2 adults + 2 kids but it was not possible to fit beds for all. I do not know if this is a problem of the hotel or Expedia but such a small room should not be bookable for families. Breakfast was good, views are great. it was possible to rent a jacuzzi but otherwise there were no amenities. I would say that this is not a great fit for families. The staff was friendly.

Overpriced and unfriendly. Big dollar, low value. Uninspired all around.

Enkelt, men helt greit opphold. Var det for klatring på Stetind og det er eneste overnattingssted i området. Hadde vel ikke stoppet der ellers

Stedet preges av mye rot og ødelagt inventar og bygningsmaterialer rundt bygget, hunden til eierne ble plassert nær bygget tidlig på morgenen og gjorde det vanskelig å sove ved sen ankomst. Ventilasjon er ikke tilfredsstillende og lokalene bærer preg av intens matlukt over stort sett hele bygget.

Helt ok hotell , trevlig personal och bra mat. är man i krokarna så är det helt ok.

Příjemný hotel uspokojil všechny mé požadavky během 9 hodinového pobytu. Byl jsem zde už podruhé, v místě jiný hotel není.
