Excellent petit déjeuner, le patron était très à l écoute, Il nous a conseillé aussi tout ce qui était très intéressant a découvrir. J avoue avoir beaucoup aimé marrackech, sa place, son souk, la journée passée à l Ourika, total dépaysement. Le jardin de Majorelle, on en prend plein les yeux. A recommander. 👍😁

Marrackech est un endroit où comme partout vous découvrez la beauté d' un endroit magique, mais aussi la misère dans certaines rues. L accueil des marocains était irréprochable. J aimerai y retourner.

Le Riad est très agréable et joliment décoré, les petits déjeuners sont copieux et très bons 🌟 Imad et Amdulilah sont prévenants et d'une incroyable gentillesse, ils nous font nous sentir comme à la maison, merci pour ce super séjour !

Le seul point négatif est que le riad est un peu excentré, il se situe tout au nord de la médina et donc un peu loin de l'entrée du souk (cependant il se situe à proximité du jardin Majorelle)

The staff is awesome!! So helpful. Even though our plane was two hours late they took the time to welcome us. They served us tea and biscuits and also with a map showed us all the areas to visit.

Location. It is a long walk to the sites. The streets you have to walk down are narrow and there are lots of motorcycles driving quite fast using the same streets. The pool is not for swimming it's quite small.

La ubicación no es mala pero para llegar de noche desde lo más céntrico de la Medina, da un poco de miedo por la cantidad de callejones que hay que atravesar.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Losra and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. The riad was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and we felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived. We are even given a room upgrade without added cost which was a great bonus. A special thank you to Iman and Nordin, who were incredibly helpful and looked after us throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They also helped us arrange our trips to the Agafay Desert and Ourika Valley, as well as taxis, and even escorted us to make sure we safely got into the van. Their kindness, care and hospitality really made our experience extra special. We truly felt looked after during our stay. Thank you, Iman and Nordin, for making our Marrakech holiday so memorable. We would definitely stay at Riad Losra again! ❤️🇲🇦

A very atmospheric hotel in the Old Town, yet in a quiet part of town. The rooms overlook a stylish patio with a small swimming pool. The rooms are quite small but quite comfortable. Delicious Moroccan breakfasts with fruit for dessert. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can also order dinner on site and use the hammam (I recommend it, but it's best to bring your own towel).

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich, immer für uns da und dabei nicht aufdringlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wie die gesamte Unterkunft, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von uns wurde ein Abendessen dort eingenommen und wir waren uns einig, dass es die besten Tanjins waren, die wir während unseres Marokkoaufenthalts gegessen haben. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Klein und professionell. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen zu Kultur oder Exkursion. Der kleine Pool im Innenhof war ideal für eine Abkühlung. 10 Gehminuten zum Markt. 5min zu Restaurants, 3min zum Taxi und Abholorten für Exkursionen. Flexibel beim Frühstück, wenn man es 1/2h früher braucht oder als Box für die frühe Exkursion. Top!

Nous avons pris quelques repas le soir au riad ,on s est régalés , c était copieux et délicieux. Nous avons été autorisé à porter notre vin pour le repas !!! Nous avons testés le hammam,gommage et massage au riad le prix était raisonnable et nous avons eu des excellentes masseuses . C etait l anniversaire de jean Marc et le soir une surprise l attendait dans la chambre !!!! Décoration de la chambre avec des ballons avec l inscription bon anniversaire et les serviettes de toilettes posées sur le lit en.forme de cygne !! C etait magnifique !!! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés Très bonne équipe !!!

Le riad était un peu excentré mais l'accueil très chaleureux et des personnes attentionnés et sympathiques. Le cadre et les chambres vraiment dans le style marocain, un vrai dépaysement : à réserver les yeux fermés !

The staff (Imad and Abdulelah) were so nice and couldn't do enough for us - thank you so much.. This is our second stay finishing off a short tour of Morocco and this Riad is bright, beautifully decorated and we spent a few evenings on the top terrace where our lovely rooms were. An absolute gem in the old town.

The only complaint wad the hot water took a long time to come through and the water pressure was not great BUT it may be like that everywhere.

Un peu bruyant la nuit

Notre séjour en famille s'est très bien passé. Merci à Amid et Farid pour leur accueil, ils sont discrets, à notre écoute, bienveillants et serviables. Les chambres sont bien équipées et propres. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Le Riad est à une quinzaine de minutes à pied de la place. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé.

The staff were top-notch. They took great care in attending to us and even took care of our laundry. I would definitely recommend Riad Losra.

