到達房間時，窗戶是開著的，但窗簾關著，所以我們不知道窗戶沒有關，之後有一隻會飛的大蟑螂飛進來，蟑螂還爬到我們的包包旁，太可怕了。希望店家下次可以關上窗戶，或乾脆裝個蚊紗。

離逢甲夜市只有一路之隔，購物吃飯逛街相當便利，如果不介意熱鬧聲會持續比較晚，是個很不錯的住宿選擇，不過特約停車場離旅店真的有點距離，自行開車的朋友建議大件行李先到旅店卸下後再去特約停車場停車。

The property doesn’t have an elevator and it is not clarified in the description. The storage place on first floor is messy and in an open space. It seems unsafe to put luggage there. There is no receptionist in the building but the description says “the front desk is open from 10am to 10pm”. There is no photo for the actual building but lots of photos about nearby shopping malls. The room facilities, like walls, locks, lights, toilet, towels are quite old. Most of the photos are quite misleading and cannot show actual conditions. The price is similar to a regular hotel but the service is way below a hotel.

No staff was around when we reached there. Staff came knocking our room door at 11.30 pm to collect rental

The location is 5 mins away to Fenjia Night Market. Room is spacious and simple amenities provided. Staff was responsive when we needed more blankets.

車子無法開進房子前，沒燈罩，直接裸露燈泡未修理，房間有點小，離逢甲夜市近是唯一優點

地點十分方便 樓下就是旺區 但房間清靜 自助入住也十分方便 地方大 有飲水機及洗衣機可用 只是朝早醒來很光因遮光不足

大門和房間都是採用密碼鎖的形式管理，所以跟服務人員都是以電話來溝通，只有收錢的時候才有看到服務人員!建議本館的部分可以至少有一個服務人員在比較讓人安心!

地点非常方便。 就在逢甲夜市斜对面。 订了2间4人房， 1 间6人房。 在这种地点， 个人认为房间超超超大的。员工非常友善。采用电子锁，非常方便。 2楼有洗衣机及洗衣粉免费使用。 房间也准备了USB插座及电蚊香。非常贴心。 就算住最高楼层，洗澡的热水及水压的供应也非常棒。非常棒的一间住宿。 唯一美中不足的就是没电梯。。。

Well located within walking distance of the night market. It’s a decent budget accommodation but with a very friendly and helpful host.

住宿環境很乾淨舒適只是半夜還聽得到摩托車車聲比較吵，其他都很棒！ 坐公車在西屯河南路口下車右手邊直走到YAMAHA摩托車車行旁邊巷子進去15號就是了，入口在15號右邊巷子進去的左手邊那間，用密碼進出很方便哦！

整體都是好的，只是當天樓下有小朋友在哭鬧，就比較吵鬧一點

除了電視故障外其餘都很不錯!!!電話接應的小姐聲音好聽且很容易溝通。

펑지아 야시장과 걸어서 5~10분 내외로 가까워서 저녁을 건너뛰고 야식으로 배채우기 딱 좋은 위치였습니다. 3분거리에 버스정류장도 있어서 타이중 시내로 가는 버스타고 가기 좋았구요. 우버타고 공항에서 택시타고 도착하면 시내중심부에 있는 숙소보다 택시요금도 적게나옵니다. 2일 숙박했는데 수건 한 번만 받을 수 있는 거같아서 혹시 더 받을 수 있는지 카톡으로 문의했더니 수건 방밖으로 내놓으면 다음날 새 수건으로 다시 준다고해서 2일동안 찝찝한 없이 새 수건 사용할 수 있었어요!! 상당히 친철하고 살가운 직원들이라 좋습니다. 불편함은 전혀없었습니다. 후회 없으실거에용! Although the service is good, the person is kind, but please make sure you are at the right location as in they have few rooms around that area, we have a lot of luggage, have a baby and a old folk, so quite troublesome, but the staff are willing to help. So please make clear of the location you stay to avoid any unpleasant stay.

很放鬆

雖然遇到突如其來的大雨，但民宿有提供免費的雨傘供住客使用，還不錯!!不過停車場離住宿的地方有一點點距離，要繞一下，下雨天是真的頗不方便，不過離夜市算近，廁所有點小，不錯的住宿體驗，下次去台中會考慮再次住宿!!

