Hotel Kristall - Adults only

Výhled z pokoje a čistota

Povlečení moc naškrobené a kousavé, prostěradlo staré a žmolkaté a jídlo tragédie. Z večeře odcházíte hladoví a ani to není žádný gastronomický zážitek.

The spa and the infinity pool are lovely, the view from the rooftop pool is breath taking. Breakfast was plentiful with many food and drink options. Public areas in the hotel are very nice and welcoming.

We paid extra for a larger room and in reality the room just had a long useless corridor which made the room very uncomfortable. The balcony in the room was facing the parking lot and we suffered from noise and cigarettes smoke. There was no espresso machine, no kettle and no mini fridge in the room. I had to pay at the lobby for tea and bring it to the room. It was the most expensive hotel we booked in our long trip and it was not justified at all.

Nette grote kamer, goed eten en vriendelijk personeel

Niks

Very nice hotel with accommodating staff and good facilities. Food was excellent and plentiful.

Nothing.

Very clean, comfortable hotel with a great pool and spa area to soothe muscles after a day in the mountains. Breakfast buffet was very good and staff were welcoming.

We had assumed that the hotel would have an a la carte restaurant serving meals, but discovered that in this part of the world it is typical to book half board with a 3 course meal each night instead. This was too much food for us on a daily basis so we opted to go elsewhere for dinner. If the bar offered light meals it would have been perfect. Still a 10/10 for us though - Thank You.

Great place to stay.

Kristall has the basics: good bed, good bathroom, helpful staff. But what you're paying for is the "spa". On the roof: a Finnish sauna, a pool (not for lap-swimming), and an outdoor relax area with comfortable chaise lounges. In the basement, a labyrinth of rooms: 3 different saunas, a pool (not for laps), a workout room with a Nordic track, a beauty salon with lots of skin-care stuff, a relax room with lots of comfortable beds, lots of showers and bathrooms, and probably more. THAT'S what you're paying for. But why would anyone travel internationally to go to a spa? You're paying through the nose for it. If that's what you want, I suggest that you splurge on the resort spa nearest to your home. The other thing you're paying for, if you include dinner with your booking, is a 2.5-hour dinner, a 6-course endurance contest. Once was plenty for me. I suppose the food is good, but it's too precious for me. The portions are small, and the intervals between them are long. Life is too short for that nonsense. If you're going to Tyrol to sit in a spa, Kristall is the place for you. If you're going for hiking or biking or sightseeing, find someplace else to stay. There are many many options in the area. Bus and train links are excellent, and cheap, to Innsbruck and all the Leutasch towns.

Our welcoming on the first day was extremely friendly. This kindness followed the rest of our days. Staff is helpful and open-minded. Food was super good. The room which was given to us had a view which we did not even expect. Thank you! Highly recommended place to visit!

There is honestly nothint I could mention here.

Frisch renoviert, auf dem neusten Stand

Sehr freundliches Personal. Eir kommen definitiv wieder!

Super hyggeligt hotel i dejligt område for vandring.

They had disinfectant for the hands and disinfectant for the heart.

Meget hyggeligt hotel.

here because I couldn't find a place in Garmisch but am amazed how beautiful, well-planned, gorgeously sited and highest quality this hotel is! The fitness facilities, meals, service and attention to detail are astounding. Will certainly come again

Tipica struttura tirolese, ottima e tranquilla posizione.

Macht weiter so 👍🤗

Personable and helpful front desk clerk and wonderful setting.

Un excelente hotel Una administración familiar exitosa con Disciplina Orden Limpieza Sin duda regresaré

Zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal Sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Essen

Food was excellent; overall service could not have been better. The reception when arriving was exceptional. The only wish is for shower stalls to prevent water from going on the floor. Excellent!! Excellent!! Hope to return again-

The service is the best! Family owned and operated, very friendly!! Quiet, clean and beautiful.

Stayed here for a family winter holiday and couldn't have asked for more. The room was spacious enough for all of us (2 kids on a sofa bed plus separate bedroom for us), well presented and good quality. Pool and spa was great and welcome after a cold day outside. Restaurant and food was the highlight - from a good range at the breakfast buffet to very good 4 course evening meals. Evening meal quality was more than I was expecting and definitely restaurant quality. Only point to note is meal did take nearly 2hrs, which is fine when you want that but sometimes was a bit much for our children. Staff were always friendly and helpful too. Will hopefully be back soon!
