Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They are helping about almost everything. Rashid and Serhat are doing great work and their advices are all on point. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Rıza and Hanife are doing great job with the buffet and everything was so fresh.

We had a wonderful stay at Osmanbey Cave Hotel with our family. The hotel was in an ideal location, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the rooms had a beautiful rustic cave feel that added to the unique experience. What really stood out, though, was the warm and helpful staff. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our family’s stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel was amazing! The rooms were perfect, they had two separate terraces you could sit at both with little carpet corners perfect for taking pictures while the balloons were rising, as well as the huge carpet corner in the lobby that you can sit and have tea at or take pictures. They have a great breakfast bar with lots of different options and the sweetest lady that brings you fresh food for you to try while you are eating. The staff was exceptional they helped us plan our hot air balloon ride, sunrise horseback riding and also got our airport transfers set up. The staff is amazing the owners are amazing we honestly had the best trip and it was thanks to everyone there we did not want to leave! 100% would go back and would recommend to anyone going to Cappadocia!!

Da migliorare la colazione, non c’era la possibilità di avere latte senza lattosio ne bevande come latte di soya o latte di avena, cibi per chi ha intolleranze a lattosio e glutine, da migliorare in generale il servizio colazione marmellate esposte a insetti ecc.. Altra cosa che non ci e’ piaciuta prima di arrivare in stanza bottiglie di vetro rotte ovunque sul tavolino dell’esterno che sono rimasti li per tutti i due giorni del soggiorno.

Great location, within walking distance of cafés, shops, and restaurants. The hotel has an excellent viewing deck where you can watch the hot air balloons in the morning. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of choices. I arranged our day tours, hot air balloon ride, and airport transfers through the hotel, and I’m very glad I did. Everything was well-organized, convenient, and hassle-free. The staff and our driver were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Our room was a basement cave/chimney room separate from the main hotel. The staff was amazing! I absolutely loved breakfast and couldn't wait to go every day! The location was really great as well, right in the center of Goreme, not up a massive hill like some others! Super convenient!!

The AC in the room drained into a pot that I had to empty twice. Maybe a bigger pot would work better?

We had a fantastic stay at Osmanbey Cave House Hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, in a quiet and peaceful area while still being convenient to explore Cappadocia. The hotel has a beautiful and authentic atmosphere, and the cave-style rooms make the experience truly unique. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. They made our stay very easy and enjoyable, especially with organizing transfers and providing helpful advice. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also really loved the terrace, which offers a wonderful view and is perfect for relaxing. Overall, everything was perfect and we would definitely come back.

Questo hotel è assolutamente spettacolare. La camera all’interno della grotta è super caratteristica e dotata di ogni comfort, comoda ed ampia, con tutto lo spazio necessario. La colazione è buonissima ed offre molte varietà ed ogni mattina viene anche preparato qualcosa di tipico sul momento. La terrazza ha una vista meravigliosa e lo staff è gentile, non invadente ma sempre presente se si ha bisogno di qualcosa. Super consigliato, vale ogni centesimo!

It was centrally located and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was nice.

The beds weren’t as comfortable and we weren’t able to control the heat in our room. It would get very hot at times.

The hotel’s location is excellent, the breakfast is wonderful with a beautiful view, and the rooms make you feel like you’re in another world — living inside a real cave!

Unfortunately, we faced a problem with the jacuzzi on the first day. I wish it had been fixed so we could use it during the following days.

We booked room 102 since we were 3 adults traveling together. It was on the ground floor and which meant we did not have to drag our suitcases up the staircase like most other rooms on the property. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Shamil(?) was working the reception desk when we arrived and he made us feel very welcome and taken care of. They supplied plenty of water throughout our stay, and there were toiletries, slippers, towels, and free coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast spread was good and tasty. We booked our balloon ride and roundtrip public airport transfer through the hotel as well, which were all excellent.

My main complaint is that the room was too dark. It had windows which we opened but the light was inadequate. Most of the lights were uplights which were harsh on the eyes. I know it is a cave hotel but our friends stayed at a similar place nearby and they had adequate lighting. This room made me wish i had a headlamp when i packed/unpacked. The shower area was also a bit dark and did not have enough shelves to put shampoo/soap on. I also would have liked larger trash bins in the room.

The amazing view from top of roof and the second room we had 1st room wasn't good for mornings as it was over the breakfast room very early start as people up getting the breakfast early the chairs and noise weren't great to be honest, but we switched rooms for extra cost was amazing room like an apartment huge hot tub own entrance its was just around the corner from hotel but had the use to both places The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble,lively and kind ,and owner lovely gentleman spoke to us every day if he saw us ,and the Arranged all our tours and all our transfers, we done lots of site seen over there

Just the noise of the breakfast room overboard our bed room, and the prayers from the religion church right beside the hotel as it has speakers which I did realise went off every few hours I actually taught it was an evaluation notice when I heard it at 5am I got such a fright,but everything was amazing right in the middle of everything

They have two rooftops but only one was well decorated.

It is a beautifully decorated cave hotel with helpful staff. They were very good at communicating on WhatsApp and booked my tours and airport transportation. Room was spacious with 2 sleeping areas. Good bathroom amenities. Breakfast was a huge spread with a view of Cappadocia. Stores and restaurants are all around the hotel. You could probably see the hot air balloons from their huge roof top but unfortunately it was cancelled when we were there.

So many things I loved about the property - the location is at the bottom of the hill so you don’t need to worry about walking to and from restaurants, but the rooftop still provides some beautiful views of Goreme. My most favourite is how peaceful and beautiful the property was, and the staff who are so helpful.

Osmanbey Cave House 1000/10 ⭐️ 5 star is not enough, because in Osmanbey Cave House you feel home. All the staff are always smiling, makes you feel happy everyday. And they give full service. ❤️😊 Receptionist : they are very attentive, friendly, kind and respectful person. Especially Rasheed , Serhat (whom we always talk to) and Shamil ( He’s the one always answering the questions before we came to Cappadocia). These 3 Gentlemen’s were superb and helpful. They are always offering coffee or Tea. ❤️ I was so overwhelmed because they even remembered my Birthday, after our Tour they surprised my with a cake and sing a birthday song for me. I wasn’t even expecting this. Hotel : Clean, they provide essential kit. Bottled water everyday. Even the cleaner was so nice and always smiling. There is hot and cold water dispenser near the reception area. 🏠 they also have 2 terrace, which you can watched the sunrise , hot air balloon and sunset. The carpet area is one of a k Food : Breakfast was super! You can asked to cook 🍳 eggs (scrambled or fried eggs, they are very attentive to their Guests). Location : perfect! Perfect for hot air balloon watching and it’s in the Center of Göreme, there’s a Restaurant , coffee shop and Souvenir shops nearby, across the street there is convenient store. I can tell, it’s walking distance from everything. Service: they offered hot air balloon rides, ATV, airport service and tour activities. The hotel is in the city center, so everything is nearby. All staff are polite and helpful. The hotel is smaller and therefore more comfortable. A great choice for those who like Instagram photos. There are two terraces and a specially equipped inner courtyard (no extra charge).

OsmanBey Cave Hotel was centrally located in the middle of Gorome and accessible to most restaurant, shops and even the bus service stations (airport shuttles) with great views of the hot air ballons from the terrace in the morning. But the best part of the stay was the staff, Mr Osman himself and Mr Serhat. They made us feel welcomed, and we even had a chat with them at the foyer. We came as guests and left as friends.
