Rien ils m ont refoulé alors que j avais payer sur internet et ils m ont dit que j avais pas payer ils voulaient me refaire payer . Je déconseille en plus ce n est pas un hôtel mais c est un riad.

Za 4 ljudi je bilo premalo vtičnic za polnit telefone.

Agréable et accueillant

Buena ubicación. Edificio bonito con un pequeño patio interior y una agradable terraza rooftop. La habitación contaba con una mesa y una silla, que utilizamos para dejar el equipaje, un lavabo que resultaba de utilidad, y la zona de la cama. Se agradece el ventilador. Cerca de la habitación había un WC.

La zona de la cama nos pareció algo claustrofóbica y para usar la ducha, que uno de los dos días tenía el agua fría, había que subir y bajar las escaleras. Había huéspedes algo ruidosos que resultaban molestos por la noche. No ofrecen desayuno, aunque hay amplia oferta en la zona. El personal estaba poco en recepción.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Medina. The house is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. I enjoyed every single decor of the house as well as the view from the terrace.

Lo peor era el calor en las habitaciones también debido a la época del año. Algo muy malo fue que nos pidieron el dinero en efectivo sin nosotros haberlo leído en ningún lado. De haber sabido todo habríamos ido a un sitio algo más caro.

Hacía mucho calor, los enchufes estaban mal ubicados, se iba la luz constantemente durante la noche y no podíamos cargar las cosas, nos quedamos 40 min en la calle esperando a que nos abran porque no iba el timbre

La aviación claustrofóbica , supongo que con diferente precio tendrán algo mejor, pero vamos nosotros eramos dos y la verdad fue un poco agobiante y el baño que estaba el la planta de arriba

La ubicación del hotel es cómoda y, en general, las instalaciones cumplen con lo básico para una estancia corta.

Nuestra experiencia fue bastante negativa, especialmente teniendo en cuenta varios problemas que se produjeron durante la estancia. Nada más llegar, tuvimos que presenciar un fuerte altercado entre una pareja de huéspedes del hotel, con gritos y una situación bastante incómoda. Además, al hacer el check-in hubo un malentendido con el pago. El personal nos indicó que teníamos que pagar, pero nosotros ya habíamos realizado el pago a través de Booking. Finalmente, descubrimos que se trataba de un problema de Booking, ya que aparentemente no deberían habernos cobrado por adelantado. Entendemos que este tipo de errores pueden ocurrir, pero lo que nos resultó desagradable fue la actitud del personal durante la situación, que se mostró poco amable y bastante pasivo-agresivo con nosotros. La primera noche tuvimos además un problema muy grave con la electricidad. La luz se fue inicialmente a las 22:15 y no volvió hasta las 3:38. Solo estuvo unos minutos y volvió a irse hasta aproximadamente las 5:26. Más tarde, a las 5:58, volvió a irse de nuevo y regresó en algún momento posterior. Durante estos cortes no funcionaban las luces, los cargadores, el ventilador ni el wifi. Teniendo en cuenta que en el hotel no había cobertura, nos quedamos completamente incomunicados. Además, estando en Marruecos en agosto, fue prácticamente imposible dormir durante tantas horas sin ventilador. Por si fuera poco, la habitación estaba llena de bichos, lo que tampoco contribuyó a que la estancia fuera cómoda. La segunda noche también tuvimos problemas con el ruido. Un grupo de huéspedes estuvo haciendo mucho ruido y nos despertó alrededor de las 4:00 de la madrugada. Les pedimos varias veces que bajaran la voz y dejaran descansar, pero continuaron con el ruido.

Lahko je bilo najti, zraven nakupovalne ulice, zraven trga, v središču dogajanja a vendar mirno. Dobra streha. Dobo prenočišče za mejhen denar. Tudi wc in tuš sta bila čista in vedno fraj

Vročina. Pri 44°C je bilo vse pregreto in ventilator ni bil dovolj.

I stayed for 16 days on probably the smallest room they have available and it was quite nice. Of course, it is in fact very small, but for the price that you pay and by staying in the heart of the Medina and very close to the plaza, it is definately well worth it. I could even manage to work throughout all these days and sometimes I did it in the room. Internet service just failed once all these days, which is totally acceptable.

Tous été top. Juste une chose mais ce n'est pas de la faute du ryad, des voyageurs qui n’ont pas respecté les autres et parlé, claquer les portes ect trés fort... et pour ce faire remarquer ... Des français !!!

Hotel Medina is a low budget hotel and is convenient for low budget travelers, especially during winter as there is no air conditioning or fridges in the rooms and fans would not be adequate for the hot Marrakesh summer.

The fans weren't adequate for the heat. They should get air conditioning or spray mist fans.

Bardzo miła obsługa, która poczekała z zameldowaniem do późnych godzin(lot był niestety w późniejszych godzinach niż zameldowanie). Stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo dobry. Nie byłoby to miejsce na dłuższą podróż z powodu małego pokoju, ale na krótszy pobyt jak najbardziej w porządku.

