Real 1900

Location, the property is very clean and the staff very professional.

The hotel is Beautiful and very very clean. The terrace is beautiful. I didn’t like that I was charged extra for my 14 year old ( he is still a kid and was charged extra ) . The gym can do better . They didn’t have many options, only 3 cardio machines . A few weights options would be nice so guest don’t pay for gyms outside the hotel.

Ubicación

Baño

The location is great, really walkable. The self parking was different from what I'm used to, but not inconvenient. Overall good place to stay. Recommend.

Best place ever

I have stayed at this hotel before and I like it! Its very clean, staff is very nice and polite. If I neede anything extra like toilet paper, extra towels. I got them right away. The free breakfast is good. I also ate the food from the restaurant and its pretty good.

I liked evrything. Nothing wrong.

Very clean, super close from downtown good food. The only thing bad was the parking that is not attached to building and you need to call the front desk so they can open the door, other than that everything was great.

Excellent customer service. Very clean and safe. The food was great.

Bien

Breakfast is less good than before now that you ask. This is the 3th year we visit Real 1900. The breakfast included wonderful eggs but now only white bread.

Mattresses could be more firm or need to be rotated. They are uneven. The cleaning liquids or the cleaning clothes smell bad sometimes. TV needs to be smart TV monitors!!! Is painful not to be able to access platforms.

ME ENCANTO EXCELENTE LIMPIEZA SERVICIO DESAYUNO Y AMABILIDAD . Y ME ENCANTO LA DECORACION NAVIDEÑA

Me encanta, su ambiente es miy agradable

The hotel was better than expected, really clean and had all the comforts of a hotel in the states, excellent stay. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Accommodated my family!!! I traveled with my one year old and they provided me with a crib!! It was perfect and made us feel my daughter and me comfortable!!!

Parking was around the corner but they were very quick when we needed them to open the parking lot.

Clean, friendly staff, great quality for price.

Is amazing and very good food, close by the town

The property was located near downtown, and Iguala plaza. Several shops and restaurants around the property made it an ideal place to stay.

The property is not open 24 hours however attendant is on property.

Buena experiencia, lo recomiendo totalmente

The place is beautiful and everything is very close.

We checked into the property on 12/15 there was no hot water in room 207. We asked to have someone check they told us they had to light the boiler. 12/16 we asked again for hot water for showers or change of room. Needless to say no hot water for bathing 12/17 on day of check out they would now send someone to room after we checked out to see. The other rooms had warm water, because we were traveling in a large group. Don’t waste your money on this hotel unless you like cold showers

Everything was within walking distance of the hotel and super convenient. Staff was super friendly and nice! Enjoyed my stay.

Let me just say that I will definitely be staying here again. The location was great and I truly appreciated the fact that they had an elevator for my mom that is disabled. The cafe is very quaint and the Terrace is a must for dinner and drinks. The view from the Terrace is AMAZING!

Excellent, the included breakfast is just the continental breakfast. If you want to have a breakfast meal you have to pay extra.

It’s convenient and close to restaurants, stores and transportation.

Siempre que vayamos a Iguala, volveremos. EXCELENTE. Bien ubicado, TODO CERCA! 💯
