Super Lage mit Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon. Ein kleiner Pfad führt hinunter zu einer eigenen kleinen Bucht- ein Traum. Wir waren immer allein dort, man muss aber schon gewillt sein, den Weg über Felsen zu gehen. Als Ausgangspunkt für die Umgebung ebenfalls toll. Alles sauber und ordentlich, aber vieles ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste saniert werden. Da wird leider nicht mehr gemacht, da der Besitzer die Unterkunft aufgibt und zwei andere Unterkünfte anbietet. Über diese können wir nichts berichten, man findet sie aber unter „Amfitrion by the Beach“ und „Amfitrion Gythio Town“

Einige der Einrichtungssachen sind schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione interna

Panorama bellissimo dal balcone, la vista del mare è impagabile. L'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato era dotato di tutto il necessario e veniva pulito regolarmente. Posizione ottima, vicinissima a Gythio e anche alle varie spiagge. Nella struttura (come in tutta la Grecia) troverete diversi gatti che riposano al sole o si godono la vista come bonus aggiunto. Super consigliato

L'unica nota negativa per noi sono stati i cuscini, probabilmente sarà l'abitudine ma li abbiamo trovati un po' scomodi (ma è soggettivo).

La posizione e parcheggio interno alla struttura

Amazing view of the sea and Gytheio, it was very quiet and we had all the things we needed in order to prepare meals.

The only downside was the fact that the bathroom would flood after every use. A mop is necessary in the room.

The view from the room was spectacular and exactly like the photos. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Charming cats live near the hotel and they are lovely. The location was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We most often chose to eat in the area at great tavernas a short walk away, but it was only a short 5 minute drive to Gytheio. Great value for money. We would highly recommend.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό σε καλή τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο Γυθειο. Το προσωπικό του καταλύματος πολύ ευγενικό καο εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, με όλες τις αναγκαίες παροχές και μπαλκόνι με όμορφη θέα στην θάλασσα. Επίσης διέθετε άνετο parking. Το συνιστώ για διαμονή.

Πραγματικά όλα εξαιρετικά! Υπέροχη φιλοξενία, υπέροχη θέα, καθαρό, με όλες τις παροχές από πιστολάκι έως και μαχαιροπίρουνα ή καφέ!

Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι το wifi κάποιες φορές δε λειτουργούσε με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να χρησιμοποιούμε data. Όταν λειτουργούσε είχε καλό σήμα, παρόλα αυτά συχνά μέσα στη μέρα μπορεί να μην είχε σύνδεση.

Εξαιρετική θέα, άνετο δωμάτιο, ήσυχη περιοχή.

Colonnina ricarica auto scomoda, durante il soggiorno sono state cambiate le lenzuola ma non gli asciugamani

Καθημερινος καθαρισμός δωματίου -σπανιο πλέον-, καθαριότητα άψογη, το δωματιάκι τα είχε όλα, πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμης. Σούπερ και το να ακούς τα τζιτζίκια το πρωί και τα τριζόνια τη νύχτα στο μπαλκονακι. Ήταν λύση ανάγκης γιατί κλείσαμε τελευταία στιγμή αλλά μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι, θα το συστήσαμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Κάμερες κοντά στο μπαλκόνι μας και στην είσοδο (ατυχές ότι στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο που κλεισαμε φαινόταν κι απ' το παράθυρο του μπάνιου όταν ήταν ανοιχτό).

Πεντακάθαρο(καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα!) και σε ωραία τοποθεσία! Πολύ vibe χαλάρωσης.

Καμία φορά πιο αργά το βράδυ, το νερό για να κάνεις μπάνιο ήταν λίγο χλιαρό. Δεν ήταν πρόβλημα όμως.

Ωραία τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο Γυθειο, με θέα τη θάλασσα. Βολικό το πάρκινγκ. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο.

We had such a lovely stay at Kallisto Studios. The studio has a beautiful view and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed while staying with our 4-year-old child. It even had coffee and a French press, which was such a lovely surprise! Georgia, the owner, is a wonderful host, very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. She made us feel right at home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Kallisto Studio to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was perfect.

The property has the most stunning sea view. The room was flawlessly clean each day. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful.

Parking on a slope can be challenging for the least experience drivers.

Hienolla sijainnilla, hyvä ilmastointi, siivous toimi hyvin ja oli puhdasta

Nettiyhteys ei toiminut lähes lainkaan, parkkipaikka erittäin pieni ja hankalalla sijainnnilla, pyysimme hyvää näköalaa ajoissa ennen majoitusta (olimme vielä kolme yötä), mutta se ei ollut paras mahdollinen.

Tutto perfetto! Le persone che gestiscono il posto sono incredibilmente gentili e disponibili, appartamento perfettamente pulito e completo di tutto il necessario. La veranda con la vista panoramica sul mare è indimenticabile. Si trova a due passi dalla piazza di Mavrouni, dove troverete la taverna della famiglia. Con la macchina, in 5 minuti siete a Githio.

Καταπληκτική επιλογή ..φιλικό ..και πολύ επαγγελματικό ταυτόχρονα ..Πολλά μπράβο στην οικογένεια που τα έχουν .. Καθαριότητα 100%. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική με πάρκινγκ ..είσαι δίπλα στην πολύ γυθειο και στην πλατεία Μαυροβουνιου . Σίγουρα αποτελεί πρώτη επιλογή σε περίπτωση που επιθυμήσουμε να ξαναέρθουμε.