L’emplacement est juste parfait. À moins de 2 minutes de la place Jemaa El Fna, notre logement nous a permis de tout faire à pieds ! Et pour y accéder depuis l’aéroport, on a pu prendre le bus. Il y a des serviettes, du gel douche, il fait frais et la terrasse était un vrai plus ! Les horaires d’arrivées et de départ sont hyper large ce qui est d’un grand confort. Rien à redire, merci beaucoup !

The staff were extremely kind and considerate of our very late check-in, they waited for us to arrive in the late hours of the night (around 2am). It was easy to get to, and the location is great being within the medina of Marrakesh right by the Jemaa el-fnaa. Easy to get food and souvenirs, definitely take your negotiating/ bartering skills with you, very necessary at the markets. The room was small but we had 2 double beds just as we paid for, there was a sink/ small wash basin in the room only. Had a large fan which was easy to use. The showers and WCs are just outside by the stairs, they are communal.

It was quite small as mentioned but did the job. The beds weren't very comfy unfortunately and the pillows were huge so couldn't really rest my head all that well. We had one outlet with numerous charging ports but it hung from the wall, so that wasn't ideal as our chargers were hanging and could be a safety hazard. Also there were ants crawling on the floor, so it was likely for them to get into our luggage with our clothes in, this did happen so had to get them out of course.

Perfect for short trips. We stayed here with my friend for 4 days, and the accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient—close to a busy main street, yet the smaller street where the hotel is located is surprisingly quiet. One thing to note is that taxis cannot drop you off directly at the hotel due to the narrow, crowded street, but it’s only about a 5-minute walk from the nearest roundabout. Everything you might need is within easy reach. The rooms do not have air conditioning, only a fan, and the window faces the corridor. There was also a sink in the room, but no soap was provided. However, the shared toilet and shower facilities were always clean. The reception staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. They can also arrange a taxi for a fixed price if needed. Overall, I would recommend this place for short, budget-friendly stays.

There was no soap provided in the room. It can also get quite noisy in the evening and during the night, so I would recommend bringing earplugs and an eye mask, especially since the lights are only turned off around midnight.

The location is probably the biggest Plus along with the value for the money as you can book it at a pretty good price. The staff is nice, helpful and they keep the place pretty clean. Just note if you travel in the hotter months of the year there are no A/C's in the rooms also the bathroom and the showers are shared. For a seasoned traveler this should be no problem.

Like I said shared bathroom and showers pretty small rooms with no AC inside and sometimes later in the evening there is no hot water but then again in this climate you should be fine. :)

* La habitación tiene una abertura de ventilación hacia las áreas comunes, por lo que se escucha prácticamente todo el ruido exterior incluso con las ventanas cerradas. * Algunos huéspedes no respetan los horarios de descanso y durante nuestra estancia no vimos que se hiciera cumplir ninguna norma de silencio. * El importe total de la reserva debe abonarse al llegar, en efectivo y únicamente en euros o dirhams. Es algo que debería comunicarse de forma más clara para evitar inconvenientes, especialmente a quienes llegan tarde. * Nos hubiera gustado una mayor predisposición por parte de los recepcionistas para ayudar con consultas y solicitudes durante la estancia.

Super poloha kousek od náměstí. Vybavení bylo trochu opetřebované, ale vše čisté a uklizené. Postel byla pohodlná a povlečení čisté.Ručníky byly v ceně hotelu. Hezká střešní terasa s výhledem na medinu. Ubytování bylo bez snídaně, což ale nevadilo, protože v okolí je plno kaváren, kde si dáte levně snídani. Za ty peníze to bylo dobrá voba. Určitě by jsem se vrátil.

The staff were very friendly and offered many recommendations. It was always a pleasure to chat with them. The price-performance ratio is definitely right. The rooms, toilets, and showers are clean, and the hotel has a beautiful rooftop terrace. The location is convenient, and you can reach the market in just a few minutes. A lively street leads directly to the market right next to the hotel, making it easy to get back safely even late in the evening. You also feel very safe at the hotel, and there is someone at reception around the clock. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

It was loud when tenants spoke in the riad (were they particularily loud or was it the echo?) N.B: the riad policy doesn't allow noise after midnight for the confort of all

The bathroom and shower are shared on each floor, which are very small and gross. The room is decent for solo travel, as I paid low price. There were some ants in my room, but overall it’s decent for the low price if you’re on a budget. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

I really liked the experience at the Medina. Also compared with other Riads in Marocco. It is a basic accommodation and our room was small. But I know this was a cheap option and I am completely satisfied with the ratio cost/value. The staff is very kind and helpful and arranged the taxi rides in an easy way. Showers and toilets are clean and working well. The riad is also very nice with a nice fountain on the bottom floor. The position is excellent, in the middle of the medina, a few steps away from the main square of Marrakesh. That would only grant 10 points. A special mention goes to the terrace. Of the 4 or 5 riads I stayed in Morocco, Medina's terrace had the best view ever. I had two really beautiful sunrise experiences there: you can see the Atlas mountains on one side and the stunning Katouba minaret on the other side. Then, many hot air balloons rise in the distance from the mountains. One of the most memorable moments in the whole holiday for me was on the terrace of the Medina at sunrise. It is Marrakesh, so you see a mass of messy roofs and half-built houses with rods sticking out. But there is a lot of beauty up there.
