Kradan Beach Resort

Es war ein Rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. Keine Touristen da, nur 13 auf der ganzen Insel. Das Restaurant ist super lecker zu normalen Preisen. Das Personal überaus freundlich.

Notre séjour au Kradan Beach Resort a malheureusement été très décevant. Le personnel nous a à peine calculés pendant notre séjour et nous avons trouvé le service vraiment insuffisant. Il n’y a pas de restaurant sur place et les prix pratiqués autour de l’établissement sont très élevés par rapport à ce qui est proposé. Nous avons également rencontré plusieurs problèmes, notamment avec l’eau chaude dans la douche. Un soir, nous nous sommes même retrouvés sans eau potable. Le seul petit magasin aux alentours n’est ouvert que quelques heures dans la journée et, malgré notre message sur WhatsApp, personne ne nous a répondu. Nous avons donc passé la nuit avec soif, ce qui est assez inadmissible pour un établissement accueillant des clients. Concernant Koh Kradan, l’eau et les plages sont magnifiques, et c’est clairement le principal point positif. En revanche, il n’y a vraiment pas grand-chose à faire sur l’île et, selon nous, une nuit suffit largement. Nous recommandons plutôt de venir à Koh Kradan dans le cadre d’une excursion à la journée plutôt que d’y séjourner plusieurs nuits. Nous avions réservé 5 nuits, mais nous sommes finalement partis au bout de seulement 2 nuits tellement nous étions déçus. Le cadre naturel est magnifique, mais malheureusement cela ne suffit pas à compenser le manque de services, les problèmes rencontrés et le rapport qualité-prix. Pour nous, l’établissement ne vaut pas plus d’une nuit.

Bungalow en inrichting verder niet speciaal, maar bewust gekozen voor 2 bungalows en prijs is uitstekend voor wat je krijgt. Heerlijke uitzicht en zonsopkomst vanaf jd strand stoel maken alles top.

Bella posizione, mare stupendo

Non abbiamo prenotato la stanza vista mare quindi non mi aspettavo una stanza con tutte le comodità ma per la stanza in seconda fila alcune cose non mi sono state proprio bene. Ho avuto in quei giorni la febbre quindi ero obbligata a stare in camera ma non mi era possibile dal calore che quella stanza sprigionava. L’aria condizionata veniva attivata solo dalle 18 di sera alle 9 del mattino, le restanti ore non funzionava e quindi restare in camera era impossibile. Il bagno era sì “coperto” ma aveva spazi aperti ovunque, anche abbastanza grandi, di notte sentivamo rumori di animali ed avevo timore ad entrare in bagno per paura di trovarne qualcuno. Avevamo colazione inclusa ma a farci compagnia c’erano anche tantissime mosche che purtroppo si appoggiavano spesse volte anche sul cibo.

Przenosząc nasze bagaże nawet juz po wymeldowaniu z domku i zakończeniu pobytu, nie mówiąc że pozwolili nam sie zameldować 3 godziny przed doba hotelowa, pyszne śniadania, piękne nowoczesne domki (delux) pomimo braku domku z widokiem na morze to i tak domek w drugiej linii miał idealnie widok pomiędzy dwoma z przodu na morze. Lokalizacja świetna i klimatyzacja działała 24 h na dobę oraz w domku mielismy spora lodówkę a nie było to napisane w udogodnieniach.

Wszystko mi sie podobało.

Very very outdated. Garbage everywhere. Moldy rooms. Lots of rocks to access water. Staff never smile.

we had been worried because we booked the fan room but our room had two fans and we didn't get too hot. the room itself was basic but comfortable. we could see the beach from our front sitting area. the hotel is located at a very nice spot on the beach. we also could get wifi in our room from the restaurant

My room was large and clean with uninterrupted Wi-Fi reception. The beach location was perfect. With adequate breakfast included, it was very good value. The staff were professional and helpful.

L'emplacement est absolument incroyable le snorkeling est très facile depuis la plage, et les bungalows sont tous orientés de façon à ce qu'on voit à la mer bungalow neuf, le lit très dur mais il a été agrémenté d'un sur-matelas à notre demande ils ont été très gentils.

Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel, choix, quantité, hygiène....pour l'anecdote la personne qui s'occupait de la cuisson des œufs est parti en plein service, fumer sa clope sur la plage alors que du monde attendait....

Reception staff are lovely and very helpful. Aircon rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious.

Do not stay in the fan rooms! The website makes them look reasonable but they are so incredibly hot and not very clean. We changed rooms the following day and the aircon and cleanliness were worth every dollar! The restaurant staff seem deeply unhappy and all but one were very unhelpful and unfriendly.

When I think of the expression “heaven on earth” I will now think about Koh Kradan. What a paradise and what a great stay at Kradan Beach Resort. Only a 5 minute walk from the pier, nice staff, great clean spacious rooms. We did have an upgraded larger room so not sure what the regular rooms are like. If you can afford the upgraded rooms I would encourage you to go for it. It’s worth it if you’re already in Kradan. Also, if you enjoy massages and have time, get one at the hotel! The massage therapist was one of the best we experienced in our 2 week trip (and we got A LOT of massages). Besides strong, she knew exactly what parts of my body needed extra work and care and wow did I feel like a new person after.

I understand the sustainability reasons behind it, but having specific hours only for the air conditioning is a bit tricky especially in April. It’s truly the hottest month of the year and not being able to turn on the AC during peak heat hours is not great. I also think that the restaurant quality can improve (we had lunch and didn’t enjoy the flavors and dishes compared to everywhere else we ate during our trip). The breakfast buffet is okay but nothing special. I think in general the F&B can be improved.

L'isola è molto bella e tranquilla. La barriera corallina purtroppo non è bellissima, ma ci sono comunque molti pesci.

Entre 10h30 et 14h30 c est le défilé de speedboat et longtails devant vous, bruits de moteurs, odeurs d essence et une horde de touristes qui débarquent car Koh Kradan est une ile visitée dans l excursion des 4 îles . Le personnel n est pas spécialement sympathique et tout est payant, là où tout les hôtels où nous sommes allés en Thaïlande on vous prête masque et tuba ici on vous le fait payer, tout ça pour ne pas voir des coraux qui ont disparu ou en très mauvais état. Il reste quelques poissons qui se battent en duel Cet hôtel est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu il est

We had a deluxe room with air conditoner. The bungalow/room was very new, clean and very spacious (perhaps a clothes rack would be useful).

Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles was wir gebucht hatten. Die Lage ist sehr gut und sobald die Touristenboote weg sind wird es sehr ruhig. Das Empfangspersonal ist sehr bemüht und aufmerksam. Schnorchelausrüstung wurde nach Wiedergabe sauber gemacht. Die Dame bei der Massage ist sehr fleißig sowie auch die junge Frau im Kiosk.

Das Resaurantpersonal ist sehr nett aber etwas faul. Man muss sich um alles selbst kümmern. Karte kommt nicht und wenn man sie hat muss man dennoch selbst bestellen gehen. Außer auftischen und abräumen passiert nicht viel. Es wird lieber herumgehangen und am Handy gespielt.

