Staff are reception desk were exceptional. One in particular, from memory her name was Sergi, or something similar. She helped me with taxi, restaurant and sites to see in Trabzon and surrounding region.
Everything was perfect
Very unfortunate that the staff at the hotel made our life more difficult and caused problems throughout our stay.. From the way they handled guests or dealt with issues, they seriously need to consider whether they are in the hospitality sector
A conseiller
Not a bad hotel.. We had some inconvenient situations like.. Water was cut off for about 5 hours.. The breakfast was acceptable to some extent.. Bakery items are minimal and not fresh.. Cleaning is not pleasant.. Only replacing shower gel and towels and the bed quickly without cleaning surfaces and carpets... Location in vital... Some staff are very good and some other need to be trained.. They customer requests... Either dont understand or ignoring them
Great service Clean facility Amazing staff Good food Seamless check in Close parking Would definitely stay there again
Great Hotel with great staff
Merkezi, temiz bir otel. Tavsiye ederim
I expect better room Many things are missing in the room like a small table and the Internet servers are very bad
Her açıdan sorunsuz
Location of the hotel is wonderful،very close to it SIMIRA restaurant, it's perfect to take your meals, with fantastic taste.
wunderbarer freundlicher service, saubere großzügige Räume, gutes Frühstück, nahe zum Flughafen
Good location, breakfast is less than average, clean
Great location, close to the airport and to many Cafe's and restaurant, the service could be better though
Wide clean rooms, great and friendly service staff
checkin ve ceckout sırasında beklediğimiz halde valizlerimize yardımcı olunmadı kendi valizlerimizi kendimiz çıkartıp indirdik. onun dışında odada tuvalet ve lavabonun ayrı yerlerde olması çok kötü. genel olarak diğer konularda iyiler..
Nice and clean and modern. lovely views. easy access to the airport and city centre.
Otelin konumu güzel, gayet temiz ve konforluydu
Rooms r too small for 2 , this hotel is good for couples
