DN Sea Apartments

Perfect accommodation! Well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The view from the terrace is fantastic. The sea was just a few meters away, and the town center was a nice walk.

Location was prime!!! Spacious property

The washing machine, and the bathroom sink was clogged - found the bathroom would flood a bit, no mop.

Excellent location and service was amazing

The location was central and close to the beachfront, but unfortunately, the nearest beach was not very clean or pleasant, there is better in Kalamata!

The place felt old, dirty, and completely neglected. There was an unpleasant smell throughout, everything looked poorly maintained, and the bathroom even had visible mold. Overall, it felt very run-down and unhygienic.

The apartment was large with amazing views. Very comfortable & in a perfect location for exploring Kalamata. BUS STOP right outside, making it so easy to get around the city. Many local restaurants right on the door step.

Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού ειναι παρα πολύ καλή, πανω στον παραλιακό δρόμο με γρήγορη και εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μαγαζιά της παραλίας. Η θέα του σπιτιού πολύ όμορφη. Ευρύχωρο σπίτι ανετο να φιλοξενήσει 3 ζευγάρια.

Το σπιτι ηταν μέτρια καθαρισμένο, καθώς είχε σκόνες και τρίχες πισω απο τις πόρτες και δίπλα στα κρεβάτια. Τα 2/4 αιροκιντισιον όταν τα ανοίξαμε μυρίζαν άσχημα και είχαν καφε σταμπες στις περσίδες. Τα σεντόνια αν και φαίνονταν πλυμένα και σιδερωμένα είχαν πανω στάμπες κίτρινες και καφε απο λεκέδες. Το ίδιο και οι πετσέτες. Επικοινώνησαμε με την ρεσεψιόν όπου μας είπαν οτι θα ενημερώσουν την μάνατζερ και θα μας καλουσαν πισω στην επομενη μιση ωρα. Μετα απο 1 ωρα καλέσα εγω ξανα και με ενημερωσε η ρεσεψιον οτι θα μας στειλουν σεντονια και πετσετες και δεν μπορουσαν να μας μεταφερουν αλλου λόγω πληροτητας. Ωστοσο, μας εστειλαν σεντόνια,μπουρνούζια και πετσέτες αλλα δυστυχώς τα σεντόνια στην πλειοψηφία τους ηταν στην ιδια κατάσταση με τα προηγούμενα ισως και χειρότερη. Επιπλέον, ενώ ζητήσαμε να μας φέρουν πατακια για τα μπάνια, καθώς εξαρχής δεν είχαν, την επόμενη μερα μας τα πήραν πάλι πισω χωρίς μας αφήσουν καθαρά.

Really nice location and view. Very comfortable apartment for 3 couples or two couples with kids.

Little things like the destroyed door frame or the destroyed window screen shouldn’t be present in this high valued apartment. Its a shame.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική καθώς επίσης και η πολύ άνετοι χώροι του.

Θεωρώ πως για την τιμή του θα έπρεπε να είχε τουλάχιστον μαρμελάδες, βούτυρα και λίγο χυμό για έστω ένα απλό πρωινό.

Perfect location and a great place to stay in Kalamata, next to the beach, many coffees and restaurants. Very good communication with the owners.

Allerdings ist die Wohnung von der Ausstattung, Möblierung und dem Bad alt und abgewohnt. Leider war die Wohnung und die Balkone nicht wirklich gut gereinigt .

Very nice apartment, close to the sandy beach. Easily accessible by elevator. Free parking close to the apartment, grocery shops close too

Each day all towels are changed, that’s ok; however the floor never cleaned, for example I found a peace of closing under my bed, never removed or cleaned. No kitchen towels! Which is is must when you have an oven and sink. Also some sand on the floor never cleaned

The location was great and it has a beautiful view. The management responded to our issues, although they came up short.

The inside of the property was covered in dust when we arrived. We had to spend an hour cleaning when we arrived to make it tolerable. A door to the balcony was left cracked open. The seat on the chairs on the balcony were torn. Then in the morning I found mold in the coffee maker where the coffee grounds had been left for a while.

The space was modern, clean and in excellent location. Hard to fault and enjoyed our stay very much.

Missing basic amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt & pepper, dish towels. Plumbing was inconsistent.

Renovation noise of the building next-door with sledgehammers all day long made it impossible to stay in the apartment. We booked two nights, but the owner didn’t agree to refund one night as we left after one.

