Beautiful boutique hotel located in Bagno Vignoni on the quiet street with absolutely breathtaking views of the Val d’Orcia. Hotel has a vibe of being the country home . Thermal pools are fantastic. What makes this hotel unique are small touches : every night at the turndown you receive a printed local legend . We will be back for sure . The hotel makes a good base for exploring Tuscany. Additional point for e- charger on site and a hair dryer which actually works.

It is quite difficult to find the hotel in the dark , especially that it is located in limited access area . There are the signs but they are hardly visible in the night and navigation doesn’t really help . Hotel caters also to groups and it is not very much disturbing but sometimes a bit louder guest disrupt otherwise very elegant and quiet atmosphere.

I think the water temperature for the jacuzzi and indoor hot spring could be a little higher.

Ruhige Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeit

Das Frühstück(-sbuffet) ließ leider sehr zu wünschen übrig - war sehr "dünn" und nicht so "üppig", wie angegeben. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und es waren (im Zimmer) längst Reparaturen fällig, wie zB die Lichtanlage, Steckdosen, Nachtlicht, Duschkabine-Tür fiel fast aus der Wand/Befestigung heraus, im Bad Lichter etc. Im Großen und Ganzen was für "Ältere", die im Grunde nur Therme wollen

Everything: location is stunning- maybe the best in Italy. The staff is simply wonderful, the food is amazing and the facilities are great: the pools heated by the hot springs, the fitness center and the spa. Ohh yeah, did I mention the amazing staff? Can’t be mentioned enough!

Atmosfera, cordialità, disponibilità. Avevamo la dependance un appartamento molto grande con cucina a 2 minuti dalla struttura ma con tutti i servizi inclusi.

la clim de la chambre ne marchait pas très bien donc il faisait très chaud et quand nous avons appelé la reception ils n'ont pas pu la reparer donc nous avons eu très chaud toute la nuit

struttura davvero bella e ben curata! La camera spaziosa con un bel bagno lo Staff ti coccola dal primo secondo in cui arrivi al parcheggio! Le piscine e la SPA sono davvero belle ed accoglienti. Certo, il prezzo e’ elevato, ma ogni tanto ci vuole!

El personal es inmejorable y el hotel es precioso

Posizione ottima e paesaggio stuoendo. Siamo sgati accolti benissimo dalla signora appena arrivati,e abbiamo trovato una strutrura meravigliosa con dello.staff ottumo e super preparato. Siamo stati serviti in tutto. Ottima anche la pulizia e il cibo buonisismo a partire dalla colazione ben fornita.

Lultimo giorno abbiamo.trovato le piscune leggermente sporche ma essendo naturali ci puó stare.

Overall, we had a lovely experience at this hotel. The thermal pools and spa were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. A special thank you to Chiara, Luca, and the team, who were incredibly welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was marred on the night we celebrated my husband's 65th birthday at La Rocca restaurant. A staff member named Davide ruined the evening by rushing our order and failing to listen properly. Instead of the steak tartare we ordered, he mistakenly brought out a massive 1.3 kg T-bone steak, which is impossible for two people to finish. To make matters worse, he never even asked how we wanted our steak cooked. When we pointed out the error, we received no apologies from him. We chose not to make a scene at the time because the restaurant was full of guests, which we now regret. The next day, we mentioned the incident to reception. Chiara apologized and kindly offered us a free dinner for the following night. However, after such a disappointing experience, we preferred to eat out elsewhere. No alternative resolution—such as removing the mistaken steak from our bill or offering a partial refund—was provided, leaving us €175.00 out of pocket for a wasted meal.

The facilities were stunning in design, and immaculat. The staff was extremely attentive and kind.

I can’t think of a thing.

Perfect location, beautiful view. The Food and Drinks were top notch. Spa services like massages and the thermal pools were world class. However best of all was the service there. Definitely lives up to their 5-star luxury status.

The rooms seemed a bit smaller than I expected but the beds and pillows were comfortable. Windows were also complete blackout which we appreciated.

