Antico Convento San Francesco

My mum and I had a short but great stay at the convent, the staff were friendly and helpful and the town itself is worth a visit. Having breakfast in the cloister was a highlight.

La cura dei dettagli con il riutilizzo di oggetti vintage, il servizio bar con possibilità di pagare un'extra e fare apericena (ottima!) o anche solo aperitivo con prodotti locali sia analcolici sia alcolici (vino e birra di vari tipi), la cordialità dello staff

La mancanza di aria condizionata in estate penalizza un po' ma verosimilmente a causa del fatto che si tratta di edificio storico. I muri spessi e gli ottimi infissi mitigano comunque molto. Bagno nuovo ma con arredo molto minimal (phon a disposizione ma poco potente quindi problematico se si hanno capelli lunghi)

Una struttura fuori dal comune perché non è nè il classico hotel e nemmeno un B&B o simile. Le camere sono ricavate nei locali dell'antico convento in modo eccellente con grande cura per ogni particolare. Molto spaziose e accoglienti. La colazione nel chiostro è una cosa diversa dal solito e va gustata prendendosi il tempo per immergersi nell'ambiente. Posizione ottima all'entrata del paese, proprio prima della ZTL e quindi si può parcheggiare senza problemi, dimenticandosela perché si può visitare tutto il paese a piedi. Ottimo come punto di partenza per le città d'arte nelle vicinanze. La cortesia e l'accoglienza ricevuta sono state fantastiche.

We booked the room for one night, just for the sleep, but everything was perfect. Very friendly host at check-in, we got bigger room than was ordered. The room was clean, beds are comfortable to sleep on, also shower products followed for each of us. Sad that we couldn’t stay longer to look at the town itself. We will for sure stop there more!

Nothing really. We are traveling a lot and for us it’s important that we can sleep good. No sounds, no mosquitos, clean beds and room itself. But of course the building is old and the rooms are redone from classrooms because it was a school before, so don’t expect nothing fancy.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et l’atmosphère reposante de l’établissement. Le personnel était très sympathique, accueillant et disponible.

Nous n’avons rien de particulier à signaler. Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé et nous avons été satisfaits de l’ensemble des prestations.

Séjour merveilleux, les chambres étaient confortables, le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié, les hôtes ont été charmants, Ils avaient des renseignements pour toutes les activités de la région, de plus nous avons pu assister à plusieurs concerts qui avaient lieu au couvent, bref séjour fantastique.

Légèrement chaud dans les chambres sans climatisation mais tout a fait vivable

Struttura bellissima e personale accogliente

Des bâtiments magnifiques, qui nous ont été bien présentés par la jeune femme de l'accueil, des chambres spacieuses, propres, et très agréables. Le petit déjeuner, que l'on prend dehors sous les arcades, est très varié et succulent. Personnel accueillant et très agréable. Un endroit exceptionnel, où nous reviendrons sûrement - d'autant que le village est superbe également.

Les matelas sont plus que fatigués. C'est un peu dommage.

La chambre était spacieuse, bonne literie. Personnels adorable et au petit soins.

Molto pulito, atmosfera unica

Faceva molto caldo e Senza aria condizionata è stata dura ....

Pulita, spaziosa, posizionata bene, parcheggio , lo staff eccellente.

Sehr ruhiges Örtchen. Halbe Stunde vom Strand entfernt. Tolle Räumlichkeiten. Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal.

La pulizia è la struttura

Le lieu est magique, tout est bien pensé pour faire vivre cet endroit historique. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût.

La nuit était chaude, mais ça c’est la météo on ne peut rien y faire.

Il wifi non sempre funzionante

Lieu exceptionnel. Calme. Agréable. Personnel très bienveillant et à l’écoute et de bons conseils.

La climatisation manquante mais nous étions présents lors de grosses chaleurs.

Bellissima struttura, molto suggestiva, stanza molto ampia, pulitissima. Piacevole e buona colazione consumata nel chiostro dell'ex convento. Forniti tanti asciugamani e ottimi docciaschiuma. Mi hanno fatto trovare la culla per il mio bimbo di 10 mesi senza costi extra.

La location suggestiva va un po' a scapito del confort, la stanza era molto calda (era tuttavia fornito un ventilatore), porte molto pesanti, compresa quella del bagno. Stanza sicuramente spartana.

Un lieu qui a une âme avec un personnel attentif.

Il fascino e la camera

L’area colazione

Camera molto grande e confortevole, immagino fosse occupata da un frate di alto rango. Oltre al bagno anche una stanzetta con finestra molto adatta sia come guardaroba sia come studio, eccellente. Una sosta a Bagnacavallo (con cena in piazza Nuova) e la visita a quest'antico Convento con la colazione sotto i portici sono assolutamente raccomandate

L'aria condizionata ha lasciato un po' a desiderare: se n'è lamentata mia moglie ma per me che sono freddoloso andava bene

Ten obiekt wychodzi poza wszelkie ramy obiektów noclegowych. Nie dlatego - że jest luksusowy, ale dlatego, że ma duszę, historię i wspaniały personel. Zatrzymaliśmy się tam już drugi raz jadąc i wracając z południa Włoch ponieważ kupił nas atmosferą. Dodatkowo jest też dobrze zlokalizowany, w czystym miłym miasteczku. Posiada parking i dobry dojazd z autostrady. Śniadania są bardzo fajne, absolutnie wystarczające. Obiekt ma piękny dziedziniec na którym można zjeść śniadanie bądź wypić coś z baru wieczorem.