0 STELLE – DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE Se state pensando di soggiornare in questo resort a Koh Kradan, fatevi un favore: cambiate subito idea. Pagare 240€ per due notti per un servizio del genere è semplicemente inaccettabile. Personale: imbarazzante. Mai visto un livello di menefreghismo così alto. Non salutano, non ti considerano minimamente e, cosa ancora più grave, se provi a salutarli ti rispondono ridacchiando tra di loro prendendoti in giro. Passano le giornate a scherzare invece di lavorare. I tavoli restano sporchi per tempi infiniti perché sbarazzare sembra essere uno sforzo troppo grande. Atmosfera tutt’altro che rilassante: sembra di essere di troppo. Cibo: al limite dell’indecente. La colazione è qualcosa di surreale: • frutta (ananas e anguria) palesemente tagliata ore prima • marmellate aperte invase dalle mosche • pancake, uova e perfino il burro completamente scoperti, sempre con le mosche sopra • un pad thai dall’aspetto disgustoso • riso con una brodaglia indefinita Il tutto buttato lì senza alcuna cura o spiegazione. Da bere? Acqua, un succo in polvere dal gusto chimico e imbevibile, caffè americano o tè. Abbiamo provato a cenare: errore enorme. Pad thai rimandato indietro perché gommoso, acido e letteralmente immangiabile. Camera: trascurata e sporca. Pareti scrostate, formiche (ok, siamo nella natura, ma qui è evidente la mancanza di cura) e polvere accumulata da tempo, soprattutto sulla ventola del bagno. Il materasso è così duro che sembra di dormire per terra. Servizi: ridicoli rispetto al prezzo pagato. • Teli mare completamente consumati • Asciugamani del bagno mai cambiati (solo due grandi, fine) • Kayak a pagamento (100 BHT) con una rigidità assurda: segnano l’orario al minuto (10:20 preciso) senza concedere nemmeno 10 minuti di tolleranza. Una mentalità davvero meschina, soprattutto considerando quanto si paga il soggiorno.

Helt fantastiskt läge på stranden om man väljer beachfront villa. Se till att få norr om restaurangen så slipper ni turistbåtarna. Fina fräscha bungalows. Ac hela tiden.

Restaurangen är tyvärr inget vidare. Inte så välsmakande som man önskar när man är på en så fin plats. Halvdålig service också.

De locatie is super mooi!

De kamers zijn in verhouding best duur! Het ontbijt is oké maar verder wil je hier niet eten! 2 maaltijden gehad en alle 2 echt vies! Het personeel in het restaurant is meer bezig met zichzelf dan de gasten. Dus kom je alleen slapen dan is het redelijk maar ga lekker ergens anders eten!

There where no aircon in the room which where not Stated and we had to upgrade to get air con, we choose not to but got two fans which was fine for the two nights we stayed. One of the receptionists seemed to dislike us because we didn’t upgrade the rest of the staff was fine but not any special service

Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am Strand. Die Bungalows sind nett, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei über 30‘C ist es natürlich tagsüber ohne Klimaanlage nicht so schön, gerade in der Mittagszeit. Die Klimaanlage ist nur von 18.00 -9.00 Uhr in Betrieb. Es gibt aber einen Ventilator. Da viele Tagesbesucher an diesen Strand kommen ist es ein paar Stunden sehr voll und es wird auch viel Müll hinterlassen, was für diejenigen die einen Bungalow haben, nicht so schön ist. Frühstück war ok. Wir haben uns extra für dieses Resort entschieden, da es ursprünglicher ist.Hatten noch ein Upgrade für einen besseren Bungalow gemacht, weiß aber gar nicht ob das einer war. Es gibt auch Neuere.

Wie gesagt Klimaanlage nur von 18.00-9.00 Uhr Viele Boote mit Tagesgästen Frühstück könnte mehr Obst anbieten. Zum Ende der Saison ist das Personal schon etwas erschöpft, das merkt man.

Location is fabulous, and the food was the best on the entire island and the most affordable and the largest portion

We had the budget rooms which are very good value. The beds are quite hard and some of them face the back where you have a faint smell of life.

L'emplacement des bungalows sur la première ligne mais en second rang c'est nettement moins bien. Les chambres sont bien entreten ues.

L'absence d'aménagement sur la plage. Pas de chaises longues. Petit déjeuner nul et personnel non attentionné, ne parlant pas ou peu anglais et surtout branché sur le téléphone.

Lite tråkigt att vår bungalow låg precis utanför där båtarna la till. Som tur var gick det att bada på andra ställen. Fick en känsla av att man skulle trampa igenom altanens trädäck . Dåligt underhållen, gällde även altanmöblerna.

Superbe île. Plus calme à partir de 15h. Il est primordial de préserver les coraux. Moins de couleurs par rapport à 2024. Une prise de conscience est nécessaire pour la préservation des fonds marins. 🙏
