Stay was comfortable, though, property is old and have some maintenance issues but staff is good and helpful.

Never stay at this hotel. If you forget any belongings, you won't get them back. They're so unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.. They're telling me to 'do what I want.' I never expected such service from ITC Group. I'll never stay at any of their hotels again. If you want to verify, I've stayed at their hotels multiple times this year..

Visited Fortune by ITC in Katra, was a good experience staying there. I would call out the staff who were all extremely polite, very helpful and always wore a smile to greet. Great stay experience. Small issues in the room like the door lock would get stuck (#319), and key would get deactivated every day after room service for some reason. Other than that all great.

We stayed in itc Fortune katra. It was great experience. The staff is very Courteous and helpful. I wud especially mention vijay ji kajal mam and ajay at the help desk reception. Looking fwd to our next visit soon

We stayed at Fortune Hotel Katra from 17th to 19th June, expecting a quality experience given its association with the ITC brand. Unfortunately, our stay was far from satisfactory and did not meet even basic hospitality standards. While the property is large and well-located, it is poorly maintained and lacks proper supervision. We had booked a Club Room, expecting comfort and good service, but were left thoroughly disappointed. Room & Housekeeping: The housekeeping service was very poor. The washroom was not freshened up properly, towels provided were old and worn out, and water from the shower would spread across the entire bathroom, making it difficult to use. The extra bed provided was extremely uncomfortable—you could feel the springs digging into your back. In-Room Service: Used tea/coffee cups were not cleaned or replaced, and water bottles were not replenished during our stay. These are basic services one expects to be handled automatically in any decent hotel. Transport Facility: The hotel claims to provide a drop to Ban Ganga, but vehicle availability was a major issue. We had to wait a long time and eventually decided it was better to arrange our own transport. This service needs urgent improvement. Breakfast Experience: The breakfast was quite ordinary and disappointing. Fruits were left out for too long on the buffet table and had clearly gone stale. After experiencing this on the first day, we chose to skip breakfast entirely on the second day. Complaint Made – But no follow up done : We brought all these issues to the attention of the on-duty in-charge, Mr. Manjit, during the night and said that i want to speak with the manager next days . He said sorry and told that his colleague will come to clean the washroom to which Ranjit came, Unfortunately, despite raising our concerns directly at the reception, there was no follow-up made by Manjit, which further reflected the lack of accountability in the hotel's management. Overall Verdict: The property has potential but is badly let down by poor maintenance, weak service standards, and a clear lack of oversight. It does not live up to the expectations one has from an ITC-affiliated hotel. Unless major improvements are made, we cannot recommend staying here.

An amazing overall experience 10/10. A very well-located property, in the heart of the city. We were a family of 6 people, so we took 3 Double rooms. We were thrilled to get a pickup & drop to the railway station. Thanks to the driver - Manoj. He even took us to our yatra starting point - Tarakote. Very seamless check-in & check-out experience with rooms already allocated to us, Jugnu at the front desk took care of that very professionally. The kids enjoyed the games room with Table Tennis & Carom. Very spacious reception & lobby area for your amazing Instagram worthy clicks. Mr Prbhakar - GM of the property was very courteous and wet above & beyond in his hospitality as he ensured that we had an early breakfast at 6am since we were starting out yatra early. An amazing property which is recommended for all. We would definitely return here. cheers Rajat

Fortune Katra is an excellent property which is located near the katra bus stand for all shopping needs and has nice rooms with good views. The fact that it has a customer oriented staff and delicious food in its inhouse restaurant makes it incredibly value for money. Huge call out to its staff and especially to name a few - Ms Khem Lata from F&B was ever smiling & helpful and Mr. Nitin + the night shift staff from reception desk who were very supportive throughout. Highly recommended!

Jai mata di, staff here is good and very polite torwards guests with smiling faces and wishing everyone with namaskar. Food is good but it would be great with little spice. Total greenary and surrounding environment is great and upto the mark.
