Service ok but I had to call twice and waited 20mins to refill shower gel. Tv not functioning but didnt tell me until i ask. Got tiny glass that can see through bathroom, weird for me. Need to go downstairs for iron.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The bed is overall nice and comfy. The toilet is dry and clean. It is not too spacious, but we make do. The location is great; you really don't have to worry about traveling a distance to grab lunch / dinner. There's quite a selection to choose from. A clinic / pharmacy is within walking distance. It is also across KKMart, which is a convenience store. Overall, the paid price is worth it.
I kept waking up throughout the night due to noises from the next buildings which are restaurants, etc. I can also hear people talking in the corridor late at night; of course this is not the hotel's fault but the people's with no common sense. There are also stains on one of the walls that look a lot like cum stains. Again, I'm sure the staff did their best to clean it up, but the marks are hardly gone. Lastly, because the hotel is located in a shoplot, there's not many space for you to park if you arrived during peak hours. I suggest getting there in the morning if you want to park near to the hotel.

However, the sink Room 219 was not draining at all, very terrible, I need to brush my teeth real quick as the water might get out from the sink plus there’s leakage from shower hose.

By their standard queen size bed, the bedsheet is a not quite big enough to cover from shoulder to toe.

Reviewed May 2, 2025Location are easy access. There’s a lot of restaurants and parking available but since it is surrounded by small companies offices, the parking lot filled up quickly from 8.00 am until 5.30pm. Breakfast of nasi lemak was nice.
The front desk guy body language was not professional. He put his hand under his chin the whole time while checking me in. The bed leg in my room was broken, they only put it back with additional cardboard pieces without a proper fix. I had to ask multiple times for an invoice/receipt after my check out

Being in the family room and paying one of the higher rates, I was disappointed with the shower head and the wash basin was in poor state too! To be honest it was disgusting as it takes a while for the basin water to be drained and brushing my teeth at the basin was a turn off! Also the cable tv was not in working condition and so was the room phone!

1. The room and toilet don't have proper lighting. All is yellow. My eyes cannot.. even in toilet not so bright 2. No parking available and the location is very pack during working hours so unable to park near hotel 3. No variety breakfast only nasi lemak and boiled egg 4. no mini fridge
