The location was excellent

The rooms were dirty. The ceiling in our room had mold. The heater didn’t work. We were freezing!! When checking in, the person at the front desk did not speak English. We had a difficult time explaining that we had booked two rooms and what are requirements were. The breakfast in the morning was awful. All of the food was cold and the microwave was filthy.

위치와 서비스가 좋았어요. 시설은 조금 낡은감은 있지만 만족할 만 했구요. 일행들 모두가 조식이 좋다고 했어요

Mền gối khăn có vẻ cũ, không thấy sạch. Xà bông bịch, ít và khó sử dụng. Trong giới thiệu ks thấy để 4 sao nhưng tại bảng tên trước ks chỉ có 3 sao. Vậy có đúng là ks 4 sao không?

L'emplacement et malheureusement rien de plus !

Réservations des chambres "deluxe" 601 et 603 ( qui n'ont rien de luxueuse). A notre arrivée, un froid glacial régnait à l'extérieur, tout comme à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. A la prise en compte des chambres, aucune des deux n'avait d'eau chaude, et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. En quelques minutes on était glacés jusqu'aux os. Le personnel est venu 3 fois régler les problèmes. Apres avoir râlé un peu, ils ont fini par nous changer de chambre. Cette fois tout fonctionnait ( modérément), on a presque pas eu froid et on a pu se doucher. Notre seule envie a été de partir sans le petit déjeuner ( pas top et froid) le plus vite possible. A part ça, fuite à la réception, odeur désagréable et il faut se balader en permanence en blouson et écharpe tellement il y fait froid En gros, hôtel à fuir !!!

Take note that this is not a “Delta Hotel” of the Delta chain. It is a 2 star hotel that has seen better days. However, and to fair, the rate we paid per night was quite low, so you get what you pay for. Staff were helpful and quick to respond. The heater in the room worked and there was plenty of hot water. The room was generally clean, but tired.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré avec des fruits et des gâteaux. L’ambiance du petit déjeuner est assez triste.

Over all the room was spacious with balcony and a lovely view ... right location

Not much choices for breakfast... especially travelling with kids ... please work on your menu ... to make it an awesome experience ... for all age group ... add cereals / bread options/ cheese/ bacon / .. thank you

המיקום מרכזי ביותר, קיבלנו חדר בקומה 9 עם נוף משגע להרים. היינו מעל הרחוב הראשי אך עם זאת היה לנו שקט בחדר. הצוות פה מקסים במיוחד Hung שמדבר אנגלית שוטפת ועזר לנו בהכל, לקנות כרטיסים לאתרים לאוטובוסים ועוד. ארוחת הבוקר מקומית אך יש אומלט שמכינים במקום, טוסטר וקפה.

They offered free luggage storage while we went on our trek. Also, the laundry service was quick and affordable.

The breakfast was simple but tasty, and we loved the hot ginger tea in the lobby.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We arrived late and they still managed to prepare dinner for us.

We loved the local decoration touches and the rooftop views were breathtaking.

Very clean rooms, good hot shower, and warm blankets. The team is always smiling and ready to help.

The location is central, close to the market and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. Great value for money!

My family booked a 3-night stay at Delta Sapa Hotel, a mid-range hotel with reasonable prices. The hotel also provides all the necessary amenities, making it a recommended choice.

The hotel is located right in the city center, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. It also offers beautiful views, especially from the restaurant on the 10th floor, which has a stunning panorama.

The hotel staff was very enthusiastic and helped us a lot during our stay.

Was a good one. Thanks to the receptionist for upgraded our rooms to deluxe with no extra charge.

Arrived as a late check in with a night bus from Hanoï and despite calling the day before and asking if this was possible we arrived and the bell person had no knowledge of this, but told us to take a seat and he'd be able to sort it, we only had the room for another 4 hours and wished to sleep ASAP, he was sat behind the desk for 15 minutes and I assumed he was finding our booking but when I went up to the desk he was playing a game on his phone. I said we wish to get checked in ASAP and he found our booking and checked us in in 5 minutes so I don't understand why he asked us to take a seat while he played a game. I also saw a staff member use the toilet and not wash their hands, I would definitely not recommend.

The meals were fabulous. The view from the 10th floor where we had breakfast each morning were amazing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Those involved in organising the trekking made sure that we understood what the program was, and then they made it all happen according to the plan.

The bathroom needed some tidying up. The blind wax torn and they made the room appear shabby.

Love the breakfast at 10th floor with mountain view, you can even see Mount Fansipang when the sky is clear enough. The staff are very friendly, food is amazing, especially their handmade pizza

First time in all our years of travelling that we checked in to a hotel, then promptly sought out another one and forfeited our paid booking to check-in elsewhere. Our room looked nothing like the glossy photos. It was unclean and several walls and places on the ceiling were covered in mould. Reception gave no response when we told them we were checking out and going elsewhere as the room was unclean.

Lovely big room with a little balcony. We had 3 rooms together and the balconies all joined together which was good for us, however not sure how it would go with strangers. Set back off the street so it limited the noise which was great. Good value for money.

Breakfast wasn't very exciting.