Podobało nam się wszystko, przy czym będąc uczciwym należy wspomnieć, że obiekt nie posiada klimatyzacji (uzależnienia architektoniczne) oraz jest dość skromnie wyposażony, ale za to z pomysłem :) Dla nas to nie problem, ale być może nie nie na każdym zrobi takie wrażenie. Na pewno wrócimy.

Amazing historical place to stay. The room was lovely.

The former cloisters has very basic furniture - it could be fabulous if it had some comfortable rattan seats to chill and enjoy the peacefulness. I don’t think it knows if it wants to be a hotel or a centre for groups such as schools.

The Convent is a wonderful conversion to hotel rooms and hostel rooms for groups. The building and the hotel rooms are huge, and retain features from the past as well as reflecting elements of the location - we had a room with screens made from local reeds that used to feature in the surrounding countryside. We had our breakfast outside in the cloisters every morning, and you can sit out there with a drink from the bar in the evening (the indoor areas were equally nice). Great breakfast buffet every morning. Bagnacavallo is small, but lovely to walk around in the evening. There were enough restaurants to go somewhere very nice each night (4), but we went back for a second pizza as they were so good and the staff so nice. Staff at the convent were all great.

The location was excellent and very convenient. The whole hotel was wonderful, beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always helpful. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of food. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again one day.

Struttura molto particolare trattandosi di un ex convento. La mia camera una junior suite molto grande ed arredata con gusto sobrio ed elegante Buona colazione Gestori molto cordiali e discreti

Super nette Bedienung an der Rezeption und beim Frühstücksbuffet. Insbesondere die Einleitung in die Geschichte des Convento, die so enthustiastisch und mit klarem, extra für uns etwas langsamerem Italienisch geboten wurde, hat uns extrem gefreut. Wunderschönes altes Gebäude. Toll, das Frühstück im Säulengang essen zu dürfen. Die Klein-Blue-farbigen Tische und Stühle sind stylisch. Die Zimmer waren extrem geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Die Badezimmer sind sehr sauber gewesen, also eigentlich null Problem. Jedoch war es ein kleines bisschen irritierend, dass das Zimmer zwar total stylisch und modern ist, das Badezimmer dann aber eingerichtet wie in einem Altersheim (toll für ältere Leute oder Menschen mit Handycap selbstverständlich), besonders die extrem hohe und etwas ungewohnte Toilette.

Die Betreiber dieses sehr schönen Hotels im ehemaligen Klostergebäude (die Designerin Fulvia und der Architekt Paolo) haben einen wunderbaren Ort und eine fröhliche und entspannende Atmosphäre geschaffen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Räume (wir hatten ein großes Zimmer) ist sehr gelungen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail versehen. Auch die gemeinschaftlichen Räume (Frühstücksraum, Bar) waren toll. Das morgendliche Frühstück im Kreuzgang des ehemaligen Klosters immer wunderbar. Wir waren total begeistert von allem und so wurde unser zweitägiger Aufenthalt im Antico Convento mit dem Tagesausflug nach Ravenna zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Übrigens: auch die Restauranttipps von Fulvia für unsere abendlichen „Cena“ waren prima.

El personal es muy amable. Nos hablaron en español (dado que no hablamos italiano) sin problemas. Nos han brindado informacion del pueblo para poder ir a pasear y recomendaciones de lugares para ir a comer. El desayuno es muy rico, super completo, mucha variedad y con productos locales. Un manjar! La habitacion que nos ha tocado fue "Lunaria", una maravilla. No vemos la hora de regresar para probar otra habitacion. Super recomendado!!!

Ottima struttura a pochi passi dal centro di Bagnacavallo. Alla reception si è accolti da personale molto professionale e cordiale che oltre a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie racconta anche l’interessante storia del Convento. Camera molto confortevole e particolare per la sua storia. Infatti ogni camera è a tema. Colazione molto buona e varia con svariati prodotti locali. Consigliatissimo!! Ritorneremo volentieri!!

Bellissimo posto con una bella storia raccontataci dalla ragazza della reception..molto accoglienti e gentili...

Le cadre exceptionnel d'un ancien monastère.. La belle surprise d'une chambre décorée avec goût et originalité par les propriétaires, architecte et désigner. L'accueil par une jeune femme très agréable qui parle parfaitement bien le français, qui nous a relaté l'histoire du bâtiment et nous a conduits jusqu'à notre chambre en nous en expliquant le fonctionnement. Le petit déjeuner pris en extérieur dans le cloitre de l'ancien couvent. Le service assuré par une jeune femme attentionnée et très serviable. Établissement a recommander !
