Close to airport and metro. Clean room. Good breakfast included

Communication on transfers not good. Booked the hotel partly due to free transfer service from the airport but when we landed couldn’t contact them to find pick up location so ended up having to take a taxi which the driver got lost and charged us much more than expected.

Everything and the personnel were excellent

The food was the same , I think more diverser food would be excellent

Duty staff at reception (i recall is Xiao Zheng) was efficient & sensitive to our needs. We had a flight delay (CZ8532) into Guangzhou, hence checked-in thereabout 11pm - she processed our registration swiftly; there were 18 of us. After reaching out to her from the domestic airport, she despatched the shuttle bus to us (at Gate 43) within ten minutes. As we had to catch our next flight (CS 353) early the next day, she organised our shuttle service at 550am plus had the kitchen staff pre-packed a light bite for us.

Accommodating staff, very pleasant and room was excellent too. They let us leave luggage for return from Beijing. Highly recommend.

Brakefirst is nice rooms are good undergro7nd into the city is like 200 meters away so no need for expensive rides and free airport shuttles are a bonus.

Как уже писали выше райончик максимально простой и достаточно индустриальный, погулять в свое удовольствие вряд ли удастся.

La cuisine très peu équipée à la base : - pas de micro ondes - 1 seule plaque de cuisson - ustensiles à demander et - ustensiles très usagés (à renouveler) - pas de produits ménagers de base

Stigli smo u 3h ujutro, ,trazila sam dodatni krevet za kćer, koji se naplaćuje, obzirom da mi mobitel nije radio ,prazna baterija ,a i nisam imala keš sa sobom, predložila sam da platim ujutro( ostajem 2 dana) no recepcionar je insistirao da odmah platim ??!?! Ne radi mi mobitel!!! Jako ružno, i jako ružan prvi dojam! Soba je vec plaćena unaprijed, ovo je mala nadoplata. Čemu takav stav. Spavam ,zove recepcija..niste platili dodatni krevet!??! Ne razumijem kakvo je to ponašanje?? Hotel nema caffe bar,nemaš gdje sjesti popiti kavu. Zapaliti, tražim na recepciji stolicu,neda ....i tako.

It was clean and comfortable. Near the airport and they provided transfers. Staff was kind and tried to overcome the language barriers using apps.

Convenient location near the airport and subway station, close to restaurants and shops, apartment had a basic kitchenette.

No plates, cutlery or pots and pans to cook with, no microwave. Evening receptionist completely ignored me whilst waiting at reception which was quite bizarre, after I complained was advised it was due to lack of English speaking ability. Delay waiting for airport pick up even though it was pre arranged.

The hotel.was comfy and a lot to offer. Good food

Fijne Airport Service en vroege checkin. We arriveerden om 9 uur maar konden meteen de kamer in en bijslapen. Prima ontbijt en goed zwembad. Metro op vijf minuutjes lopen en shoppingmall met overal eettentjes

Близость к аэропорту, наличие трансфера до аэропорта, которым, к сожалению, не смогли вопспользоваться – трансфер уходит каждый час, но нам нужно было выехать в половину. Сотрудники отеля выдали булочки и молоко с собой в дорогу, так как мы не попадали на завтрак.

Отель и сам номер были уставшими. Уборка в номере оставляла желать лучшего, видно, что проводится она только в видимой зоне – возле прикроватных тумбочек и самой кровати ощущение, что не подметали (не говоря уже о мытье полов), уже очень давно. Пыльно и грязно. Уборка в душевой тоже была под сомнением. Складывается впечатление, что отель переживает не лучшие времена. Когда хотела воспользоваться гелем для душа из фирменных баночек, крышка баночки просто отлетела и не прикручивалась обратно, ощущение, что отель вместо новых генетических принадлежностей заливает шампуни и гели в баночки, уже бывшие неоднократно в употреблении. Шумный кондиционер, с которым невозможно уснуть. Отель не очень охотно отвечает на сообщения через букинг

В отеле есть прекрасный бассейн, спортзал. Отличные завтраки! Сервис трансфера из аэропорта был очень удобен. А так же есть прачечная самообслуживания (бесплатная) для гостей - было очень приятно постирать вещи после длительной дороги!

