駅直結で清潔感があり、スタッフの対応も親切てした。

人気なのでしょうが、ツインの空きがなく、残念でした。

入口に続く通路の天井にはめ込み型のエアコンの吹き出し口となっているため、エアコンの風がベッドに直接当たることなく快適であった。ホテルの冷蔵庫はコンプレッサの音がないペルチェ型が増えていて静かでよいが、軽くなったために、冷蔵庫のドアを開けようとすると本体がついてきてしまって、ストレスに感じること多い。しかし、ここでは、冷蔵庫が前に移動してこないように、冷蔵庫の置台にストッパーが付けてあり、細かな配慮に感心した。宅急便を送るため、フロントで元払い伝票をもらったが、既にホテル名など手書きで手間がかかるにもかかわらず、記入したものが用意されていた。ここでも細やかな配慮に関心した。

早朝から朝食が食べられ、助かりました。

特に無し！ コーヒーを部屋に持ち込む時、トレイが有れば2個一緒に運ぶ事が出来ました。

部屋も綺麗でアメニティも充実していた。料金もお手頃。ホテル入り口やパーキングなど丁寧に案内していただいた。スタッフも親切であった。又利用したいと思う。

初めて利用する際や夜に探しながら来る場合は迷いやすい立地であった。

The location is very easy to access. 2 minutes from station and a lot of restaurants and Don Quijote around. The room was not too big, but clean and the bathroom was quite big. Staffs were nice too.

I hope the room is a little bit bigger since it is not so cheap.

The location of this hotel is fantastic; immediately over two train lines, a bus station and taxi rank. It is also in the centre of Mizonokuchi and so close to many restaurants, shopping centres, convenience stores, etc. One train line can take you directly to Shibuya or the Skytree; the other line goes directly to Kawasaki city centre. The rooms are quite small, and the TV is to the side of the bed, making watching it from your bed uncomfortable. The hotel provides a good range of amenities. All the staff are friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the room cleaners. The rooms appear to have been refurbished in the past couple of years, so everything is new and working well and clean. Breakfasts are downstairs at the Denny's restaurant using coupons from the hotel. The main lift can take you straight to reception, Denny's restaurant or a convenience store.

The room is very clean and the front desk staff are very polite and kind.

It was a very convenient day. I enjoyed the space. It was very clean and modern. The double room was spacious and there are so many places to go just downstairs.

Good location, the Dennys downstairs is so much better than the USA Dennys.

Surprisingly quiet for being right on top of train tracks. This also makes it very convenient for subway travel. With the express it’s about 15mins to shibuya. The rooms are very tiny, which is expected, but the staff is accommodating and the cleaning service is great.

駅から近く、雨に濡れないで行けるのが良かった。 一階にコンビニと2階にレストランがあるので、便利さも最高だった。

朝食付きでしたが、２階にあるデニーズで食事券を使った朝食でした。

清潔だったという口コミを見て､ホテルを決めました。その通り､室内の清掃が行き届いていて､気持ち良く宿泊できました。

Location was good. Train stations, taxi, bus stations right there! Shopping and restaurants all right there. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly. Used technology to communicate, as we didn't speak much Japanese.

Unbeatable location for a quick stop next to a convenient train station. Very clean, no nonsense rooms (on the smaller side but, again, for a short stay no problem). Excellent deal with the Denny’s in the same building with breakfast tickets. Staff were very friendly.

The bathroom seemed to have some minor issues that I imagine affected more than just our room. For one thing, the toilet made a loud repetitive clanking sound when flushing. But more importantly, our tub had an extremely slow drain which meant water accumulated quite high during a 5-10 minute shower, and there didn’t seem to be a way to adjust that. It could have been a clog in the drain, but it was difficult to tell for sure. No major issues at all and would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.

自宅の急な工事の為、宿泊しました。 駅からも近く、フロントも感じが良く親切。 肝心な部屋もベッドも洗面所もバスタブも清潔で、 とても心地良かったです。 今後経年してもこの清潔感と安全なグレードを 落とさず続けていただきたい。 また是非利用させていただきます。

交通の便がいい。

JR東日本系列ホテル。武蔵溝ノ口駅直結なので安く泊まれる時は文句なくファーストチョイス。だが普段は高いのでなかなか利用できない。満足度は高い。

ホテルの場所は駅直結でお部屋も大変きれいでした。 チェックイン時、私の入力ミスがありました。二度目に氏名を正しく入力したつもりだったのですが、うまくデータが反映されず、再度、住所、「携帯電話番号」をその場で直接入力することになりました。お手数をおかけいたしました。

利便性はとても良く、お部屋も狭いが居心地が良いです。スタッフの距離感も丁度よく、圧迫感を感じません。ロビーにコーヒーのサービスがあるのがとても嬉しか、毎回いただいています。

駅に直結しており、他のショッピング施設などへ行くにも濡れずに行くことができました。 ホテルフロントや清掃の方もとても感じが良く、心地良く4泊5日過ごすことができました。 ただ、駅直結なので、たまたまその一番端の非常階段横の部屋だったため電車の発着音は聞こえ

チェックイン時のパネルの操作が煩わしい。インターフェースをもっとシンプルに出来ませんか？PCで入力するような感じだと、戸惑わないでスムーズだと思うんですけど。 アメニティがチェックインカウンターの脇に置いてあるのなら、チェックイン時に案内があって然るべきです。翌朝わざわざ歯磨きセットやシェーバーを取りにフロントまで降りて来るのは苦痛です。 そのほかはOKです。特にデニーズでの朝食はGOODです。駅からのアクセスがとても良いので、これからも利用します。点数をつけるなら80点です。良いホテルです。
