Wir waren für drei Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt – das Zentrum von Alaçatı ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und unglaublich gastfreundlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ein besonderes Highlight war das Frühstück – einfach fantastisch, sehr lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet! Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at three different hotels around Alaçatı and Çeşme, and this hotel's breakfast was by far the best. The management even gave us a free upgrade to a room with a garden view. The hotel is quiet and clean. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The owner was incredibly kind and gave us the best local restaurant recommendations, which made our trip even more special. The hotel is beautiful, with a peaceful garden that was perfect for relaxing. Everything was spotless, charming, and very well maintained, and the staff took great care of every detail. The location was another big highlight. It was just a 2 min walk to Alaçatı, so we could easily explore different restaurants and stroll through the lovely local market every evening. At the same time, the hotel was tucked away enough to feel quiet and peaceful, away from the crowds and noise. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Las instalaciones, es un lugar muy lindo y acogedor. Todo muy aseado. La habitación muy organizada y limpia, en la ducha te dejan todo lo necesario para un buen baño. La ubicación es muy buena, es muy tranquila, así que se puede descansar muy bien, la ventaja es que te vas caminando y muy cerca queda la zona de restaurantes y más bonita a Alicati, Aunque el lugar en sí ya hace sentir bienvenido, la atención me encantó, el anfitrión fue muy amable y encantador en todo momento, nos fuimos muy agradecidos por su atención. Llegamos en carro y justo en frente hay un espacio reservado para parquear, así que eso estuvo también muy bien. Lo recomiendo un montón, porque además el precio nos pareció muy bueno para la experiencia que tuvimos.

Чудесный дом и сад! В саду много комфортной мягкой уличной мебели, мандариновое дерево, розы, кусты и другие деревья. Летают бабочки и птицы, как в раю. Дом выглядит как на фото, очень стильно и уютно. Номер светлый, чистый, очень удобная кровать. Месторасположение в центре Алачаты, но на спокойной и тихой улице. Рядом остановка, где часто ходят доламуши до моря, горячих источников и соседних городков. Завтрак вкуснейший: Омлет/скрембл, томаты, огурцы, маслины, оливки, каймак, мед, намазки (томатная; с зернистым сыром и овощами; с орехами и огурцами вроде); нутела, варенье (инжир, абрикос, клубника), вяленые томаты, булочки с кунжутом, симмит, зелень, разная выпечка, которая чередуется (пончики, конвертики с сыром) и фрукты тоже чередуются (арбуз, клубника). Из напитков угощали безлимитным турецким чаем и чашечкой кофе. Гостеприимные и внимательные хозяева, которые помогают по любому вопросу. Все чудесно!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Besitzer, der unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit ist. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft hat er uns beim Tragen unserer Koffer geholfen und uns direkt zahlreiche Empfehlungen für Strände, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Diese hat er uns sogar bequem per WhatsApp zugeschickt, sodass wir die Umgebung problemlos erkunden konnten. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen war er jederzeit erreichbar und hat unabhängig von der Uhrzeit immer schnell geantwortet. Es war sehr angenehm, den direkten Kontakt zum Besitzer persönlich zu haben. Auch die Sauberkeit hat uns überzeugt. Die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und auf Wünsche oder Anliegen wurde sofort reagiert. Als wir ein Bügeleisen benötigt haben, wurde uns dieses umgehend zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Besonders positiv ist uns die Aufmerksamkeit des Besitzers aufgefallen. So bemerkte er beispielsweise, dass wir versehentlich die Scheinwerfer unseres Autos angelassen hatten, und kümmerte sich darum, sodass uns am nächsten Tag keine Probleme mit der Batterie entstanden. Solche Kleinigkeiten zeigen, wie aufmerksam und engagiert er sich um seine Gäste kümmert. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber vom Hotel. Frühstück wird ebenfalls angeboten, wir haben uns jedoch bewusst dagegen entschieden, da wir die vielen Restaurants in der Umgebung ausprobieren wollten. Es ist aber schön, dass diese Option vorhanden ist. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, die Hilfsbereitschaft und den ausgezeichneten Service. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Danke :)

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Besitzer, seine Frau und das Personal sind sehr freundlich. Herr Can, der Hotelbesitzer, war bereit uns die Koffer um 5:45 Uhr herunterzubringen und das Taxi zu rufen.