Absolutely stunning apartment with a huge balcony over looking the sea. It’s massive and gives space to chill, super beds and fab air con. Spotlessly clean and the lovely maid was so gorgeous and helpful and funny! Cracking place - loved it!

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It is literally on the sea with plenty of sea view. The see in front of us was very clean so it was easy to visit it with our children aged 1 and 4. The apartment was spacious, with great design, and well equipped. There was air-conditioning in all rooms.

I recently stayed at this apartment during my holiday, and it was an absolute nightmare. The apartment is situated right next to a building site, and the noise starts as early as 8 AM, making it impossible to relax. My entire family was unable to get any rest, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a peaceful getaway. We raised our concerns with the hotel manager, hoping for some understanding and a solution, but instead, we were met with utter disrespect. We were told that there are building sites all over the city, as if that justified the situation. The lack of empathy and basic customer service was shocking. What made this experience even worse was the fact that there was no prior warning about the construction work. Had we been informed, we would have chosen a different hotel. I feel completely misled and mistreated. On top of that, the apartment itself is in desperate need of renovation. There are marks on the walls, the bathroom furniture is worn out, and although there are two toilets, only one of them has a bath or shower, which was quite inconvenient for our family. While these issues might not be as serious as the noise, they certainly added to our overall disappointment. If you're looking for a place to stay where you can relax and enjoy your holiday, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This place will only bring you stress and disappointment.

I have stayed at the property about 4 years ago and booked agin. It’s right on the beach on the strip. The apartments are very nice and comfortable. And I would recommend and would stay again. For the money they charge I would like to see some updates. The bathroom vanity needs to replaced. It does not cost that much to replace it’s . When you pay a pretty penny at a place you would think that everything should be up to par. It’s the simple stuff that makes a difference.

The property has a very nice balcony facing the water for a relaxed morning coffee to enjoy.

Was run down, needs a renovation. Walls were peeling, bad smells in the apartment. Pillows were really dense and hard, washrooms are very old.

Amazing location on the sea front of Kalamata! Amazing sea and mountain views! Friendly receptionist. Modern apartment with all amenities. Extra details such as a rope, slippers, lots of shampoos, water in fridge were very welcoming. Super comfortable beds. Specious living room with open kitchen. Nice balconies! I would recommend it.

There was only 1 remote control for the 3 aircos in the 3 bedrooms so it was difficult at night if you wanted to change the temperature or setting you could not do this without entering the other bedroom and the risk waking up the other person. The toilet in one of the bathrooms was running water constantly, I talked to the housekeeper about it and she would take care of it (for the next guests since we only stayed 1 night).

Honestly, one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at during vacation. Everything about the condo was amazing. The staff, accommodations, and location are all top notch. We will be staying here again in the near future. Thank you.

We were lucky to be upgraded to a beautiful Executive 3 bedroom Apartment with gorgeous sea views from a massive balcony. Perfect location, opposite a beautiful beach with beach chairs and near the shops and supermarket and plenty of parking nearby. This apartment includes large kitchen, fully equipped with high-end Miele appliances (oven, cook-top and dishwasher), family size Bosch fridge, small microwave/ grill, DeLonghi Nespresso Coffee machine with pods and sugar. All the utensils and cookware you could need. The Apartment is spectacular, absolutely gorgeous, brand new, spotlessly clean, large, airy, air-conditioned, with super comfy beds, linen and pillows. It also includes a full bathroom (with shower over bathtub, toilet and small washing machine). And even has a study and a separate guest/ second toilet with vanity.

Location

This was the most expensive apartment during our trip in Greece, but unfortunately the least luxurious one. The biggest issue is the mold in the smaller bedroom, but there are damp walls in different parts of the apartment. There were construction works going on in the building next door which caused a lot of noise. Kitchen utensils are limited. The apartment wasn't clean. As we were only staying for 2 nights we didn't complain during our stay but just decided to avoid being in the apartment as much as possible. We did send a complaint afterwards as we felt a compensation was justified and the management replied "our apartments are in good condition". We asked if they have checked the apartment recently and if they wanted to see our pictures, but unfortunately communication stopped and the questions remained unanswered.

The view from our balcony was fantastic. Spacious for a family of 4 (college aged kids). We loved the location, as you are steps away from both the beach and restaurants. Staff from check in to cleaning staff were so nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The only thing was trying to find parking. Kalamata was very busy, and it was a bit of a challenge.
