La cama de lo más incómodo donde dormí en mi vida, se te clavaban todos los resortes del colchón. Incómoda, te movías y te dolía todo! Un desastre algo que tiene que ser de lo más importante. La vista de la habitación muy fea. Y la heladera no se podía abrir del todo, se trababa con el piso! No volvería ni lo recomendaría !

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Emplacement idéal au centre d'Athènes, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. L'arrêt de métro depuis l'aéroport est à quelques minutes parfait pour repartir. Chambre très propre, partie commune impeccable, je pense que personne ne l'utilise vraiment. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner si besoin. Les chambres sont faites tout les jours. Accès par digicode, idéal pour ne pas avoir à promener des clés.
La rue en bas de l'immeuble est animée le soir, les fenêtres n'insonorisent presque rien, prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Easy check in although there were three different codes to keep track of, but it was also nice because it felt more secure. The location was very central and I stayed on the 4th floor so the noice from the street was minimal. Soft towels and a good bed.
The facilities were very basic and worn. The window was broken and the sink was clogged. There was no complementary water or coffee, no storage space for luggage, and the building seemed worn in general.

Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο μετρό του Συντάγματος και στην Ερμού, ενώ γύρω υπάρχουν πολλά μαγαζιά και επιλογές για φαγητό και ψώνια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, καθαρό και διέθετε όλες τις παροχές που χρειαζόμασταν. Το ιδιωτικό εσωτερικό μπάνιο ήταν επίσης πολύ βολικό, ενώ η θέα από το δωμάτιο ήταν ένα ακόμη θετικό στοιχείο της διαμονής μας. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!
Δεν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό στη διαμονή μας. Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά!

Facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto con la metro, con la quale si raggiunge anche il porto Pireo. Stanza spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Le pulizie sono giornaliere. Consigliatissima!
Unica pecca finestre che si affacciano nella via non insonorizzate.

The position and features of the air conditioning unit in the room were terrible. There was no night mode, and I couldn’t adjust the airflow properly. The air was blowing directly onto the person lying in the bed. I was freezing all night and couldn’t sleep at all. However, when we turned it off, the room became unbearably hot. In short, my husband and I had a terrible night. Neither of us could sleep.

Overall, the stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this property. The listing did not clearly state that the apartment had shared common areas, so it felt more like booking a room than an entire apartment. The cleaning staff entered my room without knocking at 10:20 a.m., even though checkout was at 11:00 a.m., and rudely told me to leave immediately so they could finish their work. This was a serious invasion of my privacy. The rooms were very small with almost no luggage space for two people, and the bathroom and bed sheets were not as clean as expected. Due to the misleading listing, lack of privacy, poor cleanliness, and unprofessional staff, I do not recommend this property and believe I deserve a full refund.

The apartment was obviously converted from an office and the window was large. The blinds did not fully cover the window space which let in light. Despite double glazing the noise of traffic from outside was very loud which made it difficult to sleep.

Για μένα έχει όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς για μια ολιγοήμερη επίσκεψη στην Αθήνα, βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης δίπλα στο μετρό. Δεν χρειάζεται κάτι περισσότερο.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja pokoju. Wszędzie jest blisko zarówno do metra, jak i do najważniejszych zabytków Aten. Idealne miejsce na zwiedzanie miasta.
Minusy: niestety w pokoju był widoczny grzyb na ścianie oraz bardzo brudne okna. Warto byłoby regularnie je myć, bo od razu poprawiłoby to pierwsze wrażenie. Dobrze byłoby też zainwestować w odświeżenie ściany lub poświęcić dwa dni bez wynajmu pokoju, aby skutecznie usunąć problem z grzybem.

Δεν περιμενα να υπαρχει κοινη κουζινα και καθιστικο και να μοιραζονται 7 δωματια τον χωρο αυτον! Δεν υπηρχε καφες για το πρωι και οταν γυρισα το βραδυ ειχαν βαλει μια μεγαλη απλωστρα στη μεση της κουζινας με την μπουγαδα τους! Πληρωσα 88 ευρω για να εχω αυτη την κατασταση; Αν πληρωνα 50 ευρω το καταλαβαινω. Ντροπη, να χρεωνετε αυτες τις τιμες για κοινη κουζινα και καθιστικο! Ευτυχως που εμενα μια νυχτα!

La struttura è davvero minimal quindi adatta per un breve soggiorno con poche pretese. Il vero grande problema sono state le finestre che non si chiudevano bene lasciando passare degli spifferi in più c'erano solo delle tende oscuranti pertanto al mattino presto ci si sveglia per la luce che entra. La camera è situata all'interno di un appartamento dotato di cucina che tuttavia non offre nulla, neanche delle cialde del caffè o bustine di thè. Il sapone presente in stanza era sufficiente per almeno 2 giorni, in più non è prevista pulizia delle camere

The room was really spacious and secured by a code lock to the shared area on a heavy duty door, and another to the room, so we felt quite safe. The Enattica team were very quick in responding to any questions I had, and the instructions to get in to our room were clear. I really like the communal common area, it’s a nice way to bump into other travellers, and would be excellent for a group. There were also lots of good quality eating options nearby.
As mentioned by other reviewers, there is a bit of noise from the street at night. There are no fly screens on the window, and we let in some mosquitos with the fresh air. It looks like another guest may have struggled with the shower operation, it looked like the taps had been pulled away from the wall. Having said that, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accomodation at this price point in this location, and think it deserves a higher property rating.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Excelente ubicación. Bares, restaurantes y cafeterías de todo tipo muy cerca. Plaza Syntagma cerca, con metro directo al aeropuerto. Muy cerca de distrito de Plaka y Psyri. Muy cerca de entrada Sur de Acrópolis y de Museo de Acrópolis y el Monte Lycabettus. Fantástico en todos estos sentidos
Hay todo lo necesario para hacerse un té o infusión salvo alguna bosita de té de regalo. Tenía mejor aspecto en las fotografías, pero tampoco es grave

Το παραθυρο μπαζει λιγο αερα.Θα μπορουσε να υπαρχει 1 μπουκαλι νερο στο δωματιο. Δεν ειχε κουταλακια. Δεν αναβε το σωμα του μπανιου. Δεν απομονωνε το ντους το πανω.
