reading light not working told it would be fixed in 2days but no one fixed it. Also not actually Beachfront as advertised beach 8 min walk away, I had broken foot last month difficult to walk far

Location very good I came from airport by 108 bus it’s was 2 min walk and cheap. Everything was walking distance , morning I drink match coconut milk in hostel love it 😻

Our stay is quite good, close to public buses specially buses to and from the airport. Comfortable and good value of money.

Хостел находится недалеко от пляжа, в центральном районе пляжа Дадунхай, но при этом спрятан во дворах от шумных дорог. В хостеле все чистенько, аккуратно и удобно. Есть, где постирать одежду, покушать, на каждом этаже кулер с водой и холодильник. Можно взять в аренду полотенце. Соотношение цена-качество идеально.

Есть маленькие недоработки, но я думаю, что это временно) К сожалению, только 1 сотрудник разговаривает на английском(хорошо, что хотя бы она есть). Хотела заказать трансфер до аэропорта, но они не предоставляют такую услугу, хотя в перечне услуг она есть. И для развития, Я бы рекомендовала поставить на входе пару холодильников с напитками и готовой едой. У вас возможно купить пиццу и кофе, но иногда хочется чего то другого. Я бы точно каждое утро, вместо того, чтобы идти в магазин брала бы еду у вас)

Отличный хостел , бронируйте сразу , очень мало свободных мест !! Чистое постельное , удобный матрас , капсульные кровати, тихое место рядом с побережьем

Great hostel in the center of Dadonghay! Many places for your clothes, big and comfortable bed, good working AC, wash machine on each floor. Recommend for everyone!

Хостел не на шумной улице. Внутри двора. Есть кулер и столики, где можно посидеть. Вокруг много кафе и магазинов. Пляж и набережная близко.

L'emplacement est bien. C'était propre. Confortable. J'avais un problème d'internet et qui a engendrer un problème de retrait d'argent. Ils m'ont permis d'accéder au check in le temps de régler le problème. Je vous remercie beaucoup pour sa. Je recommande à 100%

Perfect location. Near so many supermarkets and restaurants. Beach is 5 min walk.

Fiz a reserva pelo booking onde me foi cobrado o valor da estadia . Chegando lá o estabelecimento me cobrou novamente o mesmo valor, alegando que seria reembolsado após 2 semanas . Nunca fui reembolsado, ou seja, fui cobrado 2x pela mesma estadia !

The staff are friendly and helpful. There are coffee and snack bars in this facility; and plenty of restaurants and stores around the area.

I was in a 4 beds female dorm and it was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the aircon was reasonable not too cold, the room, thr toilets and showers were kept clean, there was a self-laundry, which I appreciated much. Good showers. The staff was nice and friendly. We mainly communicated via translation app, as I do not speak Chinese. The café and the pizza place integrated in the hostel premisis, were amazing. I liked my stay there. You can also find some peace in the hostel and the cafés.

I wished there would have been a bit more pro-active information. I only saw there was a stand-up paddle event on the day I left. I understand that the language situation was the reason, but maybe it would be a good idea to make an information sheet for English speaking people. Also the description beachside is not correct, in the end I was glad, but I expected something else.

The best hostel i have been to. Free mug of beer at check in. Free surf lesson. Clean. Friendly staff. Big high cleaning dorms. Great hot water shower Chill common area. 100 meters from the beach. Laundry facilities. Budget price.

Food and coffee prices overpriced for the area. Difficulty with the language barrier.

Первый раз путешествовал так далеко. И особенно "дикарем". Но был очень удивлен, как легко прошел мой отпуск. Очень понравилось расположение отеля (недалеко от пляжа и всех классных ресторанчиков в этой бухте) и количество предоставляемых услуг за такую невысокую цену. Однозначно рекомендую, если вы летите без туроператора. Персонал хороший, если подойти и что-либо спросить, всегда помогут и подскажут.

К сожалению, нужно подходить и просить персонал, чтобы сменили постельное белье. По какой-то причине они забыли про меня.

Very convenient and close to the beach, very helpful and friendly staff !!!

Great value for money! Location is just perfect, you can get anywhere from here by taking a bus. It’s also very close to dadonghai beach. The room is just very basic, but clean. No bugs or cockroaches. Staff are very friendly. You can have pizza downstairs or order food online. Washing machines and dryer are on the 2nd floor (8rmb), also you can leave your clothes to dry in a shared area.

Maybe upgrade the security system. We stayed in a double room, and there was no lock in the room. Room is very small.

Comfortable beds, great showers and friendly staff (I didn't meet any that spoke English but they were happy to communicate through Google translate)

Difficult to find as it's hidden away behind the main street with no signage. It would be super helpful to have a signpost on the main road or at least mention when booked how to find it.