整體以這個價錢算是cp 值超高，房間很大亦很舒服，但整體來說有2個少少瑕疵，第一冷氣有點大聲，第二床太軟，睡得不是太好，但整體是很好，下次來會再住。

Location was a little far off Taizhong train station. For the price, the place is pretty decent.

Strategic location to Fengjia night market. Rooms are clean. The staffs, Eric and Lynn very helpful and responsive. The room at ground floor quite noisy as near the road but the room at upper floor was alright.

自行入住很自在，訊息引導非常清楚，雖然實體和照片有點不一樣，但會期待下次入住的房型！房內設備齊全，讓人有溫馨的感覺。房外有交誼廳，很適合三五好友聚聚談心，美中不足的是房內沒有椅子，但還是會推薦朋友去體驗！

優點：自行入住很方便、不會遇到房東很自在、離逢甲夜市很近，50步以內。 缺點：冷氣太大聲、床太軟。 經驗： 自行入住，不用第三人協助，一路暢通到房間，心想（我何時要付款阿？）隔沒多久房東就打電話來核對入 住狀況及前往收費，很方便。 習慣睡硬一點的床，所以房間的床太軟太不習慣；冷氣的運作聲太大聲，還有不小心掉了一個裝在冷氣上的蓋子（之類的東西），後續由房東自行處理，與我們沒有相關連。 最喜歡房裡的吹風機，不是一般飯店那種按壓才有風的，而是一般家用型！ 很喜歡這個住宿，安靜、離夜市又近！

한국어 후기가 없어서 도움이 될까 싶어 남깁니다. 여자혼자 여행했고 2틀숙박했습니다. 세면도구부터 수건까지 매일 갈아주시고 채워 주셔서 좋았고 길 헤메지 않게 카카오톡으로 연락을 주셔서 쉽게 찾을수 있었습니다. 펑지아야시장과 5~10거리여서 너무 좋았고 숙소 근처에 편의점과 식당 그리고 버스정류장이 가까워서 이동하기 편했습니다. 타이중은 다음 여행때도 꼭 다시 올거고 오게되면 여기 꼭 예약할꺼에요~ 추천합니다~~~

隔音不是最佳， 不過位於巷子中所以不太會有車聲，隔壁緊鄰逢甲夜市 ，交通便利。 床偏軟很舒適，2樓還有稍大的木質地板交誼聽，適合三五好友聚在一起打牌聊天。

this hotel is not exactly a hotel, more like a guesthouse. spacious and cozy room. the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided r by far the best. its location is within walking distance to fengjia night market. but its location is not near taichung HSR station so we took a cab from the HSR station to the accomodation. one of the in charge, fei, was very nice to whatsapp me some information on the night before - check in and check out details, passcode to the room. theres also hot water dispenser in level 2. however, we didnt know that every Thurs, fengjia night market area will scheduled power shutdown from 1pm onwards for an hour and yet we reached at 1pm so we were lost for a moment. i would appreciate if we were informed abt the power shutdown beforehand but thats ok since we only stayed for a night.

Location was superb. Staff will contact you one day beforehand on how to get from the station to the stay. They gave detail explanation on the stay and borrowed us umbrella as it was raining heavily. Maps was also provided in the room. Totallly recommend.

Wonderful stay! The bed are so comfy. Toilet and bathroom are clean. Although is a shared bathroom and toilet, if its not crowded, it is very pleasant. Its walking distance to night market about 5-10 minutes depending on your walking speed. Along the way, there are many store and shop to drop by as well. We enjoyed the stay! Thank you!

Helpful staff provide a lot guidance to me along my visit to taichung

A basic room, but excellent location. May be a bit difficult to find as it is not marked out, or named at all - have to rely on the address to find the place (at a back alley). However, the location and price is unbeatable. Right in the heart of Feng Jia night market. The host is also extremely helpful!

This hotel has two areas; each across from one another. Other travellers should be aware. Hotel is near Fengxia night market. Hotel is good for that price. No housekeeping though you could change your towels if you request and they will give you new toiletries everyday. Please note this hotel does not have a front counter and all communication would be done via telephone. Wifi connection is good.