The view from La Posta is amazing. An absolutely beautiful setting. The furnishings are traditional. The breakfast is a delight overlooking a gorgeous mountain with a hilltop town. A small area cannot call it a town, with several very good restaurants about 100 meters at the end of the driveway which also leads to thermal springs. Cannot fault anything about our stay. Perfect in all ways.

Außergewöhnliche Lage mit sehr weitläufiger Aussenanlage, schönes Zimmer, selbst wenn kein Blick in die Berge, sehr charmantes, professionelles Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, zu jeder Zeit fantastisches Badeerlebnis.

Die Portionen des Abendmenüs (65 €) waren recht klein, einfache Eispeisen zum Frühstück sollten inklusive sein, kosten aber extra und dann sehr teuer.

The staff is extremely friendly and they made sure our stay was exceptional. Every meal was fantastic with a great view of Tuscan hills.

Everything was exceptional, from the service to the food to the amazing views from the restaurants and pools. The location is unique, just few steps from the Bagno Vignoni historical pool. The restaurants in the village are also very good. It is a traditional style hotel that blends in the surroundings perfectly and provides great thermal pools and a internal SPA. They provide very nice slippers, bathrobe, totes and swimming pool cap. The breakfast offered many options, all of great quality and the dinner is high quality. Each person in the staff (also in the SPA) speaks very good english.

such an amazing hotel and staff deserves better pillows. Please please please upgrade the pillows or simply change them OR make sure there is a choice available for them...

Das gepflegte Ambiente - der Spa Bereich den man morgens fast für sich alleine hatte - die wunderschöne Aussicht- großartiger Blick vom Zimmer - leckeres Frühstück- organisierter großzügiger Aperitif im grünen Salon am Freitag, die liebevolle Dekoration - die Bar mit guten Cocktails in schöner Atmosphäre - das überwiegend hoch professionelle, herzliche und sehr engagierte Personal mit allerdings 2 deutlichen Ausnahmen.

Die Halbpension hat uns kulinarisch nicht überzeugen können - würde ich nicht wieder wählen. Unschön fanden wir, dass als wir nach einer Weinempfehlung fragten, direkt einen Wein für 220 Euro vom Oberkellner angeboten bekamen. Wir wählten dann eine Alternative für 82 Euro. Die war in Ordnung.

Die Möglichkeit, früh morgens und am Abend das warme Aussenbad zu nutzen.,

Trotz des relativ hohen Preises war das Zimmer eher mittelmässig, die Aussicht im Vergleich zum letzten Mal schlecht.

We both love this place! After a weeklong travel, this place is heaven! We spent a ton of time sround the pool, just look at the view and feel the water, it's wonderful!

We wish the room can be a bit bigger, there was a desk, but with all the fruit and water hotel gave us, there was no space to put a laptop.

per me era la prima volta nelle piscine e le ho trovate splendide! ho usufruito solo della colazione del ristorante perhè la sera uscivo con amici, ma la colazione era in grado di soddisfare ogni desiderio!

Non saprei trovare un punto da criticare in quanto la struttura è tenuta in maniera impeccabile, il personale è tutto eccezionale e merita la lode, siamo veramente rimasti estasiati di cotanta bellezza.

Восхитительный отель и термальный курорт. Номера прекрасные, шумоизоляция отличная, в номере есть всё необходимое. Отдельно есть халаты тапочки и шапки для термального бассейна. Вода в бассейне просто восторг от горячей до прохладной. Есть отдельно бассейн с прохладной водой. Бассейны как на открытом воздухе, так и в помещении. Прекрасный спа центр и массажи. Ресторан заслуживает отдельной похвалы. Завтраки прекрасные, качество продуктов на высоте. Ужины - шедевр! Обслуживание на космическом уровне. Внимание и забота окружают тебя постоянно. Есть небольшой городок рядом, можно прогуляться. Но, если честно, из отеля выходить не хочется совсем.

