A very good location near to the airport for our return flight Reception staff are very friendly and helpful We thought that the parking charge is far too expensive so we parked on the street

So clean and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Pool area is fabulous and staff very pleasant.

Our husbands were playing golf the pool was lovely and apparently the restaurant is fabulous

Just everywhere now looks tired and needs a tidy up even the sunbeds need renewing

The Torre is a large and soul less resort and any hotel will struggle to counteract that. The food at the poolside bar (the only day time option) was not good.

Maid service was intermittent as cleaning not so good not leaving all towels at times not turning up one day floor not always cleaned & need to clean up bird mess that was on balcony for all the 10 day stay

Lovely hotel but a bit tired in places the pool was lovely colour but really needs a good re vamp the grout was disgustingly black tiles missing at the bottom of the pool stubbed my toe and took a chunk out of my nail

La habitación es muy cómoda, el sofá, el baño con la vista a la habitación es muy agradable.

Había polvo en los espacios comunes y hacía mucha calor en los pasillos. El buffet es mejorable, podría incorporar zumos naturales, más tipos de pan, alimentos sin gluten….

Hacia calor en los pasillos y había polvo. Tampoco había personal en la piscina interior para entregar toallas.

Feel too expensive for quality of room level....paying for pool and golf which didn't use. No soap in room, limited bottled water in room and no tea bags or milk in room. Costs a lot to transfer from airport by taxi hotel didn't do transfers. Paid extra for breakfast wouldn't do that again...... underwhelming experience.

Staff at the pool bar closed the kitchen at 4.45 . Not good when states open till 5. Sour faced girl serving both days wearing glasses and love bites on her neck. Very rude slams the food on the table very unpleasant attitude.

The staff in this hotel were all so nice and helpful. If we ever needed anything they were always there to help. Food down at hotel pool bar was delicious with great service! Will definitely be returning.

With the humidity at that time of year, ants were getting into our hotel room. Nothing bad on the hotel, just a side note for anyone coming to visit. Rooms were house cleaned every single morning, so our room was always clean and fresh!

Loved the pool ! Clean lovely area. Beds comfortable, rooms are beautiful. Loved the hot cookie on entrance, nice touch.

Bar by pool closed at 4.50 I think it should be 5 for food , staff rude ! Breakfast was just warm and one young lady was rude (same lady) mouldy bread. Fried eggs very tasty and hot. Don't like the bird poo on balcony, can't be helped.

It’s a very nice hotel which is probably ready for refurbishment. Lovely staff and kids loved the hot cookies.

Breakfast was cold and choice was limited. Kids loved the waffles and muffins.

The property was very tired and could do with a refurbished. The pool area was lacking beds and all the umbrellas were broken (wheels missing so leaning). The pool had rubbish lying around on the floor which wasn’t cleaned away.

The breakfast, my god how disappointing. Very little selection and the selection was quite poor in quality.

Dirty, lake was filthy and half full of disgusting water. Electric cables left open by the pool. Staff rude. Was given the wrong room key and walked into someone else’s bedroom.

La tranquilidad , el desayuno y la habitación muy completa.

No hay buen mantenimiento. Había insectos en la habitación y la puerta de la terraza no cerraba. En las fotos te pintan el entorno muy bonito pero el lago está vacío y da mal aspecto.

Habitaciones amplias, SPA tranquilo, el servicio de masajes amplio

La accesibilidad al SPA mala ya que el ascensor estaba roto, la piscina estaba congelada y el mantenimiento deja qué desear. No tener opción de media pensión.

We had booked two rooms and there were ants in our bedroom and the bed in both rooms- Broken air conditioning in one room. This is not a 5 star experience

The room was well presented, clean and comfortable. Loved pool area. The proximity to Murcia Airport is excellent.

The air con wasn’t satisfactory even though we mentioned it to reception. All the bars and restaurants in La Torre Townsquare had excellent air con so I’m not sure why the hotel’s was mediocre! The lake was dirty and unattractive to look at.

El precio del desayuno es demasiado caro para lo que es…. Entramos para ver lo que habían de desayuno y lo vimos exactamente caro (18€ por persona) para lo que íbamos a desayunar… por que por 20€ desayunamos en el bar de afuera los 2 días 2 personas si el precio hubiera sido mas razonable si que me hubiera gustado desayunar en el hotel

El desayuno merece mucho la pena, si es cierto que me parece un poco caro ya que hay personas que no utilizan el buffet como tal porque no comen para la cantidad de dinero que hay que pagar, pero no obstante merece la pena.

Another lovely stay at this hotel. Great value for money for a weekend break by the pool. A special mention to José Manuel at the front desk, what a great guy!

Beautiful pool, lovely rooms, staff were super positive and friendly and very helpful. Near lots of great bars and restaurants on La Torre Resort.

Only the aesthetic of the lake, looks like it needed fixing/filling, this did not affect our stay in any way though.

