Gloucester Hotel Hamdeok

Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen, perfekte Nähe zu allem was relevant ist in Hamdeok. Nichtmal ein Taxi habe ich gebraucht, weil die Bushaltestelle nicht weit ist. Bequeme Betten, schönes Badezimmer, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und die Vorhänge verdunkeln halbwegs gut. In Verbindung mit dem Preis war ich extrem zufrieden. Wer mehr will muss deutlich mehr bezahlen. Darüber hinaus war das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit beim Suchen von bestimmten Spezialitäten Restaurants. Wer an dem tollen Frühstück teilnehmen möchte, sollte am Vortag vor 22 Uhr reservieren dadurch wird es nochmal deutlich günstiger, aktuell 15.000 Won.

Die Höhe des Waschbeckens ist eher für Kinder als für Erwachsene. Die Vorhänge könnten noch besser abdunkeln. Und das wichtigste, eine Bedienungsanleitung für die fest in der Wand installierte Steuerung von Klimaanlage und Zimmerservice wäre für Europäer sinnvoll. Ich habe drei oder vier Tage gebraucht bis ich begriffen habe dass man zweimal drauf drücken kann und damit das Zimmermädchen steuert mit der Anzeige don't disturb oder make up the room! Kleinigkeiten. Die Zimmer werden doch der Reihe nach irgendwann fertig, ich verstehe nicht warum vor 15 Uhr überhaupt niemand mit Glück oder Pech einchecken kann.

Très bien situé, tout proche de convenient store et de la mer, de la plage hamdeok et facilement accessible en bus (ligne directe pour l’aéroport 1h de teajet)

La chambre était vraiment chère pour une piêtre qualité. On entend tout, chambre d’en haut chambre d’en bas et des côtés même le couloir, le lit très inconfortable, le sol, les murs et le plafond sale, les prises pour charger les téléphones étaient complètement cassées pour la moitié impossible de faire tenir un bloc de charge dedans. Et certains membres du personnel très peu professionnel (rigolent des clients sans même se cacher). Ah oui et la carte de la chambre dont le plastifiée était à moitié arrachée, vraiment pas pro cet hôtel pour le prix. Ça ne vaut même pas un 3 étoiles... La seule chose positive : très bon emplacement par rapport à la plage et la station de bus.

Располагается прямо на пляже, номера с видом на воду - красивый вид из окна. Все очень понравилось. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов, магазины - всё под рукой. Передвигались по острову на такси- больше 2х минут машину не разу не ждали у отеля. Если посещу остров, обязательно остановлюсь именно в этом отеле.

Что заселяют всех после 15.00, образуется очередь на заселение.

飯店人力明顯不足，打電話到前台要求提供洗衣袋，告知需自行至櫃台索取 房間隔音不佳，除了可以聽到路上的嘻鬧聲，隔壁房間的聲音也蠻大的，有幼童的家庭可能需要考慮一下

Comfortable room, great modern technology in the rooms, hot powerful shower. Amazing location. Staff so friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment in the lobby but the rest of the hotel stayed very quiet.

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable and the sea views were unbeatable. The lounge was great fun in the evenings and the location of the hotel could not have been better.

The laundry room was very busy with one washer out of action and the instructions in English were very unclear.

휴양지 한가운데로 도보이용이 매우 편리합니다. 편의시설과 서비스가 만족스러우나 1층에 라이브클럽이 매우 시끄러워 낮은 층에서는 밤 11시까지 시끄러웠습니다. 루프탑의 유료 료칸은 매우 만족스럽습니다.

Great hotel, very close to the beach, lots of restaurants around and a short walking distance from the bus stops for main busses to get around Jeju Island. The staff is friendly, helpful and makes you feel welcome. The view from the rooms with sea view is absolutely stunning, it felt amazing opening the eyes every morning to a view of beautiful clear sea of Jeju right from the pillow.

La verdad es que la habitación es amplia y la vista al mar muy linda, leimos reseñas que decian que si pedias vista al mar seria muy ruidosa, pero nos arriesgamos y desde el piso 3 no estaba nada ruidosa.

해수욕장에서 가깝고 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 가격대비 만족할만한 호텔입니다. 직원분들도 모두 친절하시구요. 객실내 시설관리는 조금 더 신경을 써야할 부분입니다. 에어컨이 침대 바로 위에 있는데 물이 떨어져서 도움을 요청했는데 개선이 안되었고 TV도 작동이 안되어 도움을 받아야했습니다.

작년과 올해 여름휴가로 이용했습니다. 청소하는분이 너무 친절해서 후기를 남깁니다. 5박하는동안 몇번 마주쳤는데 항상 인사해주시고 저희 외출시간에 맞춰 청소해주시고 먼저 불편하지않게 말걸어주셔서 감사합니다. 머리 짧은 단발?이고 온화한 인상이셨습니다. 5박중 하루빼고 계속 보이셨습니다. 아마 일본인가족이라고하면 알것같습니다.4층담당이신것같은데 다시한번 감사인사 드립니다.

