The room was spotless, the bed was very comfy and the bedding was top quality. Staff extremely helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious with fresh cakes and pastries, homemade jams and fresh fruit. I couldn't find any fault with anything. I enjoyed my stay at the property a lot.

Great room comfortable bed

Personal war nett, Zimmer waren sehr sauber, Frühstück war ok aber insgesamt Preisleistung teuer.

Breakfast was typical Turkish with a variety of breads, cheese, salads fruit and olives which was included in the price. They offered a selection of egg, cheese and sausage omelets etc with a minimal extra charge which were delicious. They Staff were exceptional and all so friendly. The lady at Breakfast always had a smile and warm welcome. The Reception Staff were also very welcoming, friendly and helpful to organise taxi’s. Impressed that reception staff spoke excellent English or we spoke a little Turkish or used Translate App. The Bedroom was spacious with a large balcony and amazing Seaview. The bed was very comfortable, well appointed, very clean room, bathroom refreshed towels and cleaned daily again by lovely friendly staff. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only disappointed was the Website photos showed that there was a coffee shop in the reception area but this is no longer there. Soo missed my morning Cappuccino! Although there was filter coffee at. Breakfast.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu, alles sehr modern und komfortabel, das Deluxzimmer schön groß und mit Meerblick

Die Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße und ein Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss. Der Frühstücksraum gleich nebenan macht sehr viel Lärm am Morgen.

Excellent stay - lovely room, helpful staff, great breakfast from the sea view terrace. I had a sea view room which looked out across the whole bay. It was stunning.

Kahvaltıları zayıf onun dışında otel güzel ve temiz konumu iyi

Grote kamer die mooi is gedecoreerd. Zeer grote badkamer, uitstekende hygiëne, en een mooi uitzicht. Centraal gelegen bij de pier met veel restaurants en barretjes. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hier wordt net dat extra beetje moeite gedaan om je verblijf nog beter te maken zoals bijvoorbeeld luxe zeep, complementair gekoeld water, en koekjes in de lobby.

Niets.

Konumu, hizmet kalitesi, temizliği, kahvaltısı, odalarda kullanılan malzemelerin kalitesi, yönünden 5 yıldızlı oteli aratmaz. Biz memnun kaldık.

Konum, personel, dekor, yatak, yastık, oda ve balkon genişliği gayet iyi. Buklet ürünleri başarılı.

Uyku konusunda çok hassas bir kişiyim. Odanın balkona bakan tarafı komple cam ve o kısım duvardan duvara perde. Bu kadar ışık alabilen büyük bir alana karartma perde yapılmamış olması çok büyük hayal kırıklığı oldu. Işık sebebi ile sabah 6 da uyanmak durumunda kaldım ve tekrar uyuyamadım. Bana göre tek ve en büyük eksikliği bu. Fiyat fayda dengesi de başarılı

Misafirlerimiz son derece memnun kaldı ve gelecek konaklarında da bu oteli tercih etmek istediklerini ifade ettiler.

Maison Vourla’da gerçekleştirdiğimiz 3 gecelik konaklamadan genel olarak memnun kaldık. Otelin genel durumu oldukça iyi, temizliği ise gerçekten takdire şayandı; odalar tertemiz ve hijyen konusuna özen gösterilmişti. Konfor açısından da beklentimizi büyük ölçüde karşıladı, rahat bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ancak hizmet kalitesi konusunda aynı memnuniyeti yaşadığımızı söyleyemem. Özellikle check-in sırasında işlemlerimizi gerçekleştiren beyefendinin tavırları konukseverlikten uzaktı ve bu durum, konaklamanın başlangıcında olumsuz bir izlenim bırakmasına neden oldu. Bu nedenle hizmete 3 puan verdim. Ayrıca kahvaltı, lezzetli olmakla birlikte yeterince çeşitli değildi; özellikle uzun süreli konaklamalarda daha zengin bir menü beklenebilir. Genel olarak Maison Vourla, konumu ve fiziksel olanaklarıyla tavsiye edilebilecek bir otel. Küçük bazı iyileştirmelerle çok daha iyi bir deneyim sunabilir.

Ailecek konakladığımız bu tatilde otelimizin konforu, çalışanların yaklaşımı her konuda yardımcı olmaları ve güler yüzlü olmaları beni çok mutlu etti… Tam bir aile yeri 🙏

İskele bölgesinde restaurantlara son derece yakın iyi bir konumu var 3 yıldızlı olmasına rağmen verilen hizmet daha üst seviyede bir dahaki ziyaretimizde gene orada kalırız

The location was excellent, and the room was clean. The breakfast was decent. A room with a sea view can enhance the stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and efficient, allowing for a hassle-free experience.

The room had constant, loud fan noise that was very distracting at night. (we stayed one night so, we didn't inform the hotel about it so it could be fixed.) The breakfast area was too small, and the buffet was cramped. There was also poor air circulation, making the space uncomfortable.