The location is the best, the people were helpful and easy going. Ive had the best stay there and great memories. However the dorm was kinda dirty, my bed wasnt ready when I came, during my stay they made a mistake about my reservation and thought I would be leaving earlier. So it was not perfect but it’s still a good place with a groupchat organized so that people can hang out together so I would still recommend it !

It's basically the only affordable accommodation option Sanya, it's very clean, it's quiet, and the dorm beds are sturdy and with a curtain. Also, when you check in you get a free beer if you ask.

I wish the staff were more helpful in terms of planning. China is difficult for foreigners. Telling people about apps like atrip, didi, and the train app is good, but it would be even better to help them use these apps and plan excursions.

The bar/restaurant look amazing. Bathroom was clean for Chinese hostel standard.

Dorm is too small, hot, humid, no space for luggage. I couldn’t sleep from the noise in the room and people being up. Couldn’t find the location correctly on booking.com. Staff could speak better English and be more helpful.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Some people reviewed not all staff speak English, it's not a problem since you just write what you want to them in wechat and the app translates it, super easy. Here's a good variation of different rooms, something for everyone! Rooms and facilities are cleaned on a daily basis. The guests are a good mix of westeners and chinese people. In the same location there's a cafe for fresh smoothies, snacks and also a pizzeria, very cozy and also here super friendly staff. I highly recommend =)

I stayed in a female room of four for 10 nights in February. The bed was very comfy and clean. Additionally you are able to get free sheets each 3 days if needed. Other than that slippers, Shampoo and Shower gel are for free as well. (Toothbrush, toothpaste and towels you would have to buy.) The hostel offers surfing or paddle opportunities if interested. As a guest the first time will be for free. Regarding the patio which is strongly to recommend staying, they offer coffee, drinks and food for guest and walk-in customers. Furthermore they are stocked with a lot of games, such as card games, poker, games for kids, tennis Equipment... Therefore it's quite easy to get in touch with others. I also appreciated that the staff constantly reminded everyone about rules, which made the stay very pleasant. Most of the staff are also very kind and have an optimistic workattitute. Furthermore, the hostel is very close to the beach (about 5 minutes), perfect for daily run sessions. It also is surounded by restaurants, supermarkts and a mall.

Firstly I wanna mention that I think the Level of cleanliness definitely has to improve. Although the room itself were clean, the share sanatory fascilities were kinda dirty. Empty shampoo bottles of guests were laying around, toilet paper ran out and didn't got refilled, stains on the floor (also blood stains) stayed at the floor the whole time I was there... Secondly, the description of having towels free of charge is missleading, it seems that this might just got offered to guests in single rooms.

There’s a lack of fresh air getting in the room, we had an window with mosquito net to protect us however on the other side the door was tightly closed so the airflow was blocked and I had to smell the farting from the guy occupied the bed below mine!

I had a great time staying here for almost a week! There was always something happening around, which made the stay really exciting. Everyone was very friendly and happy to talk, help me find things, or explain how things work in China. Enjoyable experience!

Some nights, a group of drunk Chinese students were a bit aggressive. Also, not all the staff or visitors spoke decent English or Russian

Very good location, 5 minutes from the beach and many restaurants, bars, supermarkes. Friendly staff, very helpful. Nice café/ bar. Note: to find the hostel, go to "cozy café". That's there.

No hot water in the basin in the private rooms No deadlock on the door in the private rooms there is a washing machine and a dryer available to hire but the instructions are unclear and dryer filter is very dirty. 20cny for a dryer is very expensive. bed is soft in the private rooms the aircon lights up the room at night in the private rooms there are feral cats who live around the area and keep their babies on the roof. don’t stay here if you care about basic animal welfare even by chinese standards. bedsheets not changed, sink not cleaned in the private rooms

Not very clean bathroom area, mold and leakage in the rooms, smelly shoe place and staff was drunk when I wanted to check in. Also make sure you can pay Alipay, WeChat or cash upon arrival, cause that’s how they want you to pay. After one night went to a hotel to continue my stay.

Lovely hostel. I stayed in a women's dorm. The rooms were well air conditioned, clean and though small, they were comfy. The other ladies in the room were quiet and respectful. It was only a short walk to the beach, which was awesome.

The Staff seemed very confused about how to use Booking.com and change a reservation.

Clean, modern, affordable and well organised. Nice laid back atmosphere at the bar and lounge. Ample workspace.

Location is VERY good, a lot of stuff to do nearby. Price is also very nice. You get quite nice capsule to sleep in with your own light and outlet. Ultimately, would HIGHLY recommend the place.
