Everything! The location is right next door to a police station that made me feel safe. The lobby was immaculate and quiet. It had a nice ambiance. The rooms were nice and clean and very spacious! I will definitely book here again

I loved everything about it

We were greeted immediately by the receptionist who was courteous and efficient. She answered our questions and gave us information about the property. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was great - the evening margarita pizza was perfect - the fries and the drinks delicious also . The cooking staff - cleaning Staff - and the front staff were ALL exceptional- I stay at many places first time I say ALL exceptional!!! I was staying at the Sheraton every month or two but this is going to be my new home when visiting San Diego ! The staff couldn’t have been better !

This hotel and staff were amazing! They made me feel safe while traveling alone. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were great at the restaurant on site. 20 mins to the airport. Front desk staff member Megan and bartender Tamara were amazing! Great people and a great environment! First time in Cali and flew across country from NJ and I’ll definitely be back again. I felt very safe and the rooms were immaculate. What a wonderful experience! ⭐ Very disappointing experience. The service was not good and the facility was not clean. I spoke directly with the manager to address my concerns, but he was dismissive and showed no care at all. Poor management and lack of professionalism made this visit frustrating.

When the room service comes to clean the room they don't vacuum the floor I stay there for 19 days maybe the vacuum my just 3 times.

Loved the convenience of the lobby cafe/bar. Great location to stay after a concert at the Magnolia.

On performance nights at The Magnolia concert venue, the lobby bar should stay open another hour, particularly on a Friday or Saturday night.

My stay was only for the Service and Commitment of my dear friend. I cut short by 1 day as everything had ended after the Friday morning service at Fort Rosecrans. On arrival, the Check in staff was friendly, kind and professional. Very sweet to us. After arriving back to the Hotel after from the Commitment service, the young man at the desk was very accommodating to let us check out earlier and return home. I couldn’t have asked for a better caring staff at this time. I was also upgraded to a larger room for what reason I do not know.

I stay here because I can walk to my sons house from here. Ive stayed 3x now. All good except this last time the AC rattled when it went on. Woke me @ night. Love the woman who does the night shift. Shes always very friendly & remembered me from last time Thank you

Terrible management they won’t refund the money for the reason of their own technical issue from their system.

Nice hotel, area is okay. Next to a police station, good and bad. Great seeing all the fire fighters and military folks around. AC was loud. Not pleasant.

Wonderful, room was amazing, staff was kind, we even tried breakfast and it was just what we needed for a quick bite. The location was very good!

The air conditioner noise was awful, even when turned off, the unit made noise all night. Had to put a pillow over my ears. The pull out sofa bed was awful for my daughter! The springs showed through. We had to put the sofa cushions on top of the bed for some relief, but they keep on separating all night. :( Not a pleasant experience!!

Prenotazione eseguita con Booking.com per le notti del 24 e 25 Luglio. Arriviamo e troviamo la camera in disordine ( letto mal fatto e pulizia della camera scadente ) e il bagno sporco ( tracce di urina sotto il coperchio ). Chiediamo di essere spostati di camera e ci viene assegnata una seconda camera che risulta essere nelle stesse condizioni della prima ( forse peggio ). Alla reception comunichiamo che non si può soggiornare in una camera così sporca e che siamo intenzionati ad andarcene. Ci viene comunicato che ci sarebbe stata addebitata solamente la prima notte e che avremmo potuto chiedere il rimborso. Veniamo via e troviamo un altro albergo per le notti successive. Sulla carta di credito vengono addebitate entrambe le notti. Apro una segnalazione su Booking e alla mia richiesta di assistenza nessuno risponde. Scrivo all'albergo e ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta. Finalmente riesco a parlare con l'assistenza di Booking e dopo avermi messo in attesa per 40 minuti mi rispondono che loro non possono farci nulla e che proprio per venirmi incontro e farmi un favore mi avrebbero riconosciuto un rimbroso del 15% dell'intera cifra ( la camera aveva un costo oltre i 1000 $ )...poco dopo arriva un messaggio nel quale mi veniva comunicato che Booking mi avrebbe riconosciuto 150 $ non come rimborso ma come premio caricato direttamente sul mio wallet. Siamo profondamente delusi e amareggiati per quanto accaduto perchè oltre il danno anche la beffa e pertanto incaricheremo un legale che ci possa tutelare in questa situazione. Pessimo l'hotel, pessimo il servizio ricevuto da Booking.