Karşılamasından otelden çıkana kadar çok düzgün insanlar ile muhattapsınız. Çevreyi bilmiyorsanız sormanız yeterli, yardımseverler. Ayrıca çok temiz bir otel. Butik olduğu kadar odaları geniş ve ferah. 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk çok rahat kaldık.Kahvaltısı lezzetli ve bol çeşitli. Konumu çok iyi ve iskeleye çok yakın olduğu için herşeye yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Araba derdiniz olmaz.

3 gece 4 gün kaldık. Bu süre boyunca kibst bir şekilde misafir edildik. Kahvalyı cok güzel ve boldu. Özellikle izmir tulumu. Temizlik ve hijyen kurallarına dikkat edilmekte. Konumu bizce cok iyi. İskeleye cok yakın. Tavsiye edebiliriz..

Otelin önu cadde olmasi sebebiyle gürültü olabiliyor ama balkonun önu de açık ve ferah bu sebeple.En yakin ev 50 m uzakta haliyle.Odalar temiz ve kötu koku yoktu.Çalışanları güleryüzlü insanlar.Binanin altinda migros var ve otelin otopark sorunu yok.İskeleye 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde odasindan denizi seyredeceginiz,kahvaltiyi terasta yine ayni manzara esliğinde yapacağınız bir otel.Kahvalti orta seviye ama ihtiyacınız olanları sunuyor.1 gece konakladım cift olarak gayet memnun kaldik.

Odamız büyüktü, yatak konforluydu. Urla iskeleye yakın olduğu için tercih ettik, restoranlara yürüyerek 8 dk. sürüyor. Otopark sorunu yok. Fiyat performans olarak memnun kaldık, bir daha tercih edebiliriz. Tek vasat yanı kahvaltı diyebiliriz, ortalama bir açık büfe.

We stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The room was spacious and offered a stunning sea view. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious Turkish breakfast each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. We will definitely visit again

Location is excellent, short walk to the bay and shops. Grocery store next door that is very handy. Breakfast room has beautiful bay views and a nice breakfast buffet. Good coffee made there too! Our family always try to stay there when visiting Urla

The hotel is deent, but not more than that. If you don't have high expectations, you'll be OK.

The breakast was the same every day, with no big choice. My coffee was never ready when I arrived, so I had to wait 10 minutes to get it. The coffee machine was broken. There was personnel in the breakfast room that kept watching us while we ate. They probably just wanted to be there if we needed anything, but their presence was too noticeable and made me uncomfortable. The cleanleness in the rooms could be better too and bedding changed more often.

Odalar geniş ve ferah, çalışan arkadaşlar çok fazla güleryüzlü. Kahvaltısı fazla fazla yeterli. Çok memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Very clean and very friendly staff

We stayed one night with my family at this hotel in August this year and very satisfied with the level of hospitality and cleanliness. The views were also amazing from our room. Moreover, they were very kind to let my 16 year old boy stay with no extra charge as I made a mistake when I booked the room initially! Only thing was the breakfast room which has an amazing view on the top floor didn’t have enough air con as it was quite hot for us in the middle of summer.

Very nice hotel, near the seaside, big room, very clean! The breakfast was standard, every day almost the same food. Overall a nice experience!

Eigene Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden. Frühstück ist sehr üppig, viele Speisen auf den Bildern zu sehen sind , sind “extra” zu bezahlen. Getränke für Kids wie : Saft, etc. ist nicht im Frühstück enthalten-“extra”… für 125€ die Nacht sollte das Frühstücks-Buffet etwas besser sein. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt . Nur das Bad , hat hin und wieder etwas muffig gerochen. Unter dem Hotel ist ein Supermarkt, das war Top für Strandausflüge um Vorrat zu besorgen. Nochmal müsste ich für diesen Preis nicht ins Hotel kommen.

Oteli, otel bilgilerine, fotoğraflara ve yorumlara bakarak tercih etmiştik. Beklentimizin çok altında kaldı. Altı gün kalmayı planlarken bir geceden sonra rezervasyonumuzu iptal ederek otel değiştirdik. İki kişilik tek yataklı oda tercih etmiştik, ancak oda havasızdı ve kokuyordu. Odanın pencereleri otel içine açıldığı için havalandırmak mümkün değil, havalandırmak istediğinizde mutfak kokusu ve gürültü içeri doluyor. Resepsiyondaki bey memnuniyetsizliğimizi belirttiğimizde odamızı değiştirmeyi önerdi, bunun için teşekkür ederim ancak otelden genel olarak memnun kalmadık. Odalarda banyoyu ayıran cam vitray mahremiyet sağlamıyor. Başkaca bir separatör vs de yok. Kahvaltısı ve kahvaltı verilen teras oldukça kötüydü. Kahvaltı salonunda havasızlık, sıkışıklık pek çok sorun var. Lokasyon olarak iskeleye yürüme mesafesi tek artısı bu. Rezervasyon iptali konusunda hemen destek oldukları için memnunuz.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltıda çok çeşit yoktu ancak olan şeyler gayet lezzetli ve kaliteliydi.

