Dated, had two single beds with large wooden bed frames pushed together, very hot in room and not too comfy of a bed.

L'emplacement est idéal, face au petit port de Porto Rafti, proche des loueurs de voitures et de l'aéroport. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle : très bien pour une dernière nuit en Grèce .

No soap, no bus to get there (expensive taxi obly at night), no blanket (just a thin linen sheet), lucky for me I had the whats app of the employee who gave us small blankets, but she was unpleasent about it and asked that we put the AC at a higher temperature and changed thr trmperature without asking (which we would have did by ourselves to sleep, that doesn't change we needed a blanket anyway...), broken shower door

Die Lage direkt am kleinen Hafen ist sehr schön. Man muss nur die kleine Straße überqueren und findet diverse Restaurants und Cafes in unterschiedlichen Preislagen. Das Zimmer ist ein einfach (Ikea-Standard), zweckmäßig und gepflegt. Es gibt Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Für meinen Geschmack perfekt für eine Nacht. Zur Schlüsselübergabe muss man anrufen oder eine WhatsApp schreiben, das hatten wir erst übersehen, hat sich dann aber schnell geklärt. Die Vermieterin scheint im Haus zu wohnen, war nach wenigen Augenblicken da. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super ca. 20 Minuten, zufälig war die Lage perfekt um unsere Autovermietung zu erreichen und weiter zum Flughafen zu fahren. Den Strand ist einige Minuten entfernt, uns fehlte die Zeit ihn auszuprobieren. Es gibt morgens und abends warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Es gibt kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Straße. Die Abreise ist unkompliziert, der Schlüssel wird einfach im Schloss stecken gelassen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichen Meerblick und Blick auf einen Parkplatz. Vermutlich erhält man ein Zimmer mit frontalem Blick auf Hafen und Meer, wenn man etwas früher anreist. Eine Duschabtrennung ist vorhanden, mit etwas Vorsicht ist das Duschen ohne Überschwemmung möglich.

The location was great, the room was clean and big enough for my needs. Nice terrace to relax on. There was also plenty of closet space if needed.

Nikolaki rooms offered the best service during our last night in Greece. The rooms are very clean - you can smell the fresh air as soon as you enter the room. The bathroom is also very well maintained. It is located right next to the beach of Porto Rafti, which is a beautiful resort near the Athens airport. The host is very friendly and kind. If there is a chance, we will definitely go to Porto Rafti and Nikolaki rooms again.

Assez proche de l’aéroport sans le bruit des avions . Situé sur un petit port de plaisance animé le soir et juste à côté des restaurants. Très bien dans l’ensemble.

einfacher check-in ob wohl keine rezeption vorhanden ist. wunderbare lage fast direkt am wasser mit vielen lokalen in unmittelbarer nähe. ideal für eine nacht vor oder nach anschlussflug ab athen.

Fica em frente a uma Marina muito bonita com bons restaurantes. Tem mercado perto e também perto do aeroporto. Para uma noite é um local perfeito. A funcionária que infelizmente não lembro o nome foi muito boa com a gente e ajudou a agendar o taxi para o dia seguinte. Ótima opção

Als je niet tegen straat geluid kunt moet je wat anders zoeken. Maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen! Je kunt de deuren dicht doen dan hoor je het niet!

The location is very good, it s right in the port area. Many restaurants nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bedsheets were clean. The bathroom could be improved, but it was ok, it was everything we needed. We had air conditioning, hair dryer and a mini fridge. Also, the balcony from our room was with a nice view to the sea. It s a confortable and really affordable accommodation.

The location, it is beautiful there and clear water

The location was terrific, better than staying in the hecticness of Athens, and convenient to airport car rental. Very nice town with great restaurants.

Super clean room, easy check-in, and convenient location immediately next to the port. The shower was hot and the AC was cold and it was perfect for a quick trip to Porto Rafti!

Περιμέναμε παραπάνω από μισή ώρα για να εξυπηρετηθούμε, έξω από το κατάλυμα, ενώ είχαμε πάει στην ώρα του check in μας. Η υπεύθυνη δεν άκουγε το κουδούνι, ούτε απάνταγε στα επανειλημμένα τηλέφωνα (και στους δύο αριθμούς που δίνει το κατάλυμα) που κάναμε. Όταν ρωτήσαμε τα γειτονικά καταστήματα μας ενημέρωσαν ότι αυτό έχει ξανασυμβεί αρκετές φορές στο παρελθόν.