Jakamar was a cozy and quaint that had a beautiful yard for relaxing. While very close walking distance to all sights in town, it remained quiet at night. The staff was inviting and helpful and I would stay here again if in Alacati.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The house itself is absolutely adorable—full of character and beautifully maintained—and everything was spotlessly clean throughout our visit. One of the biggest highlights is the location. It’s perfectly situated just a short 5-minute walk from the old town, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The famous windmills are also within easy walking distance, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful, offering plenty of thoughtful recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Those local tips really added a special touch to our trip. Although we didn’t initially book breakfast, we decided to try it on our last day—and we’re so glad we did. For less than 10 euros, we were treated to a generous spread of fresh, delicious food. It was the perfect way to end our stay. Overall, this hotel offers great value, a cozy atmosphere, and an unbeatable location. We would happily stay here again!

Alles war super wirklich es ist zu 100% empfehlenswert das Personal, das Frühstück, die Lage einfach alles. Als wir kamen wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und sie waren auch sehr hilfreich was die Aktivitäten und sowas angeht. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Also Ich könnte noch sooo viel Gutes aufzählen bzw. alles weil alles super war aber dann wäre das hier etwas zu lang. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es zu 100% empfehlenswert und wir werden aufjedenfall nochmal kommen. Ganz wichtig noch zu erwähnen es sieht dort genauso aus wie auf den Bildern auch der Garten ist schön groß und angenehm am Abend zu sitzen. Ich danke das Personal dafür dass wir diese gute Erfahrung machen durften und freue mich jetzt schon da wieder hinzugehen. Nisa und Ismail ❤️❤️

Der Besitzer Can hat 100 und nicht nur 10 Pkt verdient. Extrem bemüht, freundlich und immer da. Super tolle Lage. Sauber. Herziges Zimmer. Authentisch eingerichtet. Upgrade angeboten.

Standard Zimmer im Erdgeschoss schaut raus auf ein Parkplatz und ist somit laut, weil oft Wendepunkt für Kfz oder Motorräder. Schade, weil das wirklich das einzige ist was gestört hat.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Boutique Hotel in Alaçatı. Das gesamte Gebäude ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Herzblut drinsteckt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und makellos sauber. Täglich wurde gereinigt und jedes Mal roch es beim Betreten angenehm frisch, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Ein besonderes Highlight war das exzellente und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück. Jeden Morgen gab es frische und hochwertige Produkte – ideal, um entspannt in den Tag zu starten. Ein riesiges Dankeschön geht an den Inhaber, Can bey, der uns mit seiner herzlichen Art sofort das Gefühl gegeben hat, willkommen zu sein. Er war stets präsent, hat sich um jedes noch so kleine Detail gekümmert und regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Diese Gastfreundschaft hebt das Hotel wirklich von anderen Unterkünften ab. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: In nur fünf Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das Zentrum von Alaçatı. Trotzdem liegt das Hotel ruhig – ideal, um sich im schönen Garten zu entspannen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die hoteleigenen Parkplätze, die das Leben (vor allem in den engen Straßen der Altstadt) deutlich erleichtern. Das WLAN funktioniert tadellos und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt.

Great stay in a very clean and elegant boutique hotel. There is a balcony and a garden where you can rest and have a sip of your coffee, tea, or wine. The hotel is on a very quiet street with private parking for your car just in front of the hotel. In a 2-minute walk, you are in the busy Alacata alleys. The host is super friendly and eager to help you with anything you might need.

Standart oda satın almış olmamıza rağmen müsaitlik olduğu için herhangi bir ücret ödemeden çok daha geniş bir odaya alındık. Odaların temizliği, çalışanların kibarlığı, ilgisi ve otelin hizmet kalitesi ile tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir konaklama geçirdik. Herkes gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebilir.

Very warm and welcoming family, helped us get to the hotel around midnight in their car from the bus stop, best Turkish homemade breakfast we had in or entire trip. The night caretaker was super helpful even after having a bit language barrier. The surroundings were amazing and they gave us a free room upgrade. Excellent location you can reach nice restaurant and shops in the evening by walk. The owner of the Hotel is communicating very well and helped us with all our questions. Even though my boyfriend got sick on the day we wanted to start travelling he changed the booking for us even though he didn´t had to. Breakfast was great and the whole Hotel has just a very calm and beautiful vibe, highly recommended.

The included breakfast was unbelievable. The freshest vegetables, delicious honey and creme, a cheese omelet, and soo much more. The bed was extremely comfy to sleep on. I had a marvelous sleep at the location. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the town center, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Jon greeted us with a warm smile! The staff is exceptional, seriously words can't explain how helpful they are. I highly recommend this place to stay. You won't be disappointment.

