The location. It is an easy walk into Kos Town, the harbour and the beach, which is really the main thing this place has going for it.

Poor value for what you pay. No breakfast is included, and the studio is very basic: a bed, a hob and a fridge, and not much else. It is the standard no frills island apartment, but priced well above that.

Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν ανατολικό και είχε εκπληκτική θέα προς την θάλασσα! Το ξενοδοχείο Αχιλλέας βρίσκεται στην άκρη του λιμανιού της Κω και ακριβώς από κάτω αρχίζει οργανωμένη παραλία με μπαράκια, ξαπλώστρες και ταβερνάκια για όλα τα γούστα. Μικρά μάρκετ με φρέσκα φρούτα και λαχανικά υπάρχουν σε πολύ κοντινές αποστάσεις. Η πόλη της Κω είναι προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια και το βράδυ σφύζει από ζωή! Μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο περνάει αστικό λεωφορείο με συχνά δρομολόγια και πολύ κοντά είναι η στάση και των υπεραστικών λεωφορείων. Επίσης, υπάρχουν παντού ποδηλατόδρομοι και ενοικιάζονται ποδήλατα και μέσω εφαρμογής. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι ευγενέστατοι και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και το προσωπικό προσφέρει καθημερινή καθαριότητα στα δωμάτια.

Tesis feribot iskelesinin hemen yanında konum olarak merkezi ve fazlasıyla yere yakın. Bebek yatağı temin etmeleri ve temiz olması harikaydı. Bizi karşılayan Praxi mükemmel biriydi, her konuda yardımcı olmaya hazır ve çok arkadaşça bir yaklaşım içindeydi.

Otelin kesinlikle iyi bir bakıma ve yeniliğe ihtiyacı var. Duş başlığımızdan neredeyse su akmayacak kadar kireçli ve tıkanıktı :) Asansör eski ve fobimizi tetikleyecek durumdaydı. Tek kişilik yataklar birleştirilerek çift kişilik olabiliyor arasında boşluk kalıyor bunu bilerek kalın.

The location of the property is excellent. It is very close to the beaches, restaurants, and city center. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The single beds were comfortable, although the double bed could have been a little more comfortable. The hotel would be even better if it underwent some renovation. Overall, it offers very good value for money.

The hotel is so convenient from the ferry port. It is only a 30-second walk.:). The man who worked at the reception was superhelpful and delightful.

The rooms need something 'homey'. Everything was clean but white and hospital-like.

Güler yüzlü yaklaşım, ilgi ve alaka 10 numara. O kadar yardımcı oldular ki hiç yabancı hissetmedik. Gerçekten çok samimi insanlar. Otel denize nazır limanın yanında ulaşım ve konum mükemmel. Odalar temiz ve ferah. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Tüm otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkürler.

Çıkış saati biraz erken. Uyanıp, dışarda kahvaltı yapıp otele dönmek ve çıkış yapmak biraz vakit alabiliyor. Daha esnek olunabilir. Gece 2.40 da kapıda kaldık. Zile bastık ama duyan olmadı. Anahtarlıktan dış kapı anahtarı çıkararılabilse kolaylık olurdu.

The quality and price balance was great. The location was very good. Our room had a nice sea view. It was close to both the beaches and the downtown. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was not very high.

It would be better if we had a queen bed instead of two side-by-side twin beds. It would be great if there was iron and ironing board in the room.

We came from the non-EU port which the hotel is next to so it was a brilliant location for us. Staff were very helpful, they let us check in early as our room was ready ahead of time which was really appreciated. Had a potential issue with AC (although this may have just been us getting settings wrong) but the staff were really helpful with this too and all fixed. The facilities in the apartment were good. Our rooms were a good size.

Shower often floods the bathroom.

The location of the hotel was great. Close to city centre, nice restaurants, beaches so all needed places :) The hotel manager and his son were so friendly and helpful and explained all the tips about city. They behave us lke real guests not like customers...

The hotel and building need some refurbishment. Bathroom can be nicer with a shower cabin and a kettle (water heater for coffee) would be better.

For our purpose (close to the port for ferries to Turkey, in transit for a night), this was perfect. The location optimum at literally 10 m from the port, in the middle of restaurants and beach, and close to the center. The owners, dad and son are very friendly and helped us a lot.

Everything was just perfect!! It’s only a 1-minute walk from the port and very easy to get to the city center. The room was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. We felt at home from the moment we arrived until we left. Thanks for everything!!

Прекрасная локация! Учитывая, что я прибывала паромом из Турции, апартаменты расположены прям рядом с выходом из порта. Расположены равноудаленно от пляжа и от Старого города. Улочка полна ресторанов и магазинов, все рядом. Прекрасный вид с балкона на море позволял много наблюдать море. Шумоизоляция хорошая, соседей не слышно, никаких шумных заведений рядом.

Kahvaltısı yoktu.Konumu harikaydı.Ama en önemlisi bizi bu otele bağlayan çalışan Praxiteris Koutsouradis olmuştur.İnanılmaz saygılı, güler yüzlü, yardımsever, uzun uzun bıkmadan anlatan harika bir insan.Sadece o var diye geleceğimizden emin olabilirsiniz.Otel temiz merkezi düzgün bir otel.Emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederiz.

