Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The overall facilities of the property were good. The room had everything we needed, breakfast was good, there was a rooftop area for relaxing, and the location was close to well-known attractions.
There was no air conditioning in the room, although a fan was provided. The windows did not have insect screens. The safe was not working, and despite asking about it, it was not fixed during our entire stay.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Ontbijtbuffet was ruim voldoende, we hebben heerlijk gebruik gemaakt van een zeer mooie welness en relaxruimte. Omgeving is prachtig om te wandelen en de bergen in te gaan. eetgelegenheden zijn er in Kleinarl niet heel veel maar in het naastgelegen Wagrain kan je ook prima eten
bed was prima maar had wel iets meer comfort mogen hebben.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026The pension is located in the center of the village. Surrounding tracks are reachable just from the pension. The breakfast (many variations of local food) and dinners were really good. The staff were really kind and helpful. If you drive EV, you can charge it directly there. The pension is perfect for families with children (kids room, swimming pool). The sauna was super!

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Jde o krásný rodinný penzion, kde je čisto, nic nechybí a podávají vynikající jídlo, které nejen hezky vypadá, ale je i výborné. Potěšila nás česká obsluha, pro kterou nebylo nic problém. Veškeré naše požadavky byly splněny. Penzion můžeme jen a jen doporučit. Není nic, co by nám vadilo či chybělo. Navíc je blízko vleku, což je také velké plus!
Vše bylo perfektní! Není co vytknout 🙂

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar überschaubar, aber hatte alles zu bieten, was man für ein gutes/reichhaltiges Frühstück benötigt. Beim größeren Ansturm war etwas wenig Platz, aber wir sind trotzdem nicht verhungert. :-) Die Stube war sehr gemütlich. Es hätte auch Sauna etc. gegeben, das haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Der Skilift ist auch mit Skischuhen gut erreichbar, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Unser Zimmer hatte 2 Bäder, das war bei 4 Personen echt top!
Die Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig und wir haben abends die Nachbarn über uns gehen/rumpeln gehört. Im Doppelbett waren zwei Unterschiedliche Matratzen (eine höher, eine tiefer), das war etwas merkwürdig. Der Skistall ist verhältnismäßig klein, wir hatten leider keinen Platz mehr für unsere Skischuhe und Ski bekommen, weil wir erst gegen 18:00 Uhr vom Skifahren zurück ins Hotel gekommen sind. Alles aber absolut im verkraftbaren Rahmen.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Super Lage! Ca. 5-10 Min. Fußweg zur Liftstation! Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen! Abendessen war ebenfalls hervorragend! Lob nochmal an die Küche! Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, was im Winter mit Skiausrüstung äußerst praktisch ist! Personal samt Chef sehr freundlich!

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und wurde von Marco, dem Chef des Hauses, jeden Tag frisch zubereitet. Auch Simone, seine Schwester hat uns im Service jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank liebe Familie Viehhauser, wir werden wiederkommen.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025Prima plek voor een tussenstop top richting Kroatië. Bij de boeking in zaten gratis kaartjes voor het hele gezin voor de lift naar boven om zo een stukje te hike in de omgeving. Verder is het hotel prima voorzien van meerdere faciliteiten.

WLAN hat nicht funktioniert, haben wir aber auch nicht montiert.

My partner is on a very special diet (gluten and lactose-free) and the staff did everything to accommodate her. The dinners were also very tasty. The room had a fantastic veiw of the mountains and a small river was just running right next to us, it was a pleasant sound to listen to.

Our stay included free breakfast buffet as well as free waterpark tickets for our entire family. The best sleep we had during our entire trip because they have the most comfortable beds. We can't wait to return to the hotel in the winter time.
