飯店新，房間很乾淨，員工有禮貌很客氣，有機會去阿里山ㄧ定會在入住

房間很新很乾淨,覺得有點小,除了晚上暖氣空調有點大聲外,其餘都很滿意,

環境優美！但是真心不建議不看日出的遊客去住！ 4點開始噪音問題嚴重！隔音起差無比！ 可惜了山上空氣涼爽度。根本睡不好！天啊～惡夢

Modern design, clean. Very comfortable beds. Water bottles are provided each day. Free local style breakfast at neighbour restaurant.

非常好，熱水部分雖然有人說會忽冷忽熱，但是實際入住後發現還好，是不好調整，但水溫確定後不再亂動，基本上水溫的變化上是可以接受的 住宿過程享受了結婚多年後難得的小兩口時光

阿里山の情報少ないですが、阿里山の中心街にあるホテルです （バスターミナルから徒歩10分；送迎あり。阿里山駅から徒歩3－4分） 築数年と思われる新しいホテルで、清掃も十分 シャワーだけでしたが、熱いお湯が豊富です スーペリア 4 人部屋を2人使用でしたが、ダブルベッド2台でゆったりでした 残念な点は２つ　エレベータがない 朝食は、徒歩2－3分の別の食堂。ただ、ホテルの高品質に比べると朝食は、イマイチです とはいえ、非常に快適に宿泊でき大満足です

Location is quite good. Recommend. Room is clean and not to small.

It was 15 deg outside and there was no heating provided in the room. The beds were also very hard, like wooden floor. The pillows provided no support, and there were no spare pillows in the room. We do appreciate that the front desk staff offered the seniors in our group a room on the first floor, as there is no elevator in the building. The front desk staff also helped us carry our luggage to our room on the third floor.

They advertise all rooms have a mini fridge, but they do not. We stored some of our food/beverages in their main fridge downstairs and saw it was STUFFED with other people's items too, so it seems none of the rooms have a fridge. Bed also rock hard (but I've discovered that's just a thing in Taiwan...you have to spring for more expensive hotels for soft bedding). Great location though, check in staff was awesome and gave us a great map with excellent instructions.

The property is well maintained, location is great, pick up and drop off at bus transportation- these are what I liked. room does not have bathtub nor shower curtain, only provide one bath towel no facial towel, hot water not available 24 hours (only 4pm to 11 am). No free coffee- a small half cup cost 30 NTD- these are what I don’t appreciate.

設施比較舊,毛巾床單有污積。隔音差,窗外有人談話也能聽到。唯獨服務員比較有禮,值得一讚。如果預上山看日出算是選擇之一。

The two bedroom is quite small, without a desk. The bed is also very small. There is no closet for hanging clothes. Not worthy of the money one paid. The staff at the counter were pretty friendly, and explained everything in details.

I am so glad i got a room upgrade.

This hotel is in a convenient location. It provides basic accommodations for short stays.

Good location not far from the market/town. No elevator but the staff assisted me to bring my heavy luggages up and down.

Great location. Staff is very helpful. Room and breakfast is ok. The hotel offer free shuttle service to bus station which is very convenient.

Location is convenient. My room glass window was left open throughout the night. Room was freezing cold in the night. Even though the heater was turn on. I only discovered this problem before checking out. When I open up the curtains. Extrenely poor room service.

環境很安靜，但沒電梯很不方便

位置方便近園區入口，出酒店走5分鐘上坡路便到阿里山火車站及食肆。櫃檯服務很好，耐心介紹步行路線及園區車位置。早上看日出可付100租借厚褸。可惜舒適度與市區酒店始終有分別。床褥好硬，浴室花灑水壓偏低，指定餐廳早餐時段較短(7-9am)。房間暖氣訂明要7度以下才開，入住當天才9度沒有開。酒店內無電梯，獲派三樓要走2層樓梯，如家中有長者應及早預約地下一樓房間。但以山區酒店標準來說已經很好。下次會考慮。

網頁上看到的圖片和實際入住的房間是一樣的;飯店位置不錯，距離阿里山火車站近，附近有餐廳和便利店。但十分可惜的是當晚有隻小老鼠從門縫入到房間，幸好被我們發現趕走了,但旁邊的住客房間發現大老鼠,並四周走動。雖然後來致電前台確認已捉到,但當晚還是睡不好。

The hotel is at the first of hotel restrict, easy to find. The room is clean, but the wall too thin, so you can hear the outside or the other room.

床鋪比較硬，位置十分近火車站，價格比較中位

Very near to Alishan Station to go for Sunrise viewing...

房間提早就準備好，工作人員友善，主動介紹境點和行程，還有morning call，方便看日出，以在山上的酒店來說，環境舒適衛生。

There is smoking smell while turn on the central heater. It may be someone smoking in the room. The bed is very hard and make me uncomfortable.

部屋や設備はこじんまりとしているが、清潔で暖房やシャワーに問題はない。 エレベーターは無かったが、従業員が思いスーツケースも運んでくれた。 フロントの観光案内（説明）が丁寧でわかりやすかった。 朝食が提携の食堂だったが、散歩がてらでそれもまた良し。

Although the hotel do not have lift, but hotel staff helps to carry luggage to our room (4th floor). The room has been renovated, room is clean and comfortable. Water dispenser is available for refill water. Location is quite good, there is staircase shortcut way access to main car park and attraction point.

The location is good, just 3 mins walk from the Main Street, however the bed is too hard for me too sleep. Keep waking up all night. Otherwise , staff are friendly and overall is satisfy

No elevator but staffs carry bags into the room. shower and air conditioner do not operate 24 hours. Breakfast is served outside restaurant.

Staff speak English very well and location is so good.

最寄駅は阿里山駅、バスで到着してホテル街の一番入口のホテル。山での疲れを癒す部屋としては十分。シャワーもトイレのすぐ横にあるコンパクトなものでした。朝飯は近くの食堂で、阿里山日出を見てからのタイミングで食べられました。

Nice and friendly staffs. Near Alishan railway station. Standard hotel service.

The staff were very nice, personable, and helpful. The hotel itself is mediocre. It was recently renovated and is considered one of the more upscale hotels at alishan. All the other hotels in the area are similar in size or smaller.

Small room,but clean About 10min to shops and 15min to train station No lift

The room was in fact quite clean and big but my friend saw a ghost at mid-night. Also, the breakfast was terrible. So, I will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Hotel has no aircon due to the cold weather. However, the radiator is quite weak. Does not warm the room enough. Bed is very hard and pillow is too shallow..

Rooms are basic. Located next to other hotels. Climb up a staircase to reach the central square and railway station.

Four storey complex with no lift. No awful smells in the interior. Staff was nice to help with luggage. Room is very small. Heating is not enough. Bathroom is awful. The whole bathroom is wet once you shower, the water flows to the entrance. The bed is really really hard, like sleeping on a wooden board. Walls and surrounding has obvious mould.