Отличный отель – у нас была просторная чистая и тихая комната, две бесплатных маленьких бутылки воды, чай. Завтрак включён, но мы на него не успели из-за трансфера в аэропорт. Трансфер из отеля каждый час, например в 7 утра, 8 утра, и так далее. Заказать трансфер из аэропорта в отель было немного сложно потому что мы не могли подключиться к Wi-Fi в аэропорту . Когда прилетаете, нужно подняться на третий этаж Departures, пройти к стойке информации H01, в секции H, показать название и номер отеля и попросить позвонить им. Потом выйти через Gate 43 и ждать такси с указанным номером. Отель находится в 10 минутах от станции метро Renhe, от неё мы за 40 минут доехали к башне к Cantone Tower – это самый центр. Рекомендую ехать вечером потому что везде красивая подсветка. также по прибытии в аэропорту можно подойти к стойка информации на первом этаже и вам могут дать карту на 24-часовой бесплатный проезд на общественном транспорте.

- Было сложновато заказывать трансфер, машину пришлось ждать 40 минут. - Wi-Fi в Китае на иностранных телефонах не работает. Нужно приезжать со своей предоплаченной с симкартой с интернетом, иначе вы просто не сможете ни к чему подключиться. - Мы не смогли позавтракать так как трансферы зато ровно в 7.00, и завтрак тоже начинается в 7 утра.  Нам дали с собой булочку, яблоко и молоко, но это не полноценный завтрак. - Некоторые китайцы бесстыдно курят прямо в холле и лифтах отеля несмотря на то что это запрещено.

Very good facilities. Swimming pool, sauna. The rooms are big and pleasant. There is a free shuttle for the airport and a buffet breakfast included.

There is lack of communication and flexibility. I booked for 2 nights , in the end, i needed only one and the change was impossible. The reception said i could get a refund but booking.cpm didn't offer that possibility. I would recommend to book that hotel outside booking.com platform, directly with them to enjoy flexibility. Needless to say that booking.com never answered my request....i ended up paying 2 nights... And staying only one !!!

It was very dirty extremely. The whole place was smelling like cigarettes, carpets were dirty . Breakfast was not ideal it’s was Chinese. Kitchen looked dirty. I had booked for 5 days had to cancel my booking as soon as I checked in.

The people working at hotel are very intellegent and always try their best to help everyone‘s needs，listening to people ’s idea or any suggestions.I left one pair of Gucci shoes at the hotel the other days，they found it and keep it for me almost a month，really appeeciated.Thank you so so much for your guys wonderful services.

Der Pool ist richtig groß und das Wasser angenehm - nicht zu kalt. Die Betten sind bequem und das Bad ist groß. So weit alles ok. Von außen nicht sehr schön, aber innen wirklich ok.

Der Transport vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert - ich musste 90 Minuten warten. Das ist ein totales No-GO! Der Transport zum Flughafen am kommenden Tag hat dann gut funktioniert.

I had to turn off the ventilation system as it was noisy. Good thing is that at this time of year I did not need it.

Sauna, pool and breakfast not bad for a cheap hotel

Front desk manager was hands down the worst person for the job. Rude, dismissive and should be working in the kitchen not customer facing. Rest of staff pleasant. The poolside was extremely dangerous, the floor needs a non slip coating on it. Would be illegal anywhere else.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, y los servicios del hotel fueron excelentes. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, con todo lo necesario, además la lavandería gratis y el té disponible cuando quisieras fueron detalles muy útiles.

Lo único negativo fue el ruido exterior. Nuestra habitación daba al parque de enfrente y, aunque estábamos en la planta 18, se escuchaban los coches y a veces gente cantando en el parque hasta medianoche. Por lo demás, todo estuvo muy bien.
