I give this property an overall score of 10 because it was close to or exceeded my expectations on just about every count, with bonus points for the friendly and accommodating management. The property is not fancy, but it is clean and comfortable; it is in a very good location, just a few minutes from the hotel strip; and it has a comfortable and charming private garden.

קיבלנו יחס אישי ומסייע מאוד, המקום נקי ומסודר, המזגן פועל מראש ומקרר היטב, ישנם פינוקים קטנים מהבעלים שזה מאוד יפה מצידו, והכי חשוב קרוב כ 8 דקות נסיעה מחוף בוקק.

אייל קיבל אותנו בסבר פנים יפות, היה נכון לעזור בכל דבר ועניין, המקום במרחק נסיעה של 8-9 דקות לחוף עין בוקק.

The property was clean and in a nice area with comfortable parking. The host was friendly and helpful. Also included small gift.

The shower is very small- But there were plenty of hot water and enough towels.

Для меня слишком все простое . Как Советский Союз в глухом поселении. Старые дома . Внутри чисто , но для меня убого. Муж говорит, что очень даже не плохо для Израиля … я привыкла к 5 звездочным отелям . Заехали сюда случайно, ехали с Эйлата , Ришион предыдущую ночь обстреливали , я нервничала и решили по дорогое забронировать что то на мертвом море . Отзывы были хорошие и я забронировала . А ночью мы 3 раза ходили в бомбоубежище . В общем если вы привыкли к простому жилью, все необходимое и чистое. До моря по мне далеко … его из номера не видно от слова совсем . Вся улица - старые, очень старые дома, но думаю стены там тоостые. Зелень есть, но ее много.

The location right by the Dead Sea is stunning, and the room was clean and comfortable. Eyal and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive — the personal touch really made the stay special.

Nothing significant — everything met our expectations for a short getaway.

It was so close to the water, it had everything we needed from coffee to lotion and cleaning supplies.

The cats made a lot of noise throughout the night by the window. And the tv wasn’t easy to figure out for English speakers.

I LOVED the property! If I am ever back in the area, I would stay at the same place. Ideally the same room No 4. The private outdoor terrace with the sea view just outside the room was the place to be. The beach was a 5 min walk. Easy free parking. I did not want to leave.

Хозяин был очень милый и приятный. Было тихо и не мешало ничего спать. Нам оставили подарок, немного фруктов сладости. Было два одеяла. В номере кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор, вай файл. Всё было чисто и аккуратно. Единственное от дома до ближайшего пляжа пешком 20 минут.

We had a very pleasant stay at the guest house, thanks to the courteous and friendly service from the staff. Eyal was especially kind and helpful — we really appreciated the early check-in and late check-out. Overall, it’s a good guest house with warm hospitality. The highlight of our stay was definitely Eyal’s kindness and excellent service.

A few things that could be improved: Bathroom – It’s quite small and cramped. For someone slightly above average size, it’s uncomfortable to shower or even move around easily. Garden – The garden next to the room is nice, but during the day there are many flies, making it hard to sit and eat there. It’s only comfortable in the evening. Kitchen utensils – These could use renewal, especially the pans and plates. Fire safety – The fire extinguisher is mounted too high in the garden and not easily accessible.

What a wonderful and pleasant find! Cute, quaint, quiet and very well located. Everything was provided to make the stay perfect. Beach towels, regular towels, the AC was turned on in advance for us and the management and staff even turned the TV on an English chanel in preparation for our arrival. The attention to detail was A1! Fruit and cold water in the fridge, spare pillows and blankets, everything was clean, organized and in good working order. The best part was Eyal, the manager. Extremely responsive, easy communication via WhatsApp, exact locations sent to us via Waze and he even sent us beach and restaurant recommendations. He was able to accommodate early check in and late check out. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the service or the place. And one last bonus, (not sure if this is because the Dead Sea is 400 meters below sea level) but the water pressure, especially in the shower was incredible! Pure enjoyment.

אני רוצה לציין לשבח את השירות שניתן ע"י אייל , נציג בית ההארחה . הופתעתי לקבל ממנו שיחת טלפון לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה ב- booking שבה בדק את פרטים והציע עזרה בכל נושא שיעלה בקשר לחופשה . השירות המדהים המשיך גם עם ההגעה שלנו לאתר. הרגשתי שאייל נמצא שם עבורי , עם רצון אמיתי לתת את חווית השירות מעולה ביותר לאורחי המקום .

