Love free hour drinks lol Love the supplies, shampoo and body wash smells natural and lovely The hotel got that vibe, and I learned to play vinyl it’s fun! The location is also very nice, 3stations to USJ and easy to find, front desk boys speak well English makes it easy to talk. Unfortunately the second night I was so exhausted to borrow another vinyl, but definitely love to visit again, thank u❤️

As a girl I don’t have much space to place my stuff for makeup (need to be in front of mirror), the rest is fine

販売しているアパレル、空間の使い方やアメニティなど細かいところまでセンスの良さがあった。 朝食はお得感があったので宿泊者はマストだと思います。

朝食時、コーヒーを部屋に持ち返る用のカップとかあると尚良かったとおもう。 こちらが見落としていただけかもしれませんが。

The open drinks bar is great and the pizzas are delicious. The record player and choice of records are a lot of fun and the place generally just has a very cool vibe. Great value!

What an unexpected pleasant surprise! I chose this place because it is directly across the street from my daughter's apartment. I was visiting her for the week. - Easy to get to from Bentencho Station - Clean, modern, with a fun, relaxed vibe - room was good size. SUPER comfortable bed!!!! I flew in from Washington State USA. 9 hour time zone difference. This means I wake up at 02:00 and am miserable for at least 2 hours until I pass out again. Usually, I will lay there noticing every pain and discomfort. This bed was just : "Ahhhhhhh... feels good!" - Laundry facility was clean, affordable, and all machines worked! - Wonderful breakfast - the staff and reception gets a huge 10-star +++++++ many stars. Very professional, yet also welcoming, gracious, helpful, and FUN!!!! There is a relaxed, welcoming feeling about this place that is just wonderful. - surprise of the stay was they set out a lovely spread of refreshments (drinks and snacks) from late afternoon until late at night, and just help yourself and relax in the common area. Might be the best deal in Osaka. Or at least in Minato ward.

Share Kitchen, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Am Nachmittag Getränke und Snacks. Zimmer klein aber sehr sauber. Haarföhn und Hygieneartikel vorhanden. Ebenso ein Pyjama. Zimmer Reinigung alle 3 Tage aber Handtücher können täglich gewechselt werden. U Bahn Station 5 Minuten entfernt.

Am Wochenende sehr laut durch getunte Autos die die Straße lang fahren, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

駅から少し歩きますが、場所がわかりやすく、乗換駅なので各所へのアクセスも良かったです。 ロビーでは、ウェルカムドリンクとプチスイーツのサービスがありました。いくつか種類がありましたが、マドレーヌとレモンケーキをとても美味しくいただきました。 お部屋の内装はおしゃれで心地よく、なかでもレコードは初めて触ったのですが、なかなか趣深く、素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 またオリジナルなのでしょうか、ソープ類の香りも心地よかったです。髪にはあまり合いませんでしたが。。。 女性向けには、お部屋はどこもオレンジ寄りの照明と姿見か洗面所しか鏡がないので、若干メイクのしづらさはあります。 ただ洗面所の鏡は大きいのと、湯気で曇らないように曇り止めヒーターが付いています。 今回は使用しておりませんが、貸し出し用の鏡とヘアアイロンもあるようです。

ユニットバスの排水溝が、ほこりか何かで詰まって排水があまり良くなかったです。 それから備え付けのドライヤーは、折り曲げる部分が一部欠けていてグラグラしたのと、風量があまりなく熱かったです。

It was a comfortable boutique hotel, not luxurious, but the friendly staff tried their best to serve you. They offered a breakfast that wasn't very abundant, but what was most appreciated was that they offered free juice and peanuts all day.

Far from the center of Osaka, the train station could be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

The staff was very friendly. The vibes were so cute and everything felt right.