Biraz daha bakımlı olması için tadilat yapılabilir.Bir de dış boya yapılabilir.Feribottan inince güzel bir görüntü ile karşılaşmak önyargıyı kırar.

Siamo arrivati di notte e la mattina alle 9 siamo ripartiti. La camera era semplice, pulita e con tutto il necessario. In 5 minuti di passeggiata si arriva al molo dei traghetti. Ottima base per chi non si ferma a Kos.

Otel sahibi beyefendi çok tatlı, inanılmaz yardımsever bir insandı. Bizimle Türkçe konuşarak yaptığı jest de çok hoştu. Otelin konumu, temizliği, sessizliği, gerekli tüm ekipmanları, kliması her şeyi çok iyiydi. Kos'a feribotla gittik. Limandan çıkınca direkt oteli görüyorsunuz zaten. Limana yakınlığının yanı sıra yeme-içme mekanlarına, plajlara, merkeze, gezilecek yerlere yakın konumda olması nedeniyle harikaydı. Deniz manzaralı odayı tavsiye ederim, şahane bir manzarası var. Odada ayrıca mutfak da var ve temel gerekli mutfak eşyaları da var. Biz kullanmadık ancak kullanacak olanlar market alışverişlerini yaparak mutfağı çok rahat kullanabilirler. Otel sahibi beyefendiye çiçeğimi yaşatmak için gösterdiği çaba için de ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Sevmediğim hiçbir şey yok her şey mükemmeldi.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. İçerde mutfağı olması aile ile gittiğimiz için çok işimize yaradı. Gümrük kapısında saatlerce bekledikten sonra direk otele girmek iyi geldi.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Beste war ganz klar der sehr schöne Meerblick vom Zimmer aus, auf der anderen Seite konnte man sogar bis nach Bodrum in der Türkei schauen – wirklich etwas Besonderes. Die Lage ist außerdem hervorragend, mitten in Kos-Stadt mit fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants, Cafés und dem Hafen. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Ausstattung insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und die Betten hätten für unseren Geschmack bequemer sein können. Da gibt es sicherlich noch Potenzial nach oben. Besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist uns der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer, der uns jederzeit herzlich begegnet ist. Seine Empfehlung für das Restaurant Psaraki, nur wenige Häuser entfernt, war ein echter Geheimtipp. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Atmosphäre direkt am Meer sehr schön und wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Insgesamt war das Hotel okay. Wer großen Wert auf moderne Ausstattung und sehr bequeme Betten legt, sollte das bedenken. Wer aber eine Top-Lage, einen schönen Ausblick und herzliche Gastfreundschaft schätzt, wird sich dort sehr wohlfühlen.

Difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio e doccia un po’ trascurata

The apartment is in an excellent location – probably one of the best places to stay on Kos if you want to explore the town on foot. Unfortunately, the apartment does not have private parking, so you need to drive around the nearby streets to find a space. However, during our five-day stay we managed to find free street parking every day without much difficulty. Our biggest concerns were the cleanliness and the equipment of the apartment. Regarding cleanliness, it seems that only the floor is quickly cleaned and the rubbish is removed between guests. Under the bed and sofa there was still dirt and dust, and the refrigerator, kitchen and bathroom would all benefit from a much more thorough deep clean. As for the equipment, we were surprised that there was not a single proper kitchen knife, only four butter knives. The kitchen is generally very poorly equipped if you plan to prepare any meals. Another small detail is that the wardrobe contains a random collection of different hangers. Matching hangers would give the apartment a much more organized and polished appearance. The air conditioning also has its limitations. It blows rather weakly and only works properly when all the windows are closed. Since the bedroom with the air conditioner is separated from the kitchen by a door, the cool air never really reaches the kitchen area. That said, there are also several positive aspects. The bed linen was perfectly clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and for anyone planning to spend the day at the beach and only return to the apartment in the evening, it provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. At night there can be some noise from nearby restaurants disposing of glass bottles, but this is obviously outside the host's control. A great advantage is the 11:00 check-out time, as well as the luggage storage available afterwards. If you have a late flight, you can leave your bags safely and continue exploring Kos without any inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owners, Paris and his son Praxitelis are incredibly warm, kind and genuinely helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and are always happy to help with any questions. They are always smiling and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The location is excellent—right by the sea and within walking distance of the beaches, the old town, shops and restaurants. If you’re arriving from Bodrum by ferry, the hotel is only about a one-minute walk from the port, which is extremely convenient. If I visit Kos again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Paris and Praxitelis for your wonderful hospitality.

Posizione ottima: vicini al centro e al porto. Camera (8B) grande con tutti i servizi base. Personale non invadente e cordiale. Pulizie effettuate tutti i giorni. Siamo stati 3 GG in attesa di imbarcarci e siamo stati bene. Adatta anche a soggiorni più lunghi.

Beh, il mobilio è un po' datato. Ma comunque dignitoso e funzionale.

If you’re coming from or going to TR, hotel is 30 seconds away from international port. You can leave your luggage until the ferry time. Also it’s so close to the main taverna district of Kos by the seaside. Everything in the room was clean and working.

If you are a 1,85 and taller person please note that the bathroom facilities could be a little hard to handle.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Marina und bietet eine hervorragende Lage. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und verfügen über eine gute Ausstattung.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war hervorragend und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