Mr. Can and his team showed us authentic Turkish hospitality at its best. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating and even upgraded us. We enjoyed our stay so much that after moving on to another hotel for a wedding weekend, we decided to return to Jakamar for 2 additional nights stay. Mr. Can’s English is good, the hotel breakfast is delicious and the room is comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. 🙂

The staff at the hotel were excellent, providing information about local places to eat, drink and generally have a good time. The breakfast was an absolute feast, with everything done to perfection. We had originally only planned to stay one night, but we were having such a wonderful time visiting local shops that we decided to extend our stay. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, can fully understand why it gets such a high rating from so many reviewers.

Everything was perfect. It's close to the old town but still very quiet to sleep. The room was very good: clean, good beds, quiet, good pillows... The breakfast was amazing. There is also a nice garden to sit and relax. Free parking! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Definitely our best stay!

It's a new boutique hotel and the rooms were in absolutely mint condition and very tastefully done. They were exactly like what's been shown in pictures. Location - We came by bus from Izmir airport and the hotel is conveniently located at a walkable distance of around 700 mtrs from where the bus dropped us. Cesme Sehayat bus stop is just 200 mtrs from the hotel, you'll get buses from here to go to Izmir Bus Terminal for further connectivity. The area with the market and restaurants is at small walking distance also. Since it was the start of season, we were the only guests during the stay and we received a royal treatment from the hosts - John and the lady (don't recall her name) who cooked us the breakfast. John was gracious enough to guide us about the place to visit and restaurants to go to and his recommendations were spot on. They even laid out the full breakfast spread even when we had to check-out early from the hotel. Would definitely recommend this place for a family/couple stay.

We stayed at this place for 3 nights. The place itself exceeded our expectations. Amazing location, super cute, very clean, and that wasn’t even the best part. Our hosts were very nice and helpful. They greeted us with nothing but love and smile. The breakfast was included, and it was Kahvalti style with all yummy choices. Parking was free and in front of the hotel. And it was 7 minute walk from the main neighborhood of Alacati where all the shops and Overall, we were very happy with this place, and if we ever go back to Alacati, this will be our go to place.

Ich bin nach wie vor sprachlos, sowohl vom Personal als auch von der Unterkunft. Nach 6 Nächten sind mir alle sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Tolle Unterhaltungen und sogar ein süßes kleines Geschenk vom Personal erhalten. Weil es dort so schön war, habe ich eine Nacht verlängert. Das Frühstück, was jeden Morgen liebevoll serviert wird mit frischduftenden Zutaten, war große Klasse. Die Unterkunft war zu jeder Tageszeit sauber und hat einen tollen blumigen Garten, wo man sich prima entspannen kann. Mein Zimmer zur Straße war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nur 3 Gehminuten von der schönen malerischen Altstadt entfernt. Der Busbahnhof ist auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, parken kann man direkt vor der Tür. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Ich komme jedenfalls wieder.

Eşimle yıldönümümüzü kutlamak üzere Alaçatı da her yere yakın olacak, konforlu ve otoparkı olan bir butik otel arayışı sırasında Jakamar Boutique Hotel'i gördük ve çok beğendik. Bize bahçe katı deluxe odaya rezervasyon yaptığımız söylendi ancak kaldığımız oda fotoğraflardakinden farklıydı, birinci kattaydı, çok daha yalın ve az eşyalı, dış kapının gürültüsünü olduğu gibi alan, sabah güneşi almasına rağmen karartma perdesi bulunmayan, kıyafet dolabı olarak düzenlenmiş boşluğun önünde bir paravan ya da perde bile olmayan, yatak başı olmayan, başucunda bir raf ya da komodin olmayan ve sürekli odanın içinde klimadan gelen bir kompresör gürültüsü mevcut bir odaydı. Otelin konumu, genel dekorasyonu, sahipleri, işletmesi, kahvaltısı kusursuzdu, ancak bizim gibi bebeğini bırakıp kırk yılın başı bir gecelik kaçamak yapan ve uyku hasreti bir çift için oda konforunun azlığı gerçek bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Bazen beklentiler ile karşılaşılan durumlar farklı olabiliyor. Otelin diğer odaları çok daha konforlu olabilir belki de bize öyle denk geldi.

Kahvaltı hariç herşey gayet iyiydi. 3 günden uzun kalındığında her gün birebir aynı kahvaltının gelmesi gerçekten çok sıkıcı oluyor. Ayrıca kahvaltının da daha iyi bir hale getirilmesi lazım.