הגענו לחגוג יום הולדת לבת זוגי, כשהגענו הודיעו לנו שישדרגו לנו את החדר :) וגם שמו לנו שלט מזל טוב בשבילה. החדר גדול, מזגן מצוין, מיטה נוחה, והכי חשוב שירות מדהים. איש הצוות אייל איתו דיברנו עזר לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים ואירח אותנו מדהים. היו גם מאוד גמישים בזמני הצ׳ק אין וצ׳ק אאוט.

This was my second time at Aloni Guest house and once again it exceeded my expectations. The location is 10/10. A quiet location just down the road from the dead sea and local amenities. Ayel is super friendly and helped me with anything I needed through WhatsApp as I don't speak the Hebrew language. I have travelled all over the world and Neve Zohar is definitely in my top 5 favourites. A safe and friendly place to relax and explore. Aloni Guest house is Highly recommended 👌

Perfekt, communicative and carefull host, good price-quality ratio of accomodation.

The property is overpriced, underkept, and feel we were tricked into renting a poor quality rental. They charged our credit card in full without authorization, and then ignored our requests to cancel. We do not recommend this property, and suggest you stay clear from this place.

Of all the privately owned places we stayed in at the Dead Sea, this was one of the best maintained and cleanest. The host/staff member was very helpful and tried to make sure that we had everything we need

There was a small table, enough for one person to work on inside. Impossible to work outside on the bigger table in view of the sweltering heat. We were unsure what the plates/crockery were made of so we did not dare warm up our meals in the microwave.

If you are looking for a well equipped ,budget and clean accommodation in a quiet area near the Dead Sea, look no more . The place is a short car ride from the beach, shopping area and restaurants. Eyal the manager provided terrific service starting the day before our trip to see if we needed anything beforehand and to make sure we understood how to get to the place. He made sure that we felt free to contact him on any issue.

The guest house is located in a nice village on the shore of the Dead Sea. It's just a 10-minute drive to the nearby tourist town with all its restaurants, shops, etc. The place itself looks much cozier than in the photos and is also comfortable. Last but not least, the host is very friendly and helpful

The beds move as they are not attached to anything

There is no beach. The settlement boasts a private beach. It is a rocky area for caravans with swimming prohibited unless I missed it completely.

I had an excellent stay here and highly recommend. The host sent e-mails a few days in advance that explained everything. And again when I checked in, the host (Eyal) carefully explained the lodging, the area, etc. This place was everything I wanted -- a very short (~1 km) drive or walk to a public beach on the Dead Sea, yet quiet and peaceful in the evenings (unlike the big resort hotels down the road). The accommodations were great -- minimal, but that's all I needed. And the host was very, very gracious and kind. Ten out of ten stars -- I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the Dead Sea :).

Eyal - many thanks for your excellent hospitality and flexibility with the choice of accommodation. The location of this clean apartment is excellent for visiting The Dead Sea, Masada and Ein Gedi. We were touched by the gifts supplied too. Those are the positives…

The apartment is tiny. Bit like a prison cell - although I haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing this yet! Very basic mini kitchenette and facilities; not even a bottle opener. Shower is absolutely fine and plenty of hot water. Masses of biting flies outside and mosquitoes, so rapid deployment of fly screen on door is required! The double room apartment is described as having a balcony; that’s not correct - there’s no balcony, but a terrace area in a relatively communal space with very limited & obstructed views of The Dead Sea. Loads of plastic flowers and colour-changing LED string lighting everywhere… As we suggest, it’s OK for a convenient 1-night stopover, not more. In fact when we arrived at the apartment we had to check the price and compare to local accommodation to ensure it was correct - 603 ILS which we thought was insane for what you get. In fact the prices in the area are crazy and 603 therefore seems about right sadly.

Was a nice stay in the dead sea. Not too far from Ein bokek, or from the beach. Bed was comfy and the owner gifted a bottle of wine and a dead sea product, very nice of him! Clean room, but the bathroom was small and you don't have the same amenities as a hotel. Still worth the stay.

If I could give higher than five stars I would! A wonderful stay with over the top customer service. From the wine and candy left for us, to the lotion and aftershave given to us as gifts, we could not have felt more pampered. Thank you Eyal for your excellent communication and caring customer service! We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, it met our needs, the apartment was smaller than some of the others we had stayed at; we had a hard time because of our phone directions telling us the second exit off of the roundabout and there was a new construction entrance so it actually turned out to be the third. The host was very pleasant and helpful over the phone over the phone. The host it also left some gifts for us and they were very nice. It was a short walk down to the dead sea, and we were able to walk along the shoreline for a long distance, there were signs saying no swimming but we probably could’ve waded in the water if we had wanted to. We drove to an area called the mall it was about 2 miles to the north for dinner, and there was also market places there as well.

Quiet, pleasant atmosphere, exellent service! Definitely will stay here again. Highly recommend this to everyone!
