Everything is good

The staff were very polite and professional and the hotel is conveniently located relatively close to the bustling centre, where all the restaurants and shops are located. The hotel was also very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety available, although we have liked a few more continental options (scrambled eggs, for example). But perfectly acceptable with new things we took advantage to try (broths, stirfries, etc.).

The airconditioning did not work properly and was quite noisy. The wifi in the room was also not that great, I had to hot spot a few times com my computer.

Pros: The room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is good. We arrived almost at midnight but the caffe on the same road was still open so we could eat.

Cons: The kettle in the room was old and looked damaged, so I was afraid to use it. There were no tooth brush and paste. when we asked for it we were told it was finished. Luckily, there was a shop next to hotel where we could buy one. Only 1 bottle of water was in the room when we checked in. When we asked for additional bottle the next morning we were charged for it.

The air conditioning was not functioning properly — the room was extremely hot and only started to cool down after about five hours. Additionally, the elevators had very long wait times. There are supermarkets and nice restaurants in the neighborhoods.

We had a pleasant stay at Demorah Hotel. Everything was excellent! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic, and the room had a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ankara!

Nice honey in nature for breakfast. also its glass view is very beautiful to see the flowers from its neighborhood.

The property was absolutely clean and centrally located with valet parking facility for our car. The staff were super friendly and helpful and made sure we were comfortable by helping us with our luggage and car.

The Location is Great. The bell boy was nice and pleasant. Everything else was just not worth mentioning.

Sad to see that the room given had multiple issues. They gave a room which was stinking of smoke and one of the lights in the bathroom wasn’t working which made it quite dingy. I complained about it and they said they would fix it but nothing was done. There was an empty cup of tea/coffee lying on the floor between the twin beds. Imagine the level of cleanliness. When I asked for a dental kit I was told to buy one from outside as they don't have any. Definitely not worth the money. I should have chosen Wings which is a few buildings away. Same price and a much better experience, or just use Airbnb. The Lady in the night was quite unpleasant. They act like Cops when it comes to guests... my nephew lives in Ankara and they wanted this ID to be deposited every time he would come see me and told him that he could stay for 10 min... who does that in a hotel. felt like a police station. The breakfast was horrible, I now understand why it was mostly empty.

Upon my arrival, I was informed that the hotel was unable to provide me with the room I had reserved for the first night. Instead, I was relocated to a smaller, substandard room in a different hotel, which was not in line with the expectations set by my original booking. Despite this inconvenience, the hotel has refused to offer any form of compensation or discount for the disruption caused. this situation has negativelyn impacted in my experience.

There wast tooth brush set and tissue in room. The breakfast wasn't perfect, There were many incomplete items, included fried egg

I enjoyed my seven nights stay at Demora. The hotel is very central, close to everything and surrounding with shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious specially Menemen and all the soups. I would like to thank you to everyone at Demora for making feel comfortable. I will book Demora again without any hesitation and I highly recommend it to anyone.

There is no Air conditioning and it’s July (summer) and the weather is hot, they only provide fan, the hotel has no AC and i have paid 95 USD for one night, i doesn’t worth it at all, i don’t recommend

We stayed for 2 days , in privouse room was hot so we requested to change our room ,so they changed it and was good.

Liked most things about the hotel. Hallways are very very dark. My wife felt unsafe if by herself. Met 3 staffers at the front desk, the older woman not very nice.

The room are quite nice, very big with plenty of space and a very long bench to open up two big suit cases. The bed is very big and confortable

The lights in the bathroom are those kind of economy saver who take ages to brighten up.

Our room (a junior suite) was very big and it had an enormous and comfortable bed. Lots of natural light too and a big bathroom with a quite a big shower, it was quiet too.

They should offer more choice and variety for breakfast.

Newly renovated property in an old part of the city center. Nice remodel, nice restuarant, nice staff except 1 person who was not very friendly nor helpful. did not like the fact that every bill for every charge was in turkish and not in english. I was pushed to sign the final invoice that i coulden't understand (was is Turkish) at check out and therefor was over charged i found out later. I'm disputing the over charge through my credit card company.
