Dedeman Cizre Hotel

The breakfast had many different options. We also loved the additional coffee on site, the barista was very kind. Staff was very helpful and kind as always. This was our second time, and I'm sure we will come back.

Breakfast was good, with lots of options. Staff seemed willing to help. Best place to stay in the area. Less than 10 minutes from the airport. There is a pool on site and a workout facility. Short walking distance to local mall with small food court options.

The staff was kind and willing to help, but communication and organization were poor. We booked a room advertised as sleeping four, with a queen bed and sofa bed, but it was classified/able on Booking.com as a room for two people. Since we were traveling with our 13-year-old daughter, I messaged the hotel in advance to let them know. They did not properly respond or record the information; they were surprised and seemed frustrated when the three of us arrived. Thankfully, they only charged an additional €28 for her to use the sofa bed. The air conditioning must be activated by reception, but it was not turned on when we checked in—even though it was 107°F/42°C outside. I had to ask three times before it finally worked, despite being assured twice that it had already been activated. We also asked the hotel to arrange airport transportation for five people with five large suitcases, five backpacks, and two carry-ons. I confirmed this again that morning, yet a taxi arrived that could not accommodate us and our luggage. The staff seemed surprised when we explained that everyone and the luggage could not possibly fit. The hotel has potential, especially given the few alternatives in the area, and the new manager appears to be working to improve things. However, the staff needs much better communication, coordination, and attention to detail before this can become a reliable place to stay.

Wszystko ok.

Drogo w restauracji. Słabe oświetlenie w łazience.

Comfortable bed, clean room, polite personal. Nice view . Early check-in. And they updated our room when we had tehnical issues in the room we've booked.

The coffee can be much better ( we order cappuccino. Also at breakfast they serve back coffee americano style, and it wasn't nice ). Also at the breakfast the scrambled eggs were really raw, not edible.

The stuff was so friendly and kind The food room service food was so tasty

The AC wasn’t that cold..

The Receiption staff were very friendly and took us through the process very fast since we were very late...

Schmutzige und nicht für 5 Stern

Klima und Sauberkeit

Easy to reach

Remote place

Hotel was quite nice and clean.

Quite expensive, I included breakfast on booking.com but they told me it’s not included, and I had to pay 15 EUR per person for a very limited food options and didn’t taste good. Airport shuttle was not available, had to take a taxi.

Nice gym

Limited menu

Excellent

The delay in serving meal

Location and scenery

5 star hotel would’ve a member of staff who speaks English or other international language, no Google translate!!

The overall experience was great - considering where it is in the world, it was upmarket.

The premises and staff treatment

The food was not good, the taste was not good, the presentation was not good

Lovely staff, especially Esra Helpful, and flexible. They also all are reliable and trustworthy. Thanks a lot Good restaurant downstairs

Nothing special All good

Sehr freundlicher Service. Besonders an der Rezeption.

Keine Badewanne wie beschrieben. Kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen.

The spacious room and cleanliness

The cost is too high not to include breakfast

Weiter so ganz toll.

Es war etwas laut

Güzel servis, temiz hotel

Honestly, the hotel is very beautiful and the staff are truly respectful and helpful from the heart. They really value their guests, and especially when they saw that I came all the way driving from Dubai, they supported me a lot during my stay. From the very first person I met the security guard at the gate, to the staff who helped me with my luggage, and the receptionist if I remember correctly his name is Burak Hasan everyone was very professional, kind, and welcoming. A big thank you to the whole team for making my stay so comfortable.

Zwembad is echt een plus.

Niets

Attentive and kind staff always there to help.

Good hotel, spacious lobby, good size room. Very nice views on the river side. Helpful reception staff especially Ruben and Ahmet, thank you.

You have to check all lights, socket, A/C, safe operation… everything. Not all works well. I had to change the room to a more fault-free one.
