Horrible, scandaleux !! Notre séjour a été écourté de force car nous nous sommes rendues compte au petit matin qu’il y avait des PUNAISES DE LIT !! Aucun remboursement n’a été fait ni dédommagement, ce qui est inconcevable au prix de la chambre . Pour deux nuits c’est absolument scandaleux. A FUIR à tout prix !!!!!!!

Выбирал район по совету Chat GPT и он посоветовал эту часть Медины т.к. не так шумно как рядом с площадью, все еще историческая Медина, до дорог на которых можно вызвать такси 2 минуты. И действительно это все было огромным плюсом. В целом можно и чуть ближе останавливаться чтобы меньше идти пешком до самых оживленных районов Медины, но тогда придется пожертвовать доступностью транспорта т.к. авто там запрещены. По этому по расположению плюс. Хороший классический если можно так выразиться Риад. Приятный персонал. Красивые номера. Все супер круто и соответствует ожиданиям кроме одного минуса

Чудовищно был искусан постельными клопами (либо песчаными блохами так и не понял). Но укусы были только на тех частях тела которые были открыты во время сна, значит кусали ночью а не днем с ковра и песка. За неделю получил 50+ укусов точно в сумме. Без этого факта думаю это абсолютная десятка

Great stay in a lovely riad in a quiet spot near edge of Médina, easy 20 minute through the souks to central square and 10 min walk to YSL and gardens. Rooms were comfy and super clean, good breakfast, loved the roof terrace and pool and the staff were fabulous - a haven in the chaos of Marrakech

The staff and the owner were all amazing, they were accommodating and quite kind the locations is on the border of the old city and in the close back it’s of most locations you’d want to see Fatima the owner is unbelievably sweet and her energy along with her staff is all that you want in a small, cozy and beautiful riad that was inherited for several generations in their family.

L’accueil est chaleureux et personnalisé. On se sent vraiment comme dans une maison privée avec tous les avantages de la convivialité et la chaleur de l’environnement. Excellent petit déjeuner. On se croirait en règle générale dans un palais familial. On est ici à l’opposé d’un environnement impersonnel d’un hôtel.

El Riad Lamya es muy familiar. Es cómodo, coqueto y el trato con el personal es muy familiar y cercano. Nos ha encantado estar allí 4 días hospedados disfrutando de la tranquilidad que proporciona. Está muy próximo a los zocos y a la Medina y también de la Farmacia Bab Doukkala de donde salen muchas excursiones a Agafay, Ourika, Ozoud, Esauira, etc. La piscina de la terraza es chiquitina pero le hemos dado muchísimo uso en las horas duras de calor. El desayuno, típico marroquí, es abundante y saciante. Cenamos un día en el Riad y podemos confirmar que es el mejor Taijin de todos los que hemos probado. Y muy importante, tiene un aire acondicionado moderno que va de lujo. Por si a alguien le interesa, también tienen secador, pero con el calor, poco uso se le va a dar. En definitiva, una gran opción para hospedarse en Marrakech fuera de la zona turística de Gueliz y vivir más de cerca el auténtico Marrakech.

Le personnel est formidable. Une mention spéciale à Omar qui a été très gentil. Il est serviable, accueillant. Le Riad est propre, confortable. On s’y sent bien. Le soir il n’y a aucun bruit. C’est très calme même en journée. Il y a une piscine sur le toit. Le petit-déjeuner (local) est servi de 8h à 11h. Pour vos déplacements, à 3mn à pied de trouve le parking « Bab yacout ». Il s’agit d’un point de rencontre pour les taxis ou prestataires d’excursions. Le Riad est proche du souk et de la place Jemaa el fna. Il faut compter à peu près 20 mn de marche. Merci également à Mme Fatima et son fils le ci-propriétaire pour l’accueil. Je vous invite à y aller les yeux fermés.

The staff's kindness and willingness to help and accommodate us were extraordinary. Nothing was "too much" to ask, and the suggestions for restaurants and places to visit were much appreciated. Fatima, Sahil, Omar, and the cleaning staff did all they could to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The towels were changed daily and breakfast tailored to our preferences. We are very grateful for such lovely care and feel we were amongst friends.

Y siempre con una sonrisa!! El desayuno 100 de 10. Hay cosas que el dinero no lo paga, y es la amabilidad y la calidad del trato, nos vamos felices Sin lugar a dudas volveremos a este Riad❤️

Amazing place, quiet, clean and the owners were wonderful . Beautiful room and tje rooftop pool was jist what we needed in the heat..they even sorted a taxi for us from the airport and also on our return home

Du premier jusqu'au dernier jour de notre séjour, tout n'a été qu'enchantement et plaisir...ce Riad est une pure merveille architecturale, dotée d'une décoration remarquable ou chaque pièce, chaque objet, chaque couleur est à sa place. Dès lors que vous poussez la porte d'entrée, en un instant vous passez de l'effervescence sonore de la médina au calme le plus absolu...Mais tout ceci ne voudrait finalement pas dire grand chose si l'on y associerait pas l'exceptionnel qualité du personnel. Fatima, secondé par le fidèle Omar, ainsi que Khadija et sa consoeur n'ont eu de cesse que de rendre notre séjour magique, et de ce point de vue là, ils ont très largement dépassé nos attentes. Nous ne les remercierons jamais assez pour leur bienveillance. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous...Christophe et Khadija

A beautiful riad down a typical Medina alley. Pure Morrocan style. Top marks for cleanliness and a traditional breakfast. The small staff are always smiling and very friendly, although in my case there was a language barrier. Fatima is a lovely lady who speaks English and was very friendly and helpful. She helped me with places to visit and the route to take. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Everything was just what I wanted for my stay there.

