Reviewed Sep 4, 2026superó nuestras expectativas porque al estar el hotel en una avenida muy transitada y tan cercana al aeropuerto, pensábamos iba a ser muy ruidoso, sin embargo, las habitaciones tienen doble vidrio que aisla perfectamente bien el ruido, la habitación X que nos tocó, está muy amplia y confortable.
la regadera de la habitación X no tiene cancel o cortina, de tal forma que el agua se escurre a todo el piso del baño. sería un maravilloso servicio extra si tuvieran Shuttle al aeropuerto que está a solo 5 minutos pero requiere pedir taxi que viaja desde el centro, por ello cuesta un sobre-precio.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026La ubicacion cerca del aeropuerto a menos de 2km es una gran ventaja. Las habitaciones son grandes y comodas para un buen descanso y el personal es muy atento.
No hay servicio de desayuno, ni alimentacion en el hotel. El hotel esta en una avenida transitada y dificil para transitar a pie lo que reduce la posiblidad de aventurarse a buscar algo de comer. Al costado hay un restaurante pero el desayuno lo sirven bien tarde.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Airport Hotel - taxi ride costs 200 pesos….door to door is 5 minutes. But worth it to be stress free. Shower in room excellent. Restaurant next door - food was okay very limited vegetarian options. There’s a small grocery store 4 minutes walk away along busy street.
Yes, it’s a bit noisy, but tolerable. Earplugs helped.

First thing, a male staff member walked into my room without knocking (why?), reserved the room because there's an elevator and I was on crutches, but the elevator was not working, there was no hot water and the shower head wasn't working properly, it was pouring out all on one side, no nearby local restaurants except the one in the building which is pricey and not that good.

La habitación es muy muy pequeña, y como tal no tiene suficientes muebles. Es muy caro dado el tamaño de la habitación. Además, con Booking.com pagamos bastante mas del precio que se anuncia a la entrada del hotel.

Comfy bed, spotlessly clean and the coffee machine in the room is a very nice touch. The staff were lovely - very welcoming and they arranged a taxi at 04:30 for our early morning flight. The attached Italian restaurant is very good as well. Superb value for money. Highly recommended.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026The hotel is really quite wonderful. I think due to it's location close to the airport, it may be more popular with staying on departure. We did this, as we stayed one night to be able to be close to the airport for our morning flight. With that, we were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel ended up being. It is very clean, updated, designed, and the outdoor grounds and courtyard were wonderful. They have created quite an oasis in the courtyard area. In addition, we loved the roof top terrace. You can take in views in different directions and enjoy a quite evening. Our room itself was directly on the courtyard. It was a smaller room, but we purposefully chose that. The room was well appointed and up kept. The AC worked very, very well. The staff set up a morning taxi reservation for us and were overall very helpful. Lastly, the neighborhood is not necessarily the tourist area. However, we walked down the street and had lunch at a local shop, dropped into the market across the street, and also ordered pizza from the Italian restaurant in the hotel building that evening. Overall, we thought our one night here was a great choice!
No concerns for us on our one night.

We didn't realize the hotel was right on a busy noisy road. Wasn't mentioned in the add or on Booking.com

Very large and comfortable room with all facilities. Clean, serviced daily. Interesting quirk: rooms don't have numbers, they have letters! It has a small gym, and a good restaurant next-door. Friendly staff. I couldn't fault this place and would happily stay there again!

Very kind staff who helped me with heavy bags. Super clean. The adjacent restaurant was also delicious. Needed just one night here but would have gladly stayed longer.
Some scraping furniture that sounded like it was coming from above but not sure the source. Fortunately just short bursts so not a huge disruption.

I think the only issue I had was the noise from the road. However, I know that is out of your control as it is a busy road. Otherwise, all was wonderful!

The only mildly negative comment was to do with guests slamming their doors in the middle of the night. Doors were heavy but they could have let them close quietly. I went to bed early and was woken up several times before midnight. But once again...not the hotels fault.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026Het hotel ligt vlak bij het vliegveld wat handig is als je de volgende dag vroeg vliegt. Echter wordt het ingewikkeld gemaakt om bij het vliegveld te komen. Medewerkers van het hotel helpen je daar ook niet echt mee, en raden alleen een super dure gespecialiseerde taxi aan, ze zeggen dat die alleen naar het vliegveld mogen. Lokale taxi’s kunnen ook gewoon naar het vliegveld toe en we zagen later de bus op het vliegveld rijden. Zelf besloten we maar om te lopen (20 min). Kamer was wel schoon en er was warm water om te douchen.
We hadden een mindere kamer gekregen, kamer was heel basic. Klein bed en de airco maakte enorm veel lawaai. Zwembad was ook dicht toen wij er waren. Daarom vonden we de prijs-kwaliteit ook niet op orde.
