Reviewed Aug 17, 2026家庭房空間很大， 有玩具和小型公主帳蓬，孩子玩得很開心， 有按摩浴缸，地點離市區也很近。 早餐的自助餐廳蠻不錯的。
床單沒有確實更換，有血跡。 入住的一整晚都沒發現， 一直到要離開了，掀開棉被才發現.....

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026早餐可, 地點離購物地方較遠，走路會久一點, 但開車雖近卻不好停車，車停停車場又要走一段路,叫計程車較乾脆，可以找到最近、有營業、好吃的餐廳。
入住時間另人錯愕，10PM已近睡眠時間才能入住，千里迢迢好不容易到了還需在外面晃晃，對鄉下人來說很煎熬。

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026入口的服務人員，行政能力跟效率非常有待加強！ 明明在網站上已經完成預訂，有將需求填入表單，也收到旅館的正面回應，並在入住當天的上午收到旅館致電通知及確認入住人數及時間；但晚上抵達現場，櫃檯人員的反應卻像是對訂單一事毫不知情…..提供訂位代號後，還反覆確認….花了很多時間；不理解為什麼明明已經確認好的事情，就算是輪班人員，也理應要交接勤務內容吧！現場整整浪費了10分鐘左右…..現場接待的小姐非常不諳自己的工作內容及服務流程；連之後要開車進去的時候，還得是我們跟她說：請開啟柵欄！！我們才能進去……..到底？？！？

早餐有遇到有道菜酸酸的，後來廚房人員有說明是做法不同會酸酸的，我們也接受說了解了！這位人員的處理跟說明都很友善！我們也沒有惡意，只是提出疑問，但有另一位人員一直在旁邊盯著看並碎碎念！其實原本只是疑惑但他這樣的態度反而讓人感受很不好！