La struttura non è vicinissima al centro - 20 minuti circa a piedi dalla piazza Jemaa el Fna e dalla moschea della Koutubia - ma è in una zona silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza ai vicoli della medina. Colazione abbondante con tipicità locali, in particolare le msemmen e il caffè speziato. Camera pulita, arredata in stile tradizionale, con un bagno grande e asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno.

Le Riad est magnifique et très bien entretenu par le personnel. Tout le monde est d’une grande gentillesse. Merci pour la disponibilité et la gentillesse d’Omar. Merci à Mme Fatima pour sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils. C'est vraiment très familial. Le petit déjeuner est parfait également. La Place Jemaa El Fnaa est à 25 min à pieds et les jardins de Majorelle à 10min à pieds Avoir une connexion aux données mobiles pour s'orienter dans Marrakech et les souks est indispensable.

Le quartier n’est pas très sécurisant, beaucoup des voitures et scooters qui roulent très vite et ne font pas attention aux piétons.

Il Riad è bellissimo una tipica casa marocchina curatissima in tutti i particolari. letti comodi pulizia perfetta tutti i giorni ti rifanno la camera ma la cosa più preziosa di questo Riad sono le persone che lo gestiscono Fatima e Omar sono fantastici, accoglienti e super collaborativi, tornerò sicuramente qui nel mio prossimo viaggio a Marrakech. La struttura è in una posizione tranquilla, a circa 15 minuti dal Suk e a 30 dalla piazza Jemaa El Fnaa. Lo staff è super gentile e disponibile ad accontentare le richieste (anche una colazione take away preparata alle sei e mezza del mattino) e la colazione molto buona e abbondante. Eccellente la pulizia.

Se devo trovare una pecca, forse il rooftop è un po' abbandonato a sé stesso, rispetto ad altri Riad che abbiamo visto.

Fin dal primo momento si percepisce qualcosa di speciale: la gentilezza autentica e la disponibilità costante di Madame Fatima e del suo staff fanno davvero la differenza. Non si tratta di semplice accoglienza, ma di un supporto concreto, umano, presente in ogni momento del soggiorno. Ti senti accompagnato, mai lasciato solo, anche in un contesto come la medina che per molti può risultare inizialmente disorientante. Il riad si trova nel cuore pulsante della medina, permettendo di vivere ogni giorno l’atmosfera più vera e intensa di Marrakech, fatta di colori, profumi e vita autentica. Allo stesso tempo, è strategico per raggiungere facilmente i principali luoghi di interesse. E, cosa non scontata, pur essendo immerso nel labirinto della medina, è sorprendentemente semplice da trovare. Molto apprezzato anche il servizio taxi, sempre disponibile e organizzato con grande efficienza, che aggiunge ulteriore tranquillità agli spostamenti. La stanza è ampia, confortevole e curata nei dettagli. Il letto grande garantisce un buon riposo dopo le giornate intense tra i vicoli della città. L’arredamento e l’architettura rispettano pienamente lo stile tradizionale locale, creando un’atmosfera autentica e suggestiva senza rinunciare al comfort. La pulizia è impeccabile, un altro elemento che contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno davvero piacevole. In sintesi, tutto è stato perfetto. Un luogo che non è solo un alloggio, ma parte integrante dell’esperienza di viaggio. Tornerei senza alcun dubbio.

The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the overall cleanliness and attention to detail were outstanding. The staff were also welcoming and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Sehr freundliches und herzliches Personal/Gastgeber. Tolles Ambiente und die Lage war auch gut. 10-15 Minuten bis man Mitten drin ist in den Souks. Etwa 25 -30 min zu Fuss zum Platz der Gehenkten aber man läuft Mitten durch die Souks, somit auch ein Erlebnis. In der Umgebung gibt es genug Möglichkeiten Essen und Trinken zu erwerben

Keine Fenster im Zimmer, was aber an der Bauweise liegt. Das Frühstück ist spartanisch. Es wird am Platz serviert, also kein Buffet oder ähnliches, somit keine Abwechslung.

Very nice riad with good location, easy to find. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our host Monaim was very welcoming and helpful.

Ich hatte ein sehe schönes Zimmer, mir wurde mit Tipps weitergeholfen. Moneim hat mir extra ein veganes Frühstück gezaubert ind ich hab mich wie zuhause gefühlt. Ich habe auch eine Ladung Wäsche für 5 Euro waschen lassen was super unkompliziert geklappt hat

Le personnel était de très bon conseil pour nous, notamment Moneim qui nous a bien orienté à Marrakech.