Ho recentemente avuto il piacere di soggiornare nuovamente presso il La Posta Thermal Spa e desidero condividere un'esperienza che ha superato ogni mia aspettativa. Non si tratta semplicemente di un albergo di lusso, ma di un luogo dove l'attenzione al dettaglio e l'eccellenza nel servizio raggiungono vette raramente riscontrate altrove. Eccellenza in Ogni Aspetto: Le sistemazioni sono un vero rifugio di pace. Le stanze sono elegantemente arredate, spaziose, impeccabilmente pulite e dotate di ogni comfort moderno. Il letto era straordinariamente comodo e l'ambiente invitava al puro relax. Dalla colazione offerta nella sala colazioni fino ai servizi impeccabili della Spa e della piscina termale,ogni area dell'hotel è curata con dedizione per garantire il massimo benessere all'ospite. Il Vero Punto di Forza: Il Personale Il vero elemento che distingue il La Posta Thermal Spa è l'intero team. Ho viaggiato molto e posso affermare con sicurezza che la gentilezza e la professionalità dimostrate dal personale sono di un livello che ho riscontrato in pochissime altre strutture di lusso. Fin dall'accoglienza, con il sorriso sincero e la rapidità del check-in, si percepisce un'atmosfera di autentica premura. Qualunque sia stata la mia richiesta il personale ha agito con una disponibilità immediata, una discrezione impeccabile e una cortesia squisita. È la capacità di anticipare i bisogni dell'ospite, di chiamarti per nome e di gestire ogni interazione con grazia e competenza, che rende il soggiorno memorabile. Non si tratta di servizio standard, ma di un'attenzione personalizzata che ti fa sentire non solo benvenuto, ma genuinamente apprezzato. Consiglio vivamente il La Posta Thermal Spa a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno in cui l'ambiente magnifico è eguagliato, se non superato, dalla qualità umana e professionale del suo staff. Complimenti sinceri per aver creato un team così eccezionale.

La piscina costituisce uno dei punti di forza della struttura, così come il ristorante, con una cucina e servizio perfettamente all'altezza di soddisfare ogni richiesta e aspettativa. La parte dedicata al benessere (bagno turco, sauna, relax) è ben attrezzata, pulita e completa, anche se non grandissima, ma certamente adeguata all'hotel e al numero degli ospiti incontrati durante l'uso. La SPA è ben organizzata e attrezzata, con lettiini molto comodi e trattamenti estetici sono di alto livello, con utilizzo di prodotti di qualità. Il personale è, in generale, addestrato a un livello molto alto e in modo uniforme, con qualche piccola eccezione, che però si nota esclusivamente in alcuni dettagli di livello individuale ed è quindi comprensibile. In generale, tutti sono estremamente disponibili e gentilissimi. La camera che mi è stata assegnata, pur in apparenza non nuovissima (ma intonaco e pittura erano perfetti), era tuttavia di qualità eccellente e la pulizia perfetta, così come molto apprezzabile l'accoglienza con frutta, acqua e pasticcini sul tavolo in camera.

L'unica cosa che mi è sembrata leggermente fuori tono rispetto al contesto generale è stata la forse eccessiva enfasi data alla vendita dei prodotti cosmetici nella SPA, che peraltro sono ottimi (li ho comprati e ne sono soddisfatto).

Struttura molto affascinante con molti comfort e una zona termale davvero bella. Sono rimasta molto colpita dagli arredi delle zone comuni e dalla presenza di composizioni di fiori freschi in tantissimi posti. La sala colazioni pasti permette una vista incantevole. La colazione era ottima e aggiungo una menzione speciale per il personale, tutti estremamente gentile e disponibili, grazie per il lavoro che fate! Sono rimasta solo leggermente delusa dall’ingresso esterno, che non è, secondo me, all’altezza di quello che si trova dentro e nella parte del giardino (bellissimo) e delle piscine termali. Ovviamente la mia idea generale è che è stato bellissimo soggiornare in questo hotel!

La location è bellissima ed elegante, camere eleganti, colazione ottima, staff gentilissimo e disponibile.

La cena non era all'altezza della struttura, ma il maitre è stato molto gentile e ci è venuto incontro. Il termo in bagno funzionava solo in determinati orari prestabiliti, per cui in certi orari in bagno era molto freddo.