The beach was so wonderful!!! And the view from the room was so great!!!

침구상태 욕실 시설 청결은 매우 좋았습니다. 그런데 에어컨 청소는 한번 하셔야 하겠습니다. 내부 먼지가 바로 보여 조금 아쉬웠습니다

The property is right on the beach. The water doesn’t look like in the pictures, it’s less blue more of an emerald green. Parking was simple and staff spoke great English. Bathroom was nice

I stayed in a Korean style room, I should have booked a western room. Anyway it was fine still comfortable. The furniture was old, carpeted hallway. I disdnt like that there wasn’t a deadbolt.

음 일단 유탑쪽은 온돌방이 있어 여수도 이용하고 했는데 여러 후기들처럼 1층에 라운지펍이 있는데 24시까지 쿵짝쿵짝ㅜㅜ 온돌방은 대부분 2층.시끄러워요ㅜㅜ 그점이 매우 아쉽. 해변과의 거리는 가까워서 참 좋아요. 서비스는 무난합니다.

We enjoyed the view on the ocean and the Hamdeok beach. Great location with many restaurants and convenience stores within minutes. Less than 10 minutes walk to the bus station.

The only highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was varied, tasty, and well-prepared – a good way to start the day.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. I booked a room with an ocean view, but the windows were so dirty that it was impossible to enjoy it. When I informed the front desk, they claimed it was due to the rain – however, none of the nearby buildings along the beach had dirty windows like this one. It was clearly a lack of proper maintenance. Additionally, the hallway carpets were visibly dirty, adding to the overall poor impression of cleanliness. The staff’s attitude also needs improvement – especially when it comes to being honest and willing to address guest concerns respectfully.

we booked this Hotel because it was close enough to the airport (we had an early flight out), it has a lot of restaurants, bakeries and convenience stores around. free parking. beach just across the Hotel.

위치가 좋아 오션뷰 만으로도 다른 단점이 커버가 되는 호텔이네요. 방은 좀 좁았으나 침대는 나름 괜찮았어요. 밤 10시까지는 바와 해변의 소음이 있어요. 소프트웨어는 딱 기본이네요. 친절이 느껴지지는 않았어요.

Location and price of hotel was reasonable. Ocean facing accommodation in Hamdeok beach. Great location close to restaurants and pub food like “Roll Tide”. Parking was convenient in garage attached to hotel. Directions are easy to find to the location. Breakfast available in the hotel however it was not fresh or appealing. Ac was cut off during my stay. I was told for the season. The front desk did have a fan to borrow however my room only had one plug in to use. No plug ins existed in the bathroom. It was difficult to get ready in the morning. If simplicity is what you are looking for and location then it worked for the stay. I was gone most of the day so I just needed accommodations to sleep. There is a DJ set up down in the restaurant at night so it gets loud in the room. Everything extra - breakfast, jacuzzi, etc is an up charge.

It was amazing travel destination with amazing view and very comfortable beds. Korean room was amazing with beautiful view. Netflix!

Balcony was dirty in normal rooms . Not much English person in hotel. Accommodation was from 3 o’clock so for people who coming from Europe, it’s really hard. If room is available, they should just check in.

The Hotel is directly at hamdeok beach, which is a beautiful place and there are many restaurants and bars nearby.

We payed extra to book a room with ocean view but the windows were soo dirty that the view wasn’t really nice☹️

Too many foreigners especially Chinese

The location of the hotel is excellent, just next to Hamdeok beach.

The hotel is basic and oke, but definately not worth the price and 4-star rating on booking. The hotel is fairly outdated and personnel at the reception is poor to none English speaking. At our first night the fire-alarm went off in the middle of the night. After all the guests were evacuated to the lobby, we were told that it was a false alarm. We were told by other guests, as the guy of the hotel didn't speak english at all. Athough a false alarm can always happen, the personnel could be dealt way better with it. There was only one employee of the hotel present, who didn't speak english and couldn't tell why the alarm went off. I have read about same false-alarm incidents in reviews earlier, so it doesn't seem to be a one-time event.

There was a bluffer breakfast fir 22000 won each which I though was a bit expensive As there was a bar underneath or nearby the music could be heard from our room which would not be good if you were a light sleeper or wanted to go to bed early More information in English about where to go, what to see , maps in English - I had to translate everything on the map from Korean to English-

The cleaning crew… they woke us up every morning and never refilled our teas and coffees. They threw away my plastic bags for shoes and cosmetics 🤣

I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. There were bottles of water in the fridge, power cables to charge phones, coffee and tea.

They don't provide towels to use on the beach... Actually at the reception we were told that they do, but since there was no reply from the internal number that they called to retrieve the beach towels they couldn't be bothered and we just got told that they don't provide them
