We were accommodated in a spacious family room, overlooking an ugly and messy courtyard. (we were told, that is the largest room and I believe it is ). But the most unpleasant of all was that in front of our window there were 3 huge air conditioners, whose noise does not allow you to sleep. I recommend you to avoid booking room 101

This hotel is simple but good, it looks like Scandinavian minimalistic design. It is clean. The bed was comfortable, shower is good and clean, the breakfast was continental and sufficient. It is in the center of the city. You have more than enough restaurants around. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Özellikle, Otele varışımda Resepsiyonda görevli olan Güray Kozan’ın; işini zarif ve yormadan, kolayca halletmesi; 5 yıldızlı otelleri bile geride bırakan nitelikteydi.

Outstanding levels of genuine friendliness at this establishment. Reception, housekeeping, catering and management all do their best to make you feel at home and it works ! Very modern hotel with well appointed rooms and public areas. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again when next in Luleburgaz. Superb location right in the centre of the town. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for a wonderful stay.
