Hôtel à l'extérieur de Bernay avec un grand parking. Les chambres sont modernes, confortables et calmes. Bon petit déjeuner. Il y a un restaurant à côté de l'hôtel mais nous ne y sommes pas allés. Le personnel est très accueillant.

Pas de climatisation mais les nuits étaient fraiches donc cela n'a pas été une gêne.

No gluten free options for my wife’s breakfast. Luckily she had her own supply of cereal and bread.

Receptionist couldn't find one of our bookings and shrugged his shoulders despite showing him the confirmation. However, after about 10 mins when we were looking up how to contact booking.com, he did provide keys to 2 more rooms, but it was a worrying minutes

Le petit déjeuner, vraiment exceptionnel, beaucoup de choix, produits de qualité, j’ai apprécié avoir du skyr!

La chambre peut être un peu froide et peu chaleureuse.

Schon mehrfach für die Durchreise genutzt. Zimmer und Betten sind gut und sauber. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände sehr praktisch. Zum Ort Bernay mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten. Sehr sehenswert mit guter und ausreichender Gastronomie. Frühstücksbuffet mit verschiedenen Angeboten an Brot/Brötchen/Croissants, Bananenkuchen...Getränken, Heißgetränke aus Automaten, Obst, Joghurt vorhanden, etwas Käse und Aufschnitt. Leider keine frischen Tomaten und Gurken mehr, als Beilage. Eier vorhanden. Aussensitzgelegenheiten im Garten hinter dem Hotel.

The breakfast offering was varied and well-curated, accommodating the diversity of guests. Combined with the spacious, clean environment and highly welcoming staff, it created an excellent overall experience.

While the overall experience was positive, the absence of air conditioning or fans made the afternoons quite uncomfortable and limited the ability to spend time indoors.

L'emplacement est idéal, avec un parking suffisamment grand. De plus il y a un restaurant sur ce même site. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les produits de bonne qualité. Le personnel est très avenant.

Attitude of the receptionist when we checked in - he couldn't find the second booking and just shrugged his shoulders and repeated that we only had 3 rooms even though I had booked 2 more on another booking and showed him. However he must have found the other booking after about 15 minutes and gave us 2 more keys

Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas énorme mais largement suffisant pour nous. Les chambres étaient propres et avec de l'espace suffisant pour 2. La literie était à notre goût, les coussins un peu mous mais on en avait 2 par personnes La première nuit nous avons eu un problème de bruit car nous étions juste au-dessus de la terrasse du bar/restaurant et impossible de dormir la fenêtre fermée vu les températures caniculaires mais on nous a directement relogé dans une chambre à l'arrière du bâtiment et on a dû s'occuper de rien, ils ont gentiment déménagé nos affaires une fois la nouvelle chambre prête pendant que nous passions la journée à l'extérieur. Nous avions pris la formule demi-pension et nous ne le regrettons pas, nous avons bien mangé et le personnel ainsi que les patrons du restaurant était très sympathique.

Camere pulite e confortevoli, anche se non molto grosse. Staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione ricca e buona. Molto comodo il parcheggio essendoci uno spiazzo enorme davanti all'hotel. Ristorante adiacente all'hotel aperto tutti i giorni.

Our room met our needs and was clean and comfortable; the twin beds requested were provided and proved comfortable. The WC and shower facilities were good. The breakfast was excellent; nicely presented in a bright and airy room with a wide range of choice.

A better fitting door for the WC/shower room would have been appreciated.

Breakfast is perfect: there are both sweet and savory options. And the dairy products (the farm-fresh yogurts are excellent). All the employees are very professional.

A great hotel that we used to break up our journey as we headed South. The hotel was very welcoming, check-in was easy, and the room was everything that we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant immediately next door served excellent food with a lovely terrace and fantastic staff. The breakfast offering was extensive, and lovely.

It was a bit confusing re breakfast as we had thought it was included but it didn’t spoil our visit.

Le manque de propreté dans la chambre: poussière au sol et sur les équipements de salle de bain, tâches au mur, sur les taies d'oreillers et le meilleur le petit "cadeau" dans la cuvette des toilettes, à se demander si le ménage a été fait.

Het hotel biedt eenvoudige maar doeltreffende kamers die goed zijn voor een overnachting onderweg. Het is licht, ruim en schoon. Het ontbijtbuffet is goed en ruim voldoende. Bij goed weer kun je ook heerlijk op het buitrenterras ontbijten.

In de omgeving is niet veel te beleven, maar daar kwam ik ook niet voor. Ik was op doorrreis.

Le prix du restaurant et du petit déjeuner abordables

En pleine canicule, pas de ventilateur disponible, le matin aucun personnel de nous a dit bonjour, on ne nous a pas demandé si ça c'était bien passé enfin notre chambre au RDC sur le parking ou nous avons du attendre la fermeture du bar situé sur le même parking pour pouvoir commencer à réfléchir à dormir

Hôtel bien situé, l'hôtel propose beaucoup de services. Pas trop loin de l'autoroute. Bernay est une très belle ville et agréable a visiter elle vaut vraiment le détour. La situation est pratique avec le restaurant indépendant qui est juste a côté. Chambre très propre et confort des lits impeccable. Une climatisation aurait été bienvenue car la nuit était très chaude par ce temps caniculaire. Le personnel est accueillant est agréable.

Si on veut être tatillon, la climatisation aurait été agréable. Mais nous sommes en pleine période de canicule. Donc, on ne peut pas leur en vouloir...

This is a very good hotel. Having stayed six times in Bernay I would say it's the best in the town and we will definitely stay there again. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room cool, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Parking was easy - I am disabled and we could park right by the front door, which is not always possible at other hotels. I highly recommend this hotel.

We realised as we pulled into the driveway that we had stayed here some years ago. The hotel is easy to find on the outskirts of Bernay. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but there is very good restaurant next door.

Stayed previously so knew what to expect. Great hotel with good parking and easy access. Clean room. Good breakfast.

The hotel was in a nice peaceful location yet convenient for the main road the room was spacious and comfortable the staff very friendly and the food at the restaurant next to the hotel was fabulous

Only minor point was because the toilet and shower area were separate it made the washing area a bit small but for a one night stay was no issue for us

We had a very pleasant stay. Parking was excellent on arrival, with no height restrictions, which was ideal as we were travelling in a van. The lobby, bar, and reception areas had a lovely ambience and felt very relaxing. The staff member who checked us in was particularly helpful and friendly, assisting with re-freezing our ice blocks and serving me at the bar. Our requested accessible (PMR) rooms were provided as requested and were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of sweet and savoury options, both hot and cold. Although the coffee was from a self-service machine, as is common these days, it was surprisingly good. We especially enjoyed being able to sit outside in the courtyard and have breakfast, which made for a lovely start to the day. Unfortunately, we arrived quite late and decided not to dine at the restaurant next door. This was a shame, as it looked very popular and had a great atmosphere. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we left feeling refreshed and well fed. I would definitely stay here again when travelling this route and will be sure to try the restaurant next time.
