Reviewed Aug 2, 2026貼心的服務，尤其是早班-耿小姐的服務，讓孩子們讚不絕口！知道有孩子入住會事先在房內準備孩子們的佈置、玩具，還有記得備註中說明孩子有氣喘，有事先準備空氣清淨機與臭氧殺菌，真的很更貼心。早餐也好吃～餐廳服務人員也很棒，下次到板橋一定會再選擇入住！

Reviewed May 26, 2026房間算寬敞、床鋪加大型，入住每天送一杯迷你杯 哈根達斯冰淇淋、早餐很豐富，菜色、麵包類都很足夠。很好吃哦！怕隔音差，還提供耳塞給我們用.. 可能打掃的人員不一樣，對房間的整潔度、補給品的認知不同，呈現出來的感覺也會有所不同， 像第二天入住的打掃人員，對房間的整潔就滿乾淨的，感謝你們提供我們有舒適的地方休息！ 希望之後還有機會再來入住
淋浴室的熱水調控有問題，會突然很熱，又突然變冷水，按摩浴缸旁邊的電視，雖然能看，但畫面不清楚，沙沙的....，第一天入住的時候，發現馬桶的旁邊，發現還有一隻蟑螂苟延殘喘，浴室的泡澡包也沒有補，漱口水也沒有放，第二天都補齊了，第三天基本的缺的都補完了，冰箱的冷凍庫壞掉了，也無法冰送的冰淇淋...10.多在浴室泡澡時，還聽到有其他住客在唱歌...
