ロビーが少し狭く感じました。朝食会場も動線があまり良くない気がします。食事も普通で残念。駐車料金も高い。

The shopping arcade leads to the underground shopping and is linked to 3 different train stations underground. There is no need to beat the heat or brave the rain. Connecting rooms work very well for our family.

韓国人の団体がラウンジで大声だし、ホテルで提供される物、食べ物をごっそり取っていて、利用しようとした時にすでになかった。フリードリンクのコーンスープが薄すぎてお湯だった。お風呂のシャワーブースで外国人？立ってシャワーを浴びるので、隣りを使用していた私に外国人の浴びているシャワーがジャバジャバかかって不快だった。部屋のトイレの壁が薄くて使用時の音が気になった

ホテルの方のせいではありませんが、ホテルに宿泊している外国人旅行客の大浴場の入り方のマナーが悪すぎました。洗面台のところで髪の毛を乾かしたら髪の毛が残ったままになっていたり、入浴後に体を拭かずに出てくるからマットがビショビショで決して気持ちの良いものではありません。ロッカーに入浴の仕方など説明されていましたが、入浴時の注意事項が書かれた紙をチェックインの時に渡すとかもっとしっかり周知するべきだと思います。

Problem at check in between the hotel, a local booking agent, and booking.com - which did get resolved after about an hour or two, but never fully understood what the cause of the confusion was - and for us travelling with young kids after a long overnight flight, was not ideal.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026숙소의 위치는 환상이었습니다. 스스키노 중심에 있어서 쇼핑하고 물건 놓고 가기 좋았고, 주변 맛집 돌아다니도 편했습니다. 조식은 생각보다 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 종류도 다양하고 맛이 좋았습니다. 일본식당은 아침 일찍 열지않아서 아침먹기 힘든데 아주 탁월한 선택이었어요.

The room size - so small that we couldn’t unpack the 3 small luggage, we couldn’t actually move in the room. The quality of the breakfast- very bad, no decent options for Europeans, only Asian/Japanese; not even a fried egg, no butter (only margarine).

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Clean towels and water received everyday without having to ask for them. 2nd floor sitting area was nice when not too crowded and noisy. Free drinks and snacks there was a bonus. Onsen well kept. Location of this hotel was great. Especially because it was right in the tanukikoji and close to the airport limosine bus stop.
The room lacks a regular chair to sit down comfortably.

Parking in the pricy side Over 2000 yen when all around the hotel it’s much cheaper

Perhaps have more washing machine and dryer and vary the food selection for the buffet breakfast. But these are small matter so not a deal breaker.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026地點十分優秀，機場巴士的下車站跟上車站都不遠，帶大行李也不怕。有公眾澡堂，雖然不大但五臟俱全，逛一整天下來能泡泡熱水放鬆許多。交誼廳還有24小時免費的飲料機跟小冰品。雙床房空間很足夠，房間內還提供Refa吹風機，試用完就去bc扛一支回家了😂

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026飯店位置很棒，後門與貍小路商店街相通。再從商店街通向地下街，可以一路前往札幌車站，大部分都有遮擋，無懼風雪．房間空間不錯，配備算是該有的都有了，而且整潔乾淨．大浴場不錯．忍不住每天都去泡，泡完可以到同層樓享用免費的一口冰淇淋．另外每天都有免費的迎賓飲料（一台飲料機有咖啡、可可、玉米湯和果汁），每天下午也有免費迎賓點心可以取用．

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026The location is excellent. There's a back alley that links directly to Tanukikoji Street. Parking staff were efficient and helpful. Breakfast selection is small but it has everything my family loved especially the free flow ikura. Food quality is excellent! Hotel also has a lounge on the 2nd floor with free drinks and comfortable seats to chill out as well as some colouring for kids to do.
Hotel parking is vertical parking type and it does take a while for the staff to get your car. But it's not a big deal as my family just need to factor in a bit more time during check out. Overall nothing to complain.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026お部屋も大浴場も清潔で快適に過ごせました。 朝ごはんもバリエーションがあり良かったです。 繁華街の真ん中にあるとは思えないほど、お部屋は静かで良く眠れました。また利用したいと思います。
特にはないですが、駐車場がもう少し安ければ嬉しいです。

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Great location, right by shopping street with cover. Close to all main attractions. Small but ok onsen. All signs in English making it easy to navigate in the hotel. Appreciate the lounge and drink machine.
Understandably small parking facilities. We arrive at 3 pm on a weekday and already full, need to park at the other spot which cannot take car in and out often from multiple charges.
