New Kingston's Deluxe Apartment

Lovely apartment and housekeeping does a great job!

Clean

For the first part of our trip, we were staying at another property (which was also lovely)owned by this couple to attend the US Embassy but had to extend our stay. The couple made sure we transitioned easily to this one by driving us personally to thr new accommodations. They were friendly, professional and very helpful. They helped my son while i had to return home for business. Not only would I recommend their properties but I will stay here again the next time I'm in Kingston

We were very pleased with our stay. Safe and very clean, centrally located. Perfect size for 2 adults or a small family. Definitely recommend.

It’s like a scam. The only phone number on file was a wrong number and we never find the correct location even after spending about an hour looking around. We had to book something else.

Great stay

This property was great. I would stay there again

Really enjoyed the apartment especially its location, cleanliness and easy access. Would recommend it. Thank you

The only issue I had was that the temperature of the water in the shower could not be regulated properly. It was either too hot or cold. Apart from that I had a wonderful stay and the apartment is conveniently located close to all the business places I needed access to. Thank you to the team. A special thank you to the driver who picked me up from the airport; she was very pleasant and accomodating.

Enjoyed the property and the visits from the house keeper, she was pleasant.

Very clean property and the host communicates effectively, if you're looking for a clean and comfortable stay I would recommend this property

My stay was good

location was great. easy access to transportation and major roads. service was excellent. property was kept clean. no issues at all. will staying there again on my next visit

This property was extremely cozy, loved how secure it was as well. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience here, very quiet I’m peaceful space to be in.

I didn't like that the bathroom is inside the bedroom and if u have visitors they would have to go in the bedroom to use the bathroom.

Nice choice

The apartment is nice, you can cook if you want, and the AC and hot water work.

En expedia deberia salir en el total todo incluido y no cobrar valores en letra pequeña cuando uno ya esta alla

Location

There was no hot water.

You communicated with us in a reasonable time. A lot of traffic noise from hope road, I will come again

Like location cleanliness didn't like TV only in bedroom. Air conditioning only in bedroom.

Really clean, and relaxing property. There is a problem with the shower. The temperature is steaming hot and almost impossible to temper to a soothing temperature. So I was forced to have cold showers. Luckily it is summer time so no worries there just an observation. Otherwise ai would definitely book again.

Clean and centrally located

The Host went above and beyond to accommodate. This property exceeded all of my expectations! I felt very comfortable and safe!

The apartment was very nice and clean. I would just better preferred better communication from Expedia about the address and directions on how to get to the location from start to end.

I didn’t like the fact that the name and address of the property on the internet was totally different compared to the one in Kingston. So I rode around fir 3 hours looking for the apartments and sat outside for 2 hours waiting for someone to bring me the key. Horrible communication!

Everyone was professional, courteous, and pleasant. The property was well kept, and the apartment was clean and cozy.

Perfect little cozy hidden studio very spacious and super clean well decorated in a safe gated estate. Easy access to everything. Worth every penny.

Very nice place recommend it

the appliances were poor only one tv without any premium channels also need new stove fridge microwave toaster before yall should recommend this place again

The place was very nice. Unfortunately took me almost an hour to enter, had to wait on the owner’s husband and during that time I tried to get an answer from the owner -cause I didn’t know how much I was supposed to wait- and she was not replying to me. Communication for me is important and here was not good. Once I was there I had to pay a cleaning fee that I was sure because of what I read on the description that I didn’t have to pay but I had to and for me was too expensive for being there only 3 nights. I never understood that someone was going to come to clean during my stay, if I knew that I wouldn’t pay it. Because actually I don’t like when someone enter to the place while I’m not there, actually that never happened to me since I start traveling and booking places like this, and I specifically expressed that I didn’t want no one to enter and it happened anyway. On my 2nd day I reached to the apartment and there was someone cleaning and this person before she left she asked me to leave money for her after I already payed 60 usd for cleaning, makes no sense for me. It’s a shame to express all this because the place is nice but didn’t like all those situations. And the worst part is that I didn’t have hot water during my stay, never since I reach. Decided to stay like that because I didn’t want someone to enter AGAIN. Actually I tell the owners not to come because I was not gonna be there on my last day and they also go anyway. Felt uncomfortable with all this.

Weather was really nice like the area

Exexellent, quiet place to stay that was just a few minutes walk to central Half Way Tree. The staff was wonderful and easy to contact and made my stay comfortable. Will surely book again soon.

Staff was very helpful. The apartment was very clean and well located.

If we come back to Kingston we will book the same Apartment again, because everything was perfekt for us. Thanks for the good Service.

This villa was a very nice quiet unit in a safe and well kept complex of mixed renters and visitors. It was clean and well stocked.(Although we needed to grab dishwashing liquid on the first night.) For us this was great alternative to a hotel. Honestly, we felt that this neighborhood was superior to the New Kingston hotel strip which we walked about. All in all a very professional reception. Ms. Janice was always close at hand if needed. But, very much respected our privacy. And a drive with Mr. Robert is not to be missed. A very welcome all around experience. Thank you!

Very nice clean apartment , would recommend to antpnewho is in Kingston

The Location was really good the grounds was well kept, the house keeping lady was warm and friendly did a very good job of keeping my apartment clean love this place.
