La habitación fantástica en cuanto a limpieza espacio es amplia buena ubicación, los chicos del hotel encantadores y las camas comodisimas el baño me encantó

They were able to store a bag I didn't need while I walked along the Camino. There was a branch of the large supermarket AlCampo a few streets away - great for buying a small rucksack and take away food. Several cafes neatrby. Quiet at night.

Me encanto tener el parking en el mismo edificio, ya que viajamos en coche y fue muy cómodo no tener que salir para coger el coche. La limpieza también fue excelente, y el personal tanto de limpieza como de recepción fueron majísimos todos. Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable.

Todo genial excepto el sofá cama, nos resultó un poco incómodo, pero eso no quita todo lo bueno que nos pareció el resto. Las camas muy cómodas, eso s, pero el sofá regulero...

Bella struttura, pulita, confortevole e tranquilla. Vicina alla metro (due linee tra cui quella che va all'aeroporto). Il personale è stato molto collaborativo e cordiale,

è un po' costoso considerando che non è in centro, anche se ben servito dalla metro.

La ubicación, las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y tienen aire acondicionado. Justo al frente del hotel pasa el bus que te lleva al centro de Madrid lo cual fue muy conveniente. El aeropuerto está a 15 mins de distancia en Uber

Me pareció bastante correcto, sobre todo limpieza y personal. Muy cómoda la ubicación. El parking un poco estrecho para poder maniobrar. Por lo demás muy bien, creo que repetiré ya que tengo que ir a Madrid en repetidas ocasiones.

La ubicacion y la limpieza y buen precio

It’s very clean and comfortable. It’s a perfect for families with kids or just a couple. In the area there are so many stores and cafeterias. Very close to bernabeu, perfect stay if you go to madrid to a football match.

El personal es muy amable y el servicio de consigna para dejar el equipaje es muy cómodo. En general, todo está bastante bien y el ambiente también es agradable. Es muy fácil llegar al aeropuerto en metro y tampoco está demasiado lejos del centro de la ciudad.

Estoy muy satisfecho con todo. Lo único es que reservé una habitación individual, pero me dieron una habitación con dos camas pequeñas, y eso no me gustó mucho.

Que el aire acondicionado estaba puesto pero no se notaba nada hacia calor en la habitación y el mando del aire no funcionaba

The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day, the beds were super comfy, there is a lift if that’s a must for you. Great location, close to restaurants, supermarket, metro station and Bernabeu. We definitely recommend.

La ubicación y las camas

la habitación es muy pequeña, la cama lo cubre todo, la televisión igual, el baño pequeño y no digamos la ducha , no tiene bar ni alternativas y desayunar tienes que ir a un bar cercano, lo cierto es que el precio , para lo que ofrecen , es excesivo, un buen hotel para dormir una noche e ir al fútbol pero si te quedas varios días elegiría otras opciones.

В номере было чисто, каждый день прибирали(выносили мусор и меняли полотенца), на ресепшен и в коридорах очень приятно пахнет! Кондиционер в августе работал отлично и в номере и во всей гостинице! Персонал приятный, отзывчивый!

Тесно в ванной комнате, совсем нет места, куда положить принадлежности для душа и дверь в ванную полупрозрачная и не закрывается. Так как номер небольшой, то, что дверь не закрывается, не страшно, но когда ночью идешь в туалет, из-за полупрозрачной двери сразу освещается весь номер

Es una joya en el centro de Madrid. Amabilidad del personal, habitación estupenda, camas comodísimas. Todo sencillo, cómodo, nuevo, con diseño, muy céntrico. Un 10!!!!!

Nagyon kedves, rugalmas személyzet fogadott minket az éjszakai érkezésünk ellenére. A légkondis és zajszigetelt szoba jó pihenést biztosított mindhárom szobában 9 fős társaságunk részére. Nagy segítség volt, hogy az elutazásunk napján a bőröndöket a hotel recepcióján hagyhattuk, és így ezt a napot is városnézéssel tudtuk tölteni.

A szobák alapvetően 2 személyre igazán kényelmesek, mi 3*3 fővel használtuk. A 3. személy is ugyanabban a légtérben alszik, így csak összeszokott társaságnak, családoknak ideális 2--nél több főre. Az egyik fürdőszobában igen pici volt a zuhanyzó alapterülete, ami kicsit kényelmetlen volt.

Bardzo czysty pokój. Fantastyczny personel. Obiekt niedaleko stadionu Santiago Bernabeu. Wszystko ok.

房間舒適整潔，床頭有插座，房間內插座數量足夠，冷氣涼爽。櫃檯人員友善親切，而且24小時有人，對於需要早出晚歸的自由行旅客很方便，但需注意電梯較狹小，使用時要注意安全。旅店位置在地鐵站附近，但離市中心較遠，若要跑景點比較不方便，但地鐵可直接通往機場不需要轉車非常方便！

Good location near Metro station; Metro directly to airport and quick into the centre. Extremely friendly and nice staff, very clean, good air conditioning. Quick check in. Nice bakery across the street; shops nearby. Supermarket nearby.

Room for 2 guests, there are tea maiking facilities but no cups and only one glass. One glass for 2 customers? No toiletries apart from soap. No shampoo. Bathroom/toilt only had a flimsy sliding door and frosted glass, so not very private.

ich konnte einen late checkout zubuchen, mein Gepäck bis zur effektiven Abreise verstauen und mich in einem geräumigen Waschraum ("Behindertentoilette") frisch machen. weiters die Lage: liegt auf halber Distanz zwischen Flughafen und Zentrum, ein Supermarkt in der Nähe hat bis 1 Uhr früh geöffnet.

All the staff are very kind and friendly!! The room was very convenient and with a lovely view!! The hotel is also very clean and the facilities are excellent! The location is very good as well! Although not at the city center it is very close to a metro station and we didn't face any problem moving around! We overall enjoyed our stay very much! I would definitely recommend it.

La iluminación del baño mut deficiente con una luz mortecina . La ducha muy pequeña, soy muy delgada y me costaba moverme cómodamente. Había mínimo espacio para colocar las cosa. Creo que esto se oodría mejorar.

Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel situé dans un quartier calme à 10 minutes à pied d'une station de métro.

Great location in peaceful neighbourhood, with everything you need to start and finish a day in Madrid. The reception staff was great, everyone we talked to speaks English perfectly which is not a custom in Madrid. The room (junior suite with balcony) is enough for serious stay although we used it only to sleep over for 3 nights. The connection with city center is great from Colombia metro station. Also Uber to airport during night is easily available. All in all, full recommendation for this property.

Excelente ubicación

The accommodation is very well situated close to a metro station that makes it easy to explore Madrid at ease. The staff were really welcoming and facilitated our stay. Room was well equipped with a good bathroom to go along with it. Overall, I can say that this was an amazing stay and will definitely look to re-book when coming back to Madrid.

Esta muy bien ubicados, sus habitaciones son grandes y muy bonitas. Estuvo perfecto para lo que buscaba. Queda a 3 min caminando de la estación de metro (Colombia) por lo que uno se puede movilizar fácilmente por la ciudad o llegar desde el aeropuerto y asimismo para de bus frente al hostal.

Un agradecimiento especial al recepcionista, que hizo un gran esfuerzo por hablarnos en francés y darnos excelentes recomendaciones para disfrutar de Madrid. Ese tipo de atención marca la diferencia. La habitación era amplia, muy limpia, cómoda y estaba perfectamente equipada. Nos sentimos como en casa. Recomendamos este hotel sin ninguna duda y estaremos encantados de volver en nuestra próxima visita a Madrid.
