Duyan House and the whole Sinagtala Resort totally felt like you entered a magical place. With nature totally right at your doorstep, you would immediately feel rested and peaceful. An easy drive from Manila, getting to the place was a breeze. Their staff were also very accommodating, always ready to lend a helping hand.

My family celebrated mother’s day and my mom’s birthday at the Duyan House, and we’re so glad we did! It has all the essential elements for a perfect weekend getaway—accomodating staff, clean and comfy room, great food, and relaxing ambience. It felt like one night wasn’t enough. Our pet dog also enjoyed his stay! We’ll surely be back!

Comfort and the views (we're in an executive suite) are really their strength! More pats on the back to the people behind maintaining the cleanliness of the resort and taking good care of the flowering plants!

The timing of the availability of the facilities and the activities are odd, especially if you are to go there for team building purposes, e.g., pools and adventure activities only start/open at 9am and then end at 5pm, which during summertime is probably dehydrating, and the pool is only open til 9pm (don't get me wrong, we liked it that way for our family because we can at least really go to bed early). I think it's more suitable for family relaxation. My teenages kids wanted to try the activities as early as 7am.

Staffs were very welcoming and approachable. The room where we stayed was tiny and old one but was clean and comfortable. Good food. Lots of activities to do. Great for relaxation and bonding with the family. My 2yr old son enjoyed the most.

The rooms were compact. Food from the resto were a bit pricey.

The drink menu could be a little revamped,there is no bar or cocktails which for me personally is something I enjoy whilst on holiday also a few more food options would nice

In my room washroom is dump and water stays on the floor. I was moved 2 times because of bad washroom facilities. I hit my head while trying to dry the floor in the washroom. Ants on the floor too. Big insect flying on our room. We had to call to get it out of our room. I paid for big room with big bed. Ended up on a small room with small bed. Other room reserve was worst my cousin said they had to call service crew because the water in their washroom build up 1 inches deep . They had to manually scoop the water out. They did not request transfer because the kids are tired. Extremely unsatisfied.

We absolutely loved the mountain view from our room! It was so peaceful and serene—truly the perfect spot for a quick escape from the city.

The water flow from the shower was quite weak. It made it difficult to take a proper bath because very little water was coming out.

The sceneries were magical. The pools and surroundings are amazing. The staff are nice and very polite.

The room was good, but there were lots of black molds on our bathroom. The television is basic. A smart tv would be nice. Very limited choice of breakfast. (But we requested some butter and toast for my foreign husband and baby and they served it, so i am greatful to the staff). It would be nice if breakfast would be from 7-10am. We went to eat dinner in the restaurant and we ordered chicken wings, some of them were still raw from inside and there were still pinkish.

I had my best stay in Duyan! All staffs are approachable and accomodating, the foods they serve are sooo good. It is also beside the best pool,the Infinity pool, in Sinagtala. If I'll go back in Sinagtala, I will book with Duyan again. Well recommended.

I like the peace and serenity the place gives me. When I woke up, and looked outside, I see the trees, plants, mountain, or the nature which I love. It rained, that made it even better for me, because I love the sound of rain and the cool temperature it spreads out. The staff is very attentive and serves with a smile and a happy countenance.

The resort has a physical map and a digital one that you can download via QR code. It would have been better if the farm resort has bigger signs like the amusement parks, for all the access trails to know where the exit and entrance, where to go for zipline, sky bike, skywalk, bumper cars, etc.

What we loved best with Duyan House is the very friendly staff! They are all very accommodating and very thoughtful esp during breakfast. I also think that it was worth the price, esp that it comes with a simple buffet breakfast and unli coffee in their restaurant while it is open. I also loved the garden everywhere- a lot of really nice flowers blooming when we were there. The view from the inifinity pool was breathtaking, too. There were many activities to do but due to the rainy weather, we were not able to pursue the activities we wanted.

For improvement, Duyan House could have a bunch of umbrellas for guests to use especially during rainy season so they could walk around the place (esp going to the events place) and to the parking lot not getting wet. :)

The staff and the management is very warm and inviting. Very clean, very well kept. We highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy and relax (9pm is start of quiet time). The customer service here is above and beyond. They will accomodate your requests and wont charge you for extras! They also gave use farewell ice creams. Safe to say that we really enjoyed our stay here at duyan. Will surely come back to duyan!

I like that the property is located in a mountain side, which has a nice view. In addition, the whole Sinagtala property is kind of one stop shop for adventure, relaxation with a scenic view.

I thought we were getting the one of the "Duyan House", but maybe we paid a little bit less for that. and got the apartment type room. The water heater didn't work in our last day for some reason.

The location and the pool. But I wish they mentioned other accommodations in Sinagtala property (like Labuyo Villa) at the website and not just Duyan. We would have been given better options.

The room we had was not well kept. There were a lot of bugs. No one cleaned the room because “we did not ask for it to be cleaned”. We had to ask for toilet papers, we had to ask for water, we had to ask for service.

The location is nice. Bed is comfy.

The staff were so warm, welcoming, friendly and would do their very best to help you in any way possible. We stayed in Villa Blue A which contained one double bed and 4 trundle beds which easily accommodated our large group of 7 Adults and one child very well. The villa also had two showers and two toilets making it very comfortable for our group. Every aspect of the room, from the floor, bathrooms, toilets and beds/linen were incredibly clean! I loved the amazing balcony and the view. They provided clothes drying rack and had wardrobes. There was also a kitchen and dining room which made it easy for us to dine in. There are ceiling fans and also an air conditioner which worked quietly. The property’s gardens, bbq areas and has many pavilions where functions can be held and is well maintained! Next to Sinagtala Adventure Park. There is a lovely infinity pool, cafe/restaurant and many areas to enjoy the view and of course many different types of ‘Duyans’ for every guest.

Decided to stay here when attended a wedding in Orani Bataan. Love the beautiful mountain and nature just behind your terrace. Staff was great, Ma’am C as everyone calls her.. made sure we were comfortable, offered to take our photos even if she gets wet in the rain.

Excellent - very clean, well kept resort. What makes it exceptional is the caring attitude of the owners and staff. You are really made to feel at home during your stay. Food is also excellent and well priced.

It’s a hidden gem. Nature at its best. It is an ideal place to relax, rest and recharge. It is beautiful, relaxing and so well maintained and taken cared of. Highly efficient team / staff, friendly and committed to provide excellent customer service in all respects. Highly recommend Duyan House.