Allt men mest den avslappnade viben som personalen och bakgrundsmusiken som hela tiden passar in perfekt under dagen och kvällen i loungen där man sitter i mysig soffa och fåtöljer. Frukostbuffén var imponerande god med allt som man kan önska sig och kaffet var supergott, jätteviktigt för mig då morgonkaffet sätter prägel på hur bra morgonen börjar 😊 Jag låg här för 2 år sedan exakt, det var bra då men nu var det toppen! Ett extra plus för gratis dryck och snacks efter kl.15 varje dag 🙏🏻❤️ Jag och mitt näst yngsta barn älskar detta hotell och vi kommer definitivt tillbaka nästa gång vi åker till Osaka 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

チェックインに間に合わなかった際や入口に迷った際とても丁寧に対応いただきました。 女子に優しいアメニティも豊富で、通路が広いのが荷物広げる際にとても助かります。

まずすごくいい匂い！！そして、雰囲気抜群！ レコードを選んで部屋で聴けるの良すぎる🫶🏻 スタッフの対応や表情もとても親しみやすく、朝食もおいしかったし、牛乳まで特別に感じた🐮

部屋の鍵がオートじゃなく、ドアノブも動くタイプではなかったから、最初だけ５分くらい苦戦したけど、能力の問題なのかも分からない(笑)

the room was smaller than i expected and the record player was cute but i felt like it was in the way. also its a 10 minute walk from the station which is unbearable in the summer heat

シェアキッチンを使って料理をしました。IHですがビルトインなので出力もじゅうぶんでした。 キッチンからロビーに料理を運んでサービスのワインと一緒に。カフェスペースで作った料理を食べれます。 カフェスペースを自由に使えるのは素晴らしいですし、ケーキやお菓子もあるのでゆっくりと楽しめました。ただし、調味料や油はないので買い出しの時に一緒に準備する必要があります。駅前のライフならお肉を買うと塩胡椒と牛脂を貰えるのでライフで調達することをおすすめします。

Un hotel muy bien ubicado al estar cerca de "Bentenchō Station", así como de restaurantes, servicios y tiendas de conveniencia. El personal ha sido muy amable y nos ayudó cuando teníamos dudas de la habitación. Tienen un concepto nuevo y relajado, además de que las habitaciones son comodas y las instalaciones super limpias. Sin duda un muy buen lugar para hospedarse. :D

綺麗でおしゃれ。レコードを聞く機会があまりないので部屋についててとても良かった。今回はチェックインも遅くなりあまり堪能できなかったが今度はゆっくり楽しみたいと思う。

ほぼないが強いて言うなら駅から少し歩くので予定がある場合はチェックアウト早めがいいかも。

どのスタッフの方も対応が丁寧でした。 部屋にある、レコードプレイヤーも良かったです。

まだ新築から時間がそれほどたっていないからか全体的に綺麗です。 ロビーがカフェになっていてお菓子やソフトドリンク、ワインが楽しめます。これが宿泊者には無料というのは素晴らしいです。

チェックインのできる時間がホテルの中では早いです。22時までなので油断すると酷い目に遭います。

Very stylish hotel, great vibe, lobby looks awesome, great atmosphere. Nice breakfast and free wine and soft drinks at night time was a plus I wasn’t expecting.

Not sure about the location as I only stayed there one night between universal studies and the airport.

ウェルカムドリンクで各種ジュース、ちょっとしたお菓子、プチケーキがあり美味しかったです！ 部屋ではおすすめのレコードが置かれてておしゃれで可愛かったです アメニティが充実しててシャンプーもいい香りでした！基礎化粧品はPOLA 部屋も机とベットの間に十分な距離があり、快適に過ごせました！リピりたいです。

ロビーが寒すぎた 朝食のスープがぬるく、ホットを入れてもエアコンですぐ冷めてしまった ドライヤーが壊れて夜中2:30以降は緊急性以外対応不可のため連絡するか迷い、泣く泣くいつもの倍時間がかかってしまった。 動作チェックしてください。

The staff was very nice. It was close to some great places to eat and close enough to the train station.

There is more space in this room than in other hotels in Japan. There is a little couch and table as well. The record player in the room is a fun touch. Free snacks and drinks are included. The breakfast is about $10USD but very convenient. The dining area is nicely decorated and they are always playing fun music. The hotel also smells amazing!