Man on reception was great. Room was great but not ground floor overlooking the pool as requested. Size of pool great.

Lot of cracked tiles around pool area. Pool floor looked like it needed a good clean. Exterior paintwork at the rear of the property was very tired.

The pool and location of the hotel. The pool area needs more regular cleaning and removal of birds droppings in the ground and sunbeds!! It was everywhere! Same for the pool bar, more cleaning of chairs needed!!

The mound in the terrace was so bad we had to move room!! The new room was better, still had mould, but not so much…The layout of the rooms doesn’t work and needs a general updating and a good clean. Cushions in bar terrace are dirty and so uninviting! Used to be lovely there.

The indoor spa pool was closed throughout our stay. The daily room clean didn’t change the dirty cups or glasses. The area around the hotel and the lake are very unkept and rundown

Perfect location, spacious hotel, lovely bar in the lobby and comfortable.

There was some work going on around the pool but didn’t bother us too much due to maintenance. Air conditioning wasn’t working on our first night and did get resolved. Team were helpful.

La zona de la piscina exterior estaba bastante sucia, con falta clara de mantenimiento y permitían a niños y adolescentes jugar a pelota y dar voces. En un Hotel 5 estrellas se entiende que se va a relajarse, no a un parque acuático.

Where the indoor pool was situated, the elevators not being in use and twice we had to call reception on different days because our room didn't have any hot water

Reservé 4 noches, un día entero no hubo agua, al día siguiente por la mańana no hubo agua caliente, el SPA no estuvo abierto durante dos días, no funcionaba el ascensor de acceso al SPA, vamos q escogí este hotel por unos servicio q luego no tenían, pero ellos cobraron igual a pesar de las quejas, me parece un robo. Hotel decadente,

Hotel internal decor very tasteful and room was a good size with all you might need. Good to have a full length mirror with plug next to it, that was not in the bathroom. Food very good in both the bar and pool bar. Nice pool. Indoor spa pool area well equipped with steam and sauna etc. Nearby square with a few bars, cafe and restaurants, all good service and great food. Busy in the evenings. Lovely trees and flowers in the area surrounding the hotel, nice for walks.

Some of the hotel rooms and the reception look out onto a lake, which was green with algae and very unsightly. The area around the pool was tired and needed some repair and painting. These things wouldn't be expected in a 5 star hotel. Many units around the square were empty, so made the area look scruffy unfortunately, but obviously not the hotels fault.

The room was spacious and had a nice outlook over the pool. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with a bath and separate shower.

Although the hotel looked ok on the inside. Outside it looked tired and dirty. Especially when arriving at the front of the building.

It was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly

The location is awful and too isolated. Taxi in and out is also very expensive. Very quiet resort, nothing to do there other than swim

The staff did everything to make my stay really nice especially the reception staff and room service.

Unfortunately there were bed bugs and i woke up with skin rashes especially on the last day.They need to look into it.

We only stayed one night as we were going to a party nearby which also meant we did not use the facilities ie. bar,restaurant etc however.......the hotel itself was 1st class with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional being spotlessly clean and all room facilities provided. We had a view second to none over the golf course, swimming pool and grounds. We would thoroughly recommend the Doubletree to everyone.

Nothing to dislike.

Went for a short stay, rest and golf, ideal for what we wanted , good quality , took us a couple of tries back to he room to get our location as its a bit of a maze !

On the grounds around the hotel it was very grubby. Garden walls in need of repair, needs painting and quite a lot of litter around

Pobyt w hotelu był naprawdę udany. Pokój bardzo czysty i komfortowy, a obsługa od początku do końca niezwykle uprzejma i pomocna. Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone, wszystko świeże i smaczne.

No había jabón (dispensador o pastilla) en el lavabo del baño ... sólo los botecitos que ponen para la ducha

el hotel tiene una buena estructura y muchos espacios para disfrutar

Las instalaciones necesitan más renovación y mantenimiento. La limpieza es mejorable y el agua de la ducha no matenía una temperatura estable. Fue necesario una reclamación porque el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba. Además he contratado el servicio de masaje en el spa y he tenido una muy mala experiencia con una quemadura en la espalda por el uso de una bolsa de calor.

Visiting family on La Torre, so ideal placed. We didn’t have breakfast, but used the gym and outdoor pool ( unheated at this time of year ). The room was large and very comfortable with a balcony. The hotel was well kept with luxurious aspects and we shall return.

No water in the rooms and when we asked at reception we were told to get some from the pool bar ( some distance from the rooms ).

Great position. Easy to find parking. Very warm welcome and helpful friendly reception staff. Great view from balcony off room. Breakfast was good.

We could not take a shower in the morning as it leaked and we where only flew in that evening for one night so very disappointing

El spa solo era una piscina y la sauna me hubiera gustado que tuviera jacussi y algún chorro el agua estaba un poquito friac

Me gustó mucho la habitación. Cenamos en el restaurante y la comida estuvo fantástica.