Receptionists was great. hotel was very good built and location was very near to popular region.

breakfast service was good howvere when there is lot of people staying, they are not good at managing. and also there is apoint to be solved in bathrooms. either fan is working 24 hours or none! so either continuous noise or airless bathroom. it should be solved and be in coordination with bathroom light switches.

Odamız tertemizdi. Otel görevlileri oldukça ilgiliydi.Özellikle yatak ve yastık menüsü olması çok etkileyiciydi. Yatak ve yastık kendi evimden rahattı mükemmel bir lükstü.

We always love our stays at the Maison Vourla. The staff are obliging, great breakfast room with a view and a short stroll to the bay where there are restaurants. Downstairs is a great little supermarket next to the hotel. We don't look elsewhere as we love staying here. Thanks for always making our stays pleasurable. Jane and Tom (Perth Western Australia)

the road in front of the hotel can be too loud but the windows have good isolation.

Nice, spacious and clean room with a large terrace and sea view. Bathroom and shower was spacious as well. Good breakfast buffet with good selection of local food.

Hotel located at noisy main road with lot of traffic. Haven't seen a lot of people in the hotel, neither staff nor guests. Felt like staying at Airbnb. I understand that beauty lies in the eyes of beholder, but wall papers with snake skin design are kinda borderline 🤣. Pillows were hard like stone.

Hotel personel was great. Superfriendly people to help you with whatever you need. Great location naar the sea, with a lot of restaurants nearby. 40 minutes from Izmir city and 40 from Cesme.

My friends liked the breakfast a lot, but I didn't. The bed and pillows weren't great. Some defects in the bathroom.

Damp smell comes from bathroom every now and again but that happens with most places in Urla.

I liked the staff, the location, the rooms, how clean it was and just about everything.

It was pretty easy to hear sounds coming outside my room but other than that, nothing.

This was my first time going to Turkey, and as someone who went alone to see his girlfriend, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Wonderful staff & people, who will answer all your questions, and a very clean place, nice location with many places to go and see. Will definitely go here again.

A lovely, clean hotel which served a good breakfast. Relatively affordable for the room and service you get, we felt well catered for. We had a balcony, sea view room. The hotel is also very close to the marina which offers lots of places to eat.

The only thing was that there was a bad smell in the bathroom but as we were only staying for one night, we didn't inform the hotel about it so it could be fixed.

Overall I was satisfied. Breakfast was a little poor. The rooms are clean... It is wonderful to watch the sunrise, especially from the window. The lack of dining options in the hotel is a shortcoming. It's pretty quiet due to its location!

The hotel is like 5 minutes away from the seaside restaurants. It is in the quite place that you can easily rest, even during the day. Very friendly staff and owner. I recommend to choose room with breakfast included. Basically you will get same breakfast outside of the hotel by paying lots of lira. Temperature of the room and breakfast area was perfect. I was lucky to have the corner room with 2 side balcony. I recommend try to get those rooms Very clean room and perfect pillows. Mini bar in the room is also unbelievable cheap. It is almost same price as outside markets. Under hotel there is s medium size famous migros grocery store that you find lots of stuff that you may need with average price. Including alcohol and clothes and dishes. You can park your car easily in front of hotel no issues. Thanks for everyone in this property. I am very pleased with the service.

Merhaba, tek sıkıntı odaya su konulmamıştı. Onun dışında gaeyt güzel bir konaklama oldu bizim için.

Uzun süredir bu kadar temiz bir otel görmemiştim. Odalar ferah, temiz ve bakımlıydı (tüm ekipmanlar yeniydi). Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Urla'ya yolum düşerse tekrar tercih ederim. Öncelikle temizlik ve mutfakta görev alan otelin tüm çalışanlarına Teşekkür ederim.

Otel genel anlamda yeniydi güzel bir ambiyansı var, etrafı açık rahat, oda olarak da gayet büyüktü, temizdi, çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, bu açıdan memnun kaldık. Olumsuz olarak otelde 20 odaya yetecek kadar otopark oldugunu söylemişlerdi ancak altta 2 arabalık kücük bi yer var, sokağa cekmek zorunda kaldık, ayrıca sabah kahvaltıda açık havada oturmak için bir düzen yok, şemsiyelerden birisi açılmıyor dediler bu nedenle kapalı yerde kahvaltı yapmak zorunda kaldık, teras kahvaltılar için çok daha iyi kullanılabilir.

Tek kelimeyle mukemmeldi. Otel fotolarda gorundugunden daha guzel hele odalar. :) piril piril. Calisan ekip o ladar tatli o kadar guleryulzu ki. Sabah kahvaltisi cok basarili hele Sevim hanimin muthis recelleri tadi damagimda hala. Yine olsun yine geliriz.