Spacious, clean room with a nice balcony. Comfortable stay and close to restaurants. Perfect stay for a night before flying out from Athens airport. Taxi ride to airport about 20 minutes.

Missed a water boiler for my coffee

Very very clean - there was even hand sanitiser in the corridors. The bedding was spotless and pleasant. Excellent view from the balcony. Close to beach, port and restaurants.

A very small lift, but at least there’s a lift. The shower could do with an upgrade but again very clean and plenty of hot water.

Het trappenhuis voor oudere mensen gewoon gevaarlijk er was wel een eenspersoonslift

14/15 mei Ideale locatie nabij de luchthaven. 15 - 30 minuten met de taxi afhankelijk van de verkeersdrukte. Vliegveld - Nikolaki rooms betaalden we 21,50 euro voor een Uber rond 14.15 uur. De volgende ochtend 30 euro voor een taxi naar de luchthaven geregeld door de dame van Nikolaki Rooms. Leuke plek direct aan de haven van Porto Rafti. Vanaf het balkon hadden wij hier uitzicht op. Prima zitje op het balkon. Restaurants om de hoek.

Tot 's avonds laat luidruchtig door verkeer.

Logement simple, joli emplacement, petit port en face, avec quelques restaurants, très agréable. Pour une soirée et une nuit près de l'aéroport, rapport qualité imbattable. La propriétaire est charmante.

Camera pulita ottima posizione

Die zentrale Lage direkt am Hafen. Die gute Erreichbarkeit. Perfekt für eine Nacht vor oder nach einem Flug.

Abends war das Wasser herrlich warm und ein Genuss. Morgens war es leider kalt. Pech für den von uns, der morgens duschen wollte.

Fairly close to the airport and late check-in was quite easy. There are some good restaurants within walking distance and easy on street parking.

Although the room was comfortable, it was fairly basic in comparison to places we stayed at, later in the holiday, and at similar prices. Some broken fixtures also, such as a light fitting and shower door.

Great location, on the harbour with lots of restuarants close by. Quiet night with easy parking.

One shower door missing. Thin mattress. Noisy a/c heating system. All in need of a complete refurbishment, but this was reflected in the price.

Clean and perfect for one night stay

Die Lage: relativ ruhig, aber in der Nähe einer klei en Ortschaft.

Wir sind spät angereist und der Zugang zum Zimmer war unkompliziert über ein Schlüsselfach. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt und die Lage - in der Nähe des Flughafens und an einer kleinen Bucht mit vielen noch geöffneten Restaurants (Samstags nach 22.30 Uhr) - war gut. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es ausreichend im nahen Umfeld des Hotels.

Das Zimmer ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlte zB eine Duschtür und die Klobrille war lose, der Kühlschrank war sehr laut und der Fenstergriff konnte nicht verriegeln. Für eine Nach okay, aber auf jeden Fall kein Zimmer für mehrere Übernachtungen.

Location and surrounding is awesome

There’s no reception

The location was great. we had a balcony over looking the water and harbor. walkable to the seaside restaurants and into town for grocery store, etc.. The room was very clean and the host even let us check in and store our bags early in the day as it was raining and we arrived to the property at 12pm.

The lack of communication. We messaged the host a few days before arriving to let them know we were going to arrive early and if there was a chance we could check in or store out bags but we never received a reply. When we arrived on check in day 3 hours early we messaged the number on their sign outside and never received a reply. Also I felt extremely rushed to leave in the morning. Twice the host knocked AND OPENED the door on me. The first time woke me up (was 8:30am) and the second time I was naked changing (at 10am). Both times I didn't have a minute to think to yell out or get to the door before she had already opened the door into my room. I thought this was extremely inappropriate as check out time was 11am. She apologized but I am disappointment as we booked this hotel/ private room after weeks of hostels. All I wanted was to sleep in and have a morning to myself. :(

Really kind manager/concierge, who helped me find the place when my Sat nav failed. Great location; nice room, just a bit cold overnight.

Getting entrance into the property. I thought it was a hotel where there would be a desk and someone there to give me a key. My phone does not work and there was no one there. I had to find someone with a cell phone to call I should have gotten instructions before through booking
