Stoney Creek Hotel Tulsa - Broken Arrow

The waitstaff were very helpful. - especially the front desk (Khalil was super helpful and attentive to our needs). Also the housekeeping staff often went out of their way to accommodate us (especially - Susan? can't remember her name). Free parking

The TV went offline several times which was frustrating, especially at night. The breakfast was so-so.

We loved the decor around the facility and the room was nice and spacious

Nothing to dislike

Breakfast and the pool were very nice. Beds were comfortable with nice pillows.

Decor was odd. Felt like a grunge motif at first but it grew on me.

The staff was helpful & Friendly The hotel was clean and comfortable

‘My son and wife first room had ants , but the staff quickly switched them to another room

Location, staff, and the hotel overall are excellent. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is very good, and they did have an option for late checkout, which I liked the most. This was my second time staying there; I will go back. It's worth every penny.

The rooms are clean, fresh, and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the jacuzzi bath was amazing. Love they have indoor and outdoor pool, was refreshing. The hot tub is also nice and pretty big.

N/A

We enjoy the tub and walk in shower with a sit. We also enjoy the bar. The bar staff was great.

Hotel itself was not exactly what I excepted for the price. Room was large but felt empty. Not enough towels not any modern plugs for devices. U actually would except room service for what I paid. Me and my girlfriend were somewhat disappointed 😞

Comfort

Everything

Nothing not to like

All the staff interactions were very friendly. The bar was amazing, we had taken our dog with us, very lovely place to stay. The room was spacious and clean.

I feel like the rooms could get a little cooler.

We had our family of 20 there for one night as we celebrated back to school! It worked perfectly for our group! We used the library in the evening to eat together as a family. That worked great! Thank you for everything!

The rooms were clean. The location - perfect. Service was exceptional. The jacuzzi and pool was an absolute game-changer and they were clean. The whole facility is very well maintained and beautiful too. Very professional and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help but never in your face. The bed was very very comfortable and my sheet and towels were changed daily upon request. Yes, I'd stay here again if I'm ever in town, and yes, I'll recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone 💯

I'd DEFINITELY plan on going out for breakfast. The rooms are very dimly lit, bring a flashlight. PLEASE DON'T leave your trash and dirty linens outside your door as I was advised. There were ants everywhere & my front door looked like a city dump from 2:30pm Tues until I left the next morning around 10:30. I think they have a staffing problem, avoid the staff, lol. They did rather weakly acknowledge my complaints via email. Facilities were lovely as they should be for a LUXURY hotel (except for my area). They keep that pool area SPOTLESS.

I really didn't want to leave a poor review, but this place has NO EXCUSE not to do BETTER at these prices. They REALLY NEED to keep their word when they tell you the breakfast bar opens at 6am, not make you wait until 6:30, giving you 'looks' for peering in to see what is going ON because you have a SCHEDULE to keep. If I was on a schedule, I'd have been livid like those 10 other people waiting were getting. THEN only to find out the food was disgusting in appearance, & we ALL felt that we should have JUST gone to McDonalds. It was ALL OVER all of our faces. BAD showing by staff who REALLY RESENT their jobs. Maybe they're not getting PAID enough? Sadly, I'd have to say it was prevalent among them; they were in accord. We, the public are SUCH A BURDEN. Gee, I sure don't want to BURDEN anyone with my silly little staycation. Think I'm going to give the Holiday Inn my birthday business this year, see if they do a better job.

Rooms were fine, nothing fancy. Nice pool that is indoor/outdoor. Whirlpool that has a chair for handicapped persons. Good breakfast. Shuttle to airport with 24 hour advance notice. Nice staff.

It didn't affect our 4 night stay at the hotel but it was a bit of a surprise to see that the large picture behind the check-in counter and the large light fixture were in dire need of dusting. Most people wouldn't notice but we saw it coming out from breakfast and one you notice it you can't help but see it every time you go passed.

Cleanliness, location, bar

The water temperature in the pool was not 82 degrees as advertised. The 10:00 pm cutoff time for children in the pool was not enforced. A larger man who shut the pool on Saturday night was extremely unpleasant. We had late check out on Sunday. PAID LATE CHECKOUT, and our room Key kept “shutting off” and we had to go to the front desk four times to get it fixed.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and very clean

Pillows could be a little more plush.

We were upgraded to a suite. It was a amazing set up. My husband enjoyed the Bath tub with a tv. We ended up playing Nintendo in the bar for a hour. So much fun.

Nothing to complain about.

Location and cleanliness

More breakfast options

Teveel licht op de kamers

The breakfast was pretty good. I liked the pancake machine. The bed could've been more comfortable, but everything else was great. The pool and hot tub were perfect.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it slept fine. The shower was a little small but perfectly usable. The mini fridge in our room didn't get very cold, but it was fine for waters.

Convenient/ comfortable beds newer hotel easy parking.

Breakfast could be better/ up grade more selection.

Nice rooms. Good breakfast great price.

I loved how clean it was and the rustic vibe!

Amazing staff, breakfast and facilities

Everything! The room was SO spacious! Plenty of room for the 3 under 3 that we had with us. The pool was fantastic and the kids loved it. It will defiantly be our go to the when we come back!

Nothing!

We love this place! Excellent value for quality, staff is great, location is perfect.

No response to the text that said I could text questions. The fridge in the room did a poor job of keeping drinks cold.

Nice, clean, save location. Very clean and staff very friendly

The hot water was out and I had to take a very cold shower. My elderly mother couldn’t take a shower.

We always choose to stay at stoney creek. Love the atmosphere , the location, cleanliness and smells amazing ....usually.

However, our room this last visit smelled horrible.

Everything! The pool was amazing, i had a balcony, it was amazing , clean rooms, lots of space !

more options for breakfast maybe?

Breakfast was excellent both times. Great location

Lots of non-customers in the pool each day. Broken door on the back hallway.

It had great decor. I really liked the sculptures and art

No where to sit outside.

Kathy was awesome

Amazing staff and very friendly

Love location and friendly staff.

Was nothing not to like.

Check in man was great.

Would like to have had a sofa or sofa chair in the room. I thought double queen deluxe would at least have the chair, but it was good. Enjoyed the stay and facility. Don't post my name

Everything !

Nothing :)

Nice, clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast, nice staff , great location

NA

Such a beautiful place! Extremely clean, amazing breakfast, friendly staff. Whatever air freshener they piped throughout the building was absolutely refreshing. We used the workout center- it had great amenities. Didn’t have time to use the pool but it is huge! The fact that it is indoor/outdoor is fun! If we are ever in the area we will stay again!!

It was excellent- liked it all!!

Good and friendly staff

.

The whole hotel was beautiful. The room was amazing and will definitely stay again.

That we had to leave

Beautifully appointed with local Indian furnishings. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Pool indoor and outdoor.

This was a very nice hotel, and the price was great. Perfect for our short trip to Tulsa.