Struttura situata nella parte alta di Marrakech, perfetta la posizione anche per prendere taxi (ti lasciano molto vicino al Riad, cosa che nel mezzo dei Souk non è possibile) A piedi abbiamo raggiunto qualsiasi punto. Siamo arrivati che diluviava e Omar è stato davvero gentile nell'accoglierci e aiutarci ad asciugarci. Il Riad trasmette una pace incredibile. La nostra stanza (grande) aveva una finestra che dava sulla strada e un bagno con una doccia molto grande. Acqua sempre calda, asciugami puliti e camera riordinata ogni giorno. Colazione perfetta tipica Marocchina e Tè buonissimo. Bella anche la terrazza al piano superiore con tenda dove poter prendere il tè. Tutti super gentili e sempre super d'aiuto. è sembrato di stare a casa propria. Davvero perfetto tutto.

Il personale del riad è gentilissimo e disponibile, Fatima e Omar ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. La colazione inclusa è abbondante e saporita e ci è stata servita una cena tipica marocchina fatta in casa da Fatima che superava di gran lunga quelle offerte dagli altri ristoranti in cui siamo stati a 18€ a persona. La camera viene pulita tutti i giorni con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani, c’è il condizionatore che è indispensabile contro l’umidità di marrakech. Il riad dispone inoltre di una zona tv e di due terrazze in cui godersi il sole e rilassarsi che personalmente abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Shukran!

Struttura molto bella con una terrazza magnifica.. camera pulita e spaziosa! A pochi passa dalla Medina e dalla piazza principale di Marrakech.. colazione veramente buona.. Noi abbiamo anche cenato e assaggiato il tajine al pollo (il più buono mangiato in città) consiglio vivamente questa opzione, cena a soli 18€ a persona.. Il ragazzo Moneim è stato veramente gentile ed ha assecondato tutte le nostre richieste, ci ha consigliato anche un ristorante lì vicino dove poter mangiare a prezzi accessibili! Grazie di tutto a Moneim e allo staff ❤️

Il Riad rappresenta la tipica casa marocchina, ben strutturata in ogni suo dettaglio. Il personale è simpatico e disponibile. Ci hanno offerto delle ottime pietanze tradizionali sia a cena che a colazione.

Enige wat tegenviel is dat er geen ramen in de kamer waren dus geen daglicht en de lampen zijn lelijk witlicht.

Struttura antica ma ben mantenuta. Camera molto grande (anche se non troppo per essere una King suite). Bagno e doccia ottimi. Colazione fuori orario.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo non certo ottimo, anzi. Camera fredda in quanto l’unica fonte di calore, il clima inverter, non era funzionante. Luci a led troppo bianche che trasmettono una sensazione di asettico anziché di calore. Colazione non all’altezza di un Riad. Non ho per niente gradito sentirmi rispondere che i croissant erano contati (uno per cliente) e quindi non potevo averne uno in più. E pensare che quello che ho pagato qui per due notti è la paga di 15 giorni di lavoro per un dipendente del settore privato…

Me alojé dos noches en este riad típico de Marrakech y la experiencia fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, el servicio y la atención fueron espectaculares: todo el personal fue muy amable, cercano y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. El riad estaba impecable, absolutamente todo muy limpio. Cada día hicieron el servicio de habitación, cambiaron las toallas por unas nuevas y arreglaron la cama con mucho cuidado, algo que realmente se agradece después de un día recorriendo la ciudad. El desayuno fue muy completo y delicioso. Incluía zumo natural, yogur, el desayuno típico marroquí con diferentes masas de pan, y además te ofrecen omelette recién hecho, café con leche y croissant. Todo abundante, fresco y servido con mucho cariño. La habitación era muy cómoda, con una cama grande y confortable. Además, el riad es muy silencioso, perfecto para descansar bien y desconectar del bullicio de la ciudad. En general, una estancia perfecta: auténtico, acogedor, tranquilo y con una atención de diez. Sin duda, lo recomiendo y volvería a alojarme aquí sin pensarlo.

Ryad typique très agréable avec un accueil parfaitement orchestré, une chambre parfaite et bien agencée. Sa localisation dans la médina et en bordure des remparts permet d'être au calme pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas être réveillés par le muezzin ;-) Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la salle au décor argenté. Le toit terrasse permet d'admirer les alentours, les toits de la médina, le minaret, et la vue sur les sommets enneigés de l'atlas.

Türkçe bilen çalışanlarının adı Abdo’ydu, Abdo gayet ilgili ve destek oldu bize, kaldığımız odanın penceresi yoktu. Gideri tıkalıydı. Kahvaltısı Türk kahvaltısına alışmış bizler için çok yetersizdi. Banyonun gideri tıkalıydı. Yan komşu Fatima bizi karşılarken sanki yıllardır beklediği akrabasıymışız gibi bizi karşıladı, bizle ilgilendi.

Riad magnifico! La camera stupenda, super pulita e con ogni confort. La colazione mattutine abbonante e deliziosa. Lo staff sempre disponibile e cordiale. Lo consiglio a tutti!
