Huoneistosta puuttui muutamia perustarvikkeita kuten kahvinkeitin (Bialetti tms) ja joitakin peruskokkailuun vaadittavia välineitä kuten kattila, paistinlasta ja kauha.

Incheck om 3.00u p.m. waar strikt aan gehouden wordt. Ik kreeg de toegangscode om 2.50u p.m. via whatsapp, terwijl in het gebouw staat dat incheck vanaf 2.00u p.m. plaatsvond. Mij werd een vervroegde incheck tussen 1.00-2.00u p.m. geweigerd zonder verdere communicatie of alternatief voorstel.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Sehr nette und freundliche Personal Besonders Martin und Herr Hausmeister. Vielen Dank. Ausstattung ist ausreichend, es gibt alles was man braucht.
Lage ist nicht besonders attraktiv. Sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Ausflügspunkt, gibt's aber keine Möglichkeiten abends irgendwo essen , trinken raus zu gehen.Keine Restaurant in die Nähe. Keine richtige Italienische Atmosphäre. Strand in die Nähe bei Mündung der Fluss Ticino zu Lago Maggiore. Nächste freie Strand direkt am See ca 4 Km. entfernt.

Leider ist die Ausblick nicht besonders schön. Die Rezeption ist kaum besetzt. Ich hatte große Schwierigkeiten bzgl. der Bezahlung der Kurtaxe.

Die Küchenausstattung vollständig Es gab noch nicht mal eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Einrichtung hat nicht zusammen gepasst. Safe war defekt

Der Fitnessraum war nicht benutzbar. Das Laufband war unendlich lange belegt, die Luft in dem kleinen Zimmer war eine Katastrophe, und das Fitness Bike war kaputt.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Ubytování bylo prostorné, čisté a dobře vybavené. Byli jsme spokojení a všechno odpovídalo popisu. Velkou výhodou je možnost každodenního úklidu a bezproblémové parkování. Celkově jsme byli s pobytem spokojení a ubytování můžeme doporučit.
Jako menší nevýhodu vnímáme oddělující zamčené dveře do vedlejšího pokoje, přes které byl bohužel slyšet hluk ze sousedního pokoje.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026L appartement est spacieux, bien aménagé et propre. Le linge de toilette est changé tous les jours , le lit fait aussi. Bien sûr ce n est pas un appartement où l on cuisine, mais l essentiel y est. C est très calme. La plage est à 10 min à pied,mais pas agréable pour la baignade ( peu d eau, des coquillages qui coupent, une odeur désagréable). Des supermarchés à proximité et des restaurants peu loin.
L enregistrement fut un peu compliqué, car par téléphone au dernier moment ce n est pas simple, surtout quand on manque de réseau passés la frontière. Heureusement qu une employée nous a reçu et permis d avoir le code.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber. Die Fenster schalldicht, so war es trotz der Lage nahe einer verkehrsreichen Strasse ruhig.
Es hat keine Reception dort und die Kommunikation findet ausschliesslich online statt. Dies wäre kein Problem, wenn es auf Anhieb funktionieren würde und man nicht soviele Sachen eintippen, scannen und fotografieren müsste um am Ende die Mitteilung zu erhalten die Registrierung sei fehlgeschlagen! Wir haben mehrere Anläufe gebraucht bis es funktioniert hat und so mehr als eine Stunde unserer Zeit mit diesem check-in verbracht. Als wir dachten wir hätten es geschafft, musste man zuerst noch die Übernachtungsgebühr von 4 Euro per Kreditkarte überweisen!! Erst dann wurde uns endlich der Eingsngscode übermittelt. Dieses Vorgehen ist mühsam und nervt ganz gewaltig! 😡😡😡 Schade, die Unterkunft wäre eigentlich gut, ausser die Küchenausstattung, die ist absolut minimalistisch und nicht zum Kochen ausgerüstet.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026L'appartamento è in posizione tranquilla, molto silenzioso. Pulizia perfetta. Dotato di ascensore. Non c'è chiave ma un codice numerico che ti assegnano al tuo arrivo. Non c'è il problema di perdere la chiave. Appartamento fresco dotato di aria condizionata e balcone. Tutto sommato siamo stati molto bene. Anche le signore delle pulizie gentilissime hanno chiesto se avevamo bisogno di rifare la camera o pulire il bagno. Io lo consiglio a parte qualche piccola disattenzione da parte della proprietà, è un buon posto.
Non mi è piaciuto l'orario del check-in, troppo tardi alle 15 del pomeriggio soprattutto per chi come noi veniva lontano. Un po' più di flessibilità non guasta. Attrezzatura cucina ridotta proprio ai minimi termini 2 piatti 2 bicchieri una pentola e 2 posate. Non c'è sapone per piatti, e non c'è lavastoviglie. C'è la scopa, manca la paletta alza immondizia.

Geen personeel terplaatse. Toegang via code. Alleen was het digitaal slot van onze kamerdeur defect, waardoor wij pas na een uur (en vele verwarrende whatsapp communicaties met 2 verschillende dames) gered werden door een toevallig aanwezige werkman.

We had the worst experience while checking in that honestly put us in a bad mode before we even arrived! They asked us for A TON of information (why do you need all that? Seriously though? No other hotel asks us for so much) which took a loooong time to fill in! Very bad communication with back and forth messages, and then they asked us to fill all the information again!(???) There is a small kitchen but no utensils to cook! You need your own pots and pans! The parking at the front is free which they didn’t tell us from the beginning!

Chek-in simplu online foarte comod pentru oamenii care nu vor sa piarda timpul in zadar. Aparat cu gustari si cafea pe teritoriul hotelului, la preturi mici si accesibile.
Noaptea s-au auzit strigate afara, dar nu are nici o vina hotelul, ca vizitatorii sunt lipsiti de respect fața de cei ce se odihnesc.

Le sedie dell'angolo cucina erano scomode e ingombranti (tra l'altro con quelle gambe in metallo ci ho sbattuto i piedi più volte). Aria condizionata rumorosa. Mancanza di ganci per appendere asciugamano accanto al lavabo in bagno.