Красивый аутентичный Риад с бассейном и терассой. Есть хаммам и массаж по запросу. Жили в номере на террасе. На терассе столики, качели, лежаки. Отель в тихом месте( это очень важно в Медине) недалеко от ворот и достопримечательностей. Пресонал заботливый. Дали карту и указали на ней пути. ( лучше, чем Гугл). Во время нашей прогулки по Медине интересовались всё ли у нас хорошо. Комплемент от отеля и завтрак замечательные. Проводили до такси и донесли чемоданы

Een mooi Riad, heel verzorgd en schoon. En hele aardige medewerkers. Heel erg behulpzaam ook, ik kreeg een ongelukje en moest naar het ziekenhuis maar voor mijn man werd alles geregeld, onder andere vervoer van en naar het ziekenhuis, eten op andere tijden. Ontzettend fijn.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The riad in Marrakech is truly beautiful, with a very authentic atmosphere that made the whole experience feel special. What impressed me the most, however, was the staff. I have never encountered such kindness and warmth in any hotel before. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable at all times. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return.

Not as upscale as some other riads BUT price was lower so that makes the difference. It was still very nice.

Aunque por fuera no lo parece, por dentro está todo perfecto. Muy limpio y con gran decoración, terrazas para ver las vistas panorámicas de Marrakech y habitaciones muy bien cuidadas. Los 2 chicos de recepción son muy amables y están pendientes de ti en todo momento. Los desayunos son una auténtica delicia y ofrecen excursiones y transporte desde el mismo hotel. Muy recomendable

Wir wurden von Imad ganz besonders nett mit einem Minztee empfangen. Sehr ruhig und familiär. Besonders aufmerksames Personal. Hübsches Riad man kann sich sofort wohlfühlen. Tolles Abendessen und besonders leckeres Frühstück. Wir würden sofort wieder hier einchecken.

Es gab auch nichts auszusetzen.

Struttura bellissima, curata e lo staff gentilissimo, con il tè sempre offerto. Farid e Imad ci hanno permesso di realizzare al meglio il nostro soggiorno. La posizione è comoda, vicina ai punti di ritiro per le escursioni e vicina ai Giardini Majorelle. Per raggiungere la piazza occorrono circa 15/20 minuti ma ne valgono assolutamente la pena, noi non ci siamo mai persi (grazie alle indicazioni fornite da Farid) e sempre sentiti al sicuro. Abbiamo provato anche l’hammam direttamente in struttura, un’ottima esperienza. Cena e colazione ottime. La struttura ci ha fornito la colazione al sacco quando avevamo la sveglia presto causa escursioni. La stanza è stata pulita tutti i giorni.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Riad mit Charme, das v.a. mit sehr nettem aufmerksamen Personal, sehr gutem Frühstück, einer schönen Dachterrasse und ruhiger Lage punkten kann.

Es sind ein paar Meter weiter in Herz der Medina zu gehen und es sind nicht sehr viele Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Prachtige Riad, goede locatie! Heel mooi dakterras. Hele vriendelijke gastheren en kamermeisjes/vrouwen. goed ontbijt! Kamer wordt elke dag goed schoongemaakt .Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Je kunt van alles vragen, ze helpen je met alles. Goede informatie vooraf! Taxi kun je via hen regelen van en naar het vliegveld. Alles top, je voelt je er thuis, een echte aanrader! Bedankt we hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf bij jullie!!

Un posto da favola!!! Il soggiorno a Marrakesh è stato bellissimo grazie anche all'impatto super accogliente che abbiamo avuto in questa struttura... Disponibilità, gentilezza, professionalità e pulizia tutte qualità che è difficile trovare insieme ed a questi livelli... Il top... Poi il Riad bellissimo e curato... La colazione buona e fatta al momento... e la posizione ottima per girare tutta la Medina e i posti più salienti della città... Un ringraziamento speciale ad Imad sempre sorridente e premuroso.

Elegí el riad Losra porque tenía muy buenas reseñas, pero, sinceramente, ¡no era lo que esperaba! Se veía perfecto en las fotos, pero no es así en realidad. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción y tardaron mucho en arreglarlo. Él parking que ofrece no pertenece al Riad, es un parking en la calle, en una zona que me pareció poco segura... Creo que el precio es desorbitado para lo que ofrecen...

That was the best place to stay we could have asked for. It was like visiting family that you are fond of and we were both taken care of. Imad was exceptional in making sure we were comfortable, looked after after and safe. Exceptional place, kind people and outstanding hospitality!