The place matches exactly the pictures. The experience of having a balcony with such a view exceeded the expectations. That, and the cleanliness of the place were the highlights of our stay there. Andreas and Georgia are amazing people. I will definitely visit again!

There place is in need of some renovation for sure, but honestly it is fully functional and well equipped and so clean that you will overlook anything else.

The view is stunning and the room clean and spacious. It is a great place for vacation and also for remote working too :) the staff is very friendly and the location quiet.

Ideal location with a fantastic view. Our studio was bright and airy and had everything we needed and more. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host and staff were all very friendly.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική !Υπέροχος χώρος πολύ προσεγμένος φτιαγμένος με αγάπη! Τέλειος κήπος, πανέμορφη θέα και ηρεμία. Πραγματικά έκανε το ταξίδι μας καλύτερο!

Η θέση του οικήματος είναι αμφιθεατρική με υπέροχη θέα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο.

Η υποδομή για το internet, η γραμμή χρειάζεται αναβάθμιση, δεν μπορούσε να εξυπηρετήσει, ήταν πολύ αργή. Επισης, για τις θέσεις parking χρειάζεται να τοποθετηθούν σκίαστρα στις διαμορφωμένες θέσεις.

Everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean, fantastic view, friendly and helpful owners. Would love to stay there again. Don't hesitate to book and if you do make sure you visit the family taverna, Treva in the nearby village square. We ate there 3 times,it was fantastic.

Excelente lugar cerca de Gitión con una vista increíble, personal muy amable y gatitos por todos lados. La habitación tenía absolutamente todo lo que se podría necesitar y hacían el aseo diariamente. Realmente increíble :)

Der Standort direkt am Meer Beim Aufstehen sogar aus dem Fenster blick aufs offene Meer. Am zweiten Tag frische Handtücher , das hatten wir noch nie/ oder sehr selten .

Mir persönlich war das Bad einen ticken zu klein speziell die dusche und dann noch ein Stoff Vorhang.Aber das ist meine spezielle abneigung.

Das Zimmer war perfekt ausgestattet und wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht und bequeme Betten. Die Gastgeber betreiben eine Taverne ca 1 km entfernt, die ein fantastisches Essen liefert, deutlich besser als alles was wir sonst bisher gefunden hatten auf unserer Reise. Die Gäste der Apartments gekommen 10% Rabatt.

Für uns war der Aufenthalt perfekt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb und man braucht ein Auto. Das aber nur zur Information.

La struttura migliore che ho trovato in Grecia! Tutti gentilissimi, la camera bella, pulita, comoda e con una vista bellissima sul mare, con l’alba che si vede dal balcone! Si può anche scendere direttamente sugli scogli e fare il bagno al mare da una stradina sul lato della casa. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima! Molto consigliato

Υπέροχη θέα και ιδανική τοποθεσία από την φασαρία του Γυθείου... Πας κ με τα πόδια αλλά κατεβαίνεις με το αμάξι στο Γύθειο εινια η αλήθεια, όμως στα πολύ υπέρ φιλοξενοι άνθρωποι και θα ξαναπηγαιναμε...

Πολυ καθαρό δωμάτιο με.καθημερινο επισης καθαρισμό απο το προσωπικό πολυ ωραια θέα ακριβώς όπως οι προσδοκίες μας.

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μην μου αρεσε

L'accueil par Georgia et ses chats 😉 (Si on revient en Grèce, on prendra le temps de parler français ensemble 😃) La vie sur mer du balcon et le lever de soleil 👌 Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et quelqu'un est venu faire un brin de ménage et la vaisselle : agréablement surpris, merci

Une nuit venteuse qui a secoué le store du balcon et donc créer un peu de bruit (impossible de fermer)

Wir hatten 9 sehr schöne Tage in den Kallisto Studios. Die Appartements sind kurz gesagt klein aber fein. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich der Kühlschrank war etwas laut, allerdings konnten wir uns nachts mit der richtigen Sicherung helfen. Die Besitzer kümmern sich liebevoll um ca. 20 Katzen. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück auf dem kleinen Balkon war unbezahlbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Camera con vista eccezionale in una piccola e curata palazzina sul mare. La nostra camera aveva un terrazzino di piccole dimensioni ma molto piacevole. Le dimensioni della nostra stanza erano buone e lo spazio a disposizione ben organizzato. Andrea, l'host, molto ospitale, ci ha suggerito una piccola spiaggia accessibile proprio dalla struttura, scendendo per un breve sentiero. E' stato bello poter fare un bagno serale appena arrivati. Andrea, insieme alla moglie, gestisce anche una taverna poco distante, nella parte alta di Gythio, dove è sita la struttura, e dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene, in una atmosfera gradevole. Nel complesso suggerirei Kallisto Studio e ci saremmo pure tornati sulla strada del rientro, se non avessimo deciso per un altro percorso.

Camera spaziosa con ampio terrazzo e visita sul mare. Cucina molto bene attrezzata con stoviglie, tazze e anche caffè zucchero olio e sale. Servizio di riassetto camera durante il soggiorno. Letti comodi.

Äusserst nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Appartment war bequem, rustikal eingerichtet und für uns gemütlich. Der Balkon richtung Meer ist sensationell von wo aus man den Sonnenaufgang beobachten kann.

Der Wasserdruck dürfte etwas höher sein.