少しベットや、ルームウェアの臭いが、男性臭がして、眠れなかった。。あまり良くない感じでした。

のんびりできました。スタッフのみなさんが感じのよい方ばかりでした。

フリードリンクだけでなく、フリーのスナックやデザートがありました。部屋に余計なインフォメーション（トイレットペーパー使い切りに関するお知らせステッカーなど）がなく、ありがたかったです。２連泊だったので、セカンドルームの感覚でPC仕事をしたり、のんびり朝寝坊したりできました。

最寄り駅から徒歩約１０分の距離は、荷物が多かったり悪天候だったりするとちょっと不便かもしれません。

Not much of an atmosphere in the communal areas although was quiet.

Loved the atmosphere in the hotel, it had a very relaxed and welcoming vibe. The staff were nice and very helpful, which made it a joy to stay at the hotel.

Free snacks and drinks every afternoon, beer not included though. could take records from reception to play in your room which was a unique touch. great food spots nearby. Super helpful with forwarding luggage. Has a whole kitchen for public use which is great!

Housekeeping left all of their stuff all over the hallways which sometimes made it a bit of a quest to get to the elevator. Rooms were only cleaned every 3rd day. Breakfast was nice but probably not worth it for what it cost

Near major Express way, can be noisy when motorcycles going by during the night. The pillows are a little too hard, should give one more less firm one like most hotels do these days, providing 2 different kinds of pillows to suit guest needs.

She, Hotel is absolutely incredible!! I haven’t enjoyed a stay in a hotel like that for a long time! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel offers so many amenities from snacks and drinks in the afternoon to a fine selection of vinyls you can take up to your room to a very well-equipped and cozy room with modern decoration. To top it all up, I left my luggage the first day when I went out for storage and when I came back at 9 PM for check-in, they already lifted it to the room. What a great service!

The only minus is the quality of the bread and pastries for breakfast! The breakfast is very good for international travelers, except for the bread.

I love how friendly the staff was always got welcomed in every time I came back from an outing there was a 7-Eleven 5 minutes from the hotel believe like a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station also was able to do a laundry if it was needed so that was a plus it was absolutely perfect for my time in Osaka and I will definitely come back

Great boutique hotel, with free drinks every night. The hotel was fairly new and the rooms were well equipped with everything you need. Bathroom was spotless!! Beds and pillows were comfy, although beds in Japan are on the harder side. The record player in the room was a nice touch and you can borrow as many as you like free of charge. The location was a little on the outskirts but that's exactly why we chose it, got a really local vibe...and only 10 mins from Bentencho station made getting around very easy. Lots of little restaurants and bars around, very local but very welcoming of westerners...had the most fun at the local spots. 7 11 and Family Mart within a few mins. Staff were very friendly and room cleaning was excellent 👌 Glad we stayed here for our whole 13 night trip, and cheap!

Beer wasn't included in the free drinks...but that's ok because the sold cans of Japanese craft beer. Room cleaning was every 3 days, which is getting to be the norm now.

Amazing boutique hotel! The staff were lovely, the accommodation is all you need in a city with so much to do. We enjoyed a drink every evening in the cafe area which had a great vibe. We will be back.

The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist. They truly embody an outstanding service mindset.

At first, it may feel a bit far from the train station, but once you get used to it, getting around—and transferring between stations—is quite easy.

外観も内装も良い。 店内サービスもよし。 サービスのレコードは壊れてて使えなかったけど、 そんなのどうでもいいくらい良かった。 ユニバにも近いし、居酒屋は近くにはないけど10分15分歩いたら弁天町の駅近くの飲み街があるから問題なし。 ちなみに、弁天町の串焼きバル「ぱくしー」っていうお店お勧めです。 パーキングも近くに24時間800円で広い駐車場があるし、本当に良かった。また絶対にいく！！

Breakfast was always the same everyday and they don't clean the room everyday. That was a big no for me.
