Espaço bastante original, enquadra-se bem no tipo de casas da região. Quarto bastante grande e bonito, casa-de-banho incrível, com áreas exteriores grandes e bem cuidadas. Piscinas ótima.

Pequeno-almoço ficou aquém, pouca variedade, sumos não naturais. Apenas 1 funcionário para todos os hóspedes na altura do pequeno-almoço. Não existe qualquer tipo de comida fora do horário das refeições (não há tostas, pizzas, sandes ou outro tipo de comida durante a tarde, por exemplo).

Le cadre, le jardin, la tranquillité, le personnel agréable, le fait de loger dans un trullo et gros coup de cœur pour la salle de bain. Bon petit déjeuner avec des fruits frais.

Literie un peu trop ferme à mon goût, les transats de la piscine seraient plus agréables avec un matelas, un peu déçu côté pain au petit déjeuner ( mais y’a de quoi tout de même de se faire un bon petit déjeuner).

Malheureusement juste le matelas du lit n’était pas forcément adapté à notre dos mais le reste c’était incroyable

Tout le personnel est adorable, avec mention spéciale pour Adriano et son fils Domenico. Beauté du lieu, c'est les trulli d'Alberobello mais sans la foule. Piscine magnifique. Petit-déjeuner extraordinaire, lunch et dîner excellents (dignes d'un restaurant gastronomique).

La climatisation était tellement efficace qu'il était difficile de la régler de manière idéale pour la nuit. Soit il faisait froid avec, soit il faisait chaud sans (il faisait très chaud et humide quand nous y étions).

The rooms are lovely and spacious, the grounds and pool are beautiful and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Very peaceful setting and the food is good. Location is great - short drive to Ostuni and to other towns. Car is essential as taxis are extortionate!!

No water or tea/ coffee/ kettle in the room so if you don’t have any water especially you need to purchase from the mini-bar which isn’t ideal. Perhaps including some water for the guests would be a great addition.

We loved our stay in the traditional Trulli houses that are set in some stunning scenery close to Cisternino. The accommodation was very comfortable and the grounds were beautiful, we especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Special mention to the friendly staff and chef, the food was delicious. Highly recommended!

This hotel was perfect to explore the local towns of Cisternino, Ostuni and Alberobello. It was peaceful and relaxing. Original Trulli houses, very clean, luxury stay, attentive staff, great pool, nice breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very narrow windy lanes to drive down to get to the property but made it more remote and special . Everything else wonderful .

All the rooms were in traditional Trullis. Lovely location which was quiet but not far from Cisternino.

The architecture was as unique as they come and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The overall vibes and amenities were immaculate and you could tell this place took care to hammer out every tiny detail both inside and outside the rooms

Sänky olisi voinut olla mukavampi, hotellin ravintola ja baari aika hintavia, aamiaisella kahvin saanti kesti todella pitkään. Osa henkilökunnasta voisi hymyillä enemmän. Se ei maksa mitään.

Einfach alles. Tolles Ambiente, hilfreiches Personal. Gepflegte Anlage mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Restaurant sehr gut. Eine wahre Wohlfühloase. So schön!

Excellent séjour ! Le lieu est magnifique, très propre et particulièrement calme. La piscine est superbe, le petit-déjeuner délicieux et le restaurant excellent. Enfin, le personnel était aux petits soins. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce magnifique domaine. Les trulli sont authentiques, pleins de charme et décorés avec beaucoup de goût, alliant parfaitement tradition et confort. Le cadre est tout simplement splendide : calme, paisible et entouré d'une nature magnifique, idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter pleinement de la région. La restauration est également un vrai point fort : les repas sont délicieux, préparés avec soin et mettant en valeur les saveurs locales. Un immense merci à Claudia pour son accueil chaleureux. Toujours disponible, souriante, attentive et serviable, elle a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Merci également à Mimo, au restaurant le soir, pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous recommandons ce domaine sans hésitation et espérons avoir l'occasion d'y revenir très bientôt

We had a brilliant stay at Borgo Canonica. The grounds, the room and the pool are all gorgeous. The historical Trulli houses are beautifully restored. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing. The restaurant was excellent. Outstanding value for money, 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

We'd booked one night and our only regret is that we hadn't booked for longer!

... only the cups for toothbrushes made of soft plastic just don't fit there :-).

Very charming "trullo" Village, where you can sleep in authentic renovated trulli. The room interior decoration is very stilish with stone, in line with the local style. Located in lovely countryside, surrounded by olive trees and well maintained gardens. Cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Breakfast was good with fresh products.

Given the price, some basic things such as water in the room should be complementary. Would be good and in line with the price to also have tea/coffee in the room. Small detail, but the plastic cup to hold toothbrush in the bathroom is worth of a 2stars hotel, not luxury accomodation. The only really disappointing factor was the personnel. Reception staff was friendly and helpful, however other staff from breakfast to bar to luggage help consistently looked grumpy and annoyed. Don't really understand why, but it spoils the atmosphere a bit.

This place is a gem. Relaxing, comfortable. The food was excellent, both included breakfast and dinners that are extra. And the staff was friendly and professional. I speak Italian and enjoyed talking with our efficient breakfast and dinner waiters: Adriano, Mimo and Francesco.

I didn't like driving on the very very narrow roads to get to the place but they have no control over that.

The staff were so kind and welcoming to our family. We really enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner. The hotel is very intimate and as architects, we appreciated the design of the rooms and how they re-used the trulli to create special spaces. We had a very comfortable stay.

It is really quite remote, only 10minutes to Cisternino but down winding country roads so if going out for dinner one person isn’t having wine!

Generally this is an amazingly quiet and relaxing place to stay. It is an old Trulli village that had been lovingly restored to a high standard while resting many original features and a cosy feel. It has nearly everything that we expect- lovely rooms, bathrooms, great shower, comfortable bed, lovely grounds - pool and restaurant. It’s a great base to travel from but you’re best off with a car. The only slight downer was the lack of facilities for a hot drink in the room. There’s always room service though. All of the staff are very friendly and eager to assist, which is excellent.

Fantastic stay! The rooms were incredible and the pool area was very luxurious. Very quiet and ideal for a few days as a break from travelling around the region. Would highly recommend

Really lovely stay in the Trulli hotel, a small family feel to the hotel but everything you could need for a really relaxing stay. You will need a car to get around but it is a good base for exploring different bits of Puglia and the trulli are really beautiful.

Clean, smart and unique trullo with plenty of outside seating, lovely pool with plenty of seating, excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

Pool loungers were a little uncomfortable and evening meal menu wasn’t to everyone’s taste. Also no real place to have evening drink apart from restaurant. But these are minor points on what was a great one week holiday and location.

Loved everything about this hotel and would 100% recommend! We stayed at the property for 2 nights and wished I would have stayed a week! It was a perfect little haven nestled in a quiet area but perfectly located to visit all local towns around Cisternino. The hotel had everything you could want and more, from incredible cave style rooms, to a fabulous pool! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had many options to cater to a variety of tastebuds. We had a lunch on site one day and couldn't believe how fresh everything was! Borgo Canonica is a MUST stay on your visit to Puglia if you want to visit a unique and luxurious property.

we loved the accommodation - it was so so pretty both inside and outside of the trulli's. It was very calm and relaxing. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel which was super tasty and nicely presented - all staff also lovely.
